Australia and Fiji. We had an amazing hotel overlooking the Sydney Harbor and a picture perfect beachfront hut in Fiji. Karen's service didn't end at booking! She checked in with us many times leading up to the trip and answered all of our questions. When a mechanical delay resulted in a missed connection at the beginning of our trip, we were pretty devastated. We called Karen at 2 AM and she wasted no time getting our travel arrangements adjusted. She helped us every step of the way. After the trip, Karen handled our travel insurance claim and followed up with them until we were reimbursed for our missed time. I couldn't believe she took care of everything for us. She went above and beyond what I ever expected a travel agent to do.

wry. When the booking agent that Jackie works with charged my card a second time for the honeymoon, she contacted them instantly to get everything settled. Now this would be expected of a travel agent, but where Jackie went above and beyond was when our flight from Houston to Montego Bay got delayed 7 hours and was on the verge of being cancelled. I emailed Jackie right before she was getting off work to let her know of the delays and she gave me her personal cell phone number so we would be able to contact her when our flight was finally taking off and when we landed (at 11 PM CST) so she could let Club Mobay know about the delays. It was very apparent that she truly cared about us having a wonderful, stressful honeymoon. We are very appreciative for everything she did for us and will definitely be using these guys again and will be recommending them to anyone looking to travel!

ou all to know that every single person approached me several times during the trip to thank me for bringing them to such a beautiful resort. And finally I personally want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart because you made my wedding day/experience beyond what I even could have dreamed of. It was especially nice to have Jackie on our side when our first choice resort announced that it was closing just a few months out from our trip. Jackie handled all flight changes and got us upgraded at no extra charge. Her website revealed that there is no extra charge for using her services, as she is reimbursed by the resorts for providing customers. Coming from someone who is not the best trip planner, it was awesome having Jackie to handle all the small details.

g and you had to worry about travel from hotel to airport and trying to add honeymoon packages, etc. So, when I come in contact with Stefanie, she asked me all of our preferences and our price range, and what we were ultimately looking for in a honeymoon destination. She gave us a few options and within days we found the perfect place. She made sure we had our honeymoon package, the preferred club we wanted, travel from the airport/resort, and our travel insurance (that is sooo worth it by the way!). She was always there to help and usually answered her email within the same day I sent mine. When the time got closer for us to travel, we heard of hurricanes near our destination, and she kept in contact with us and kept an eye on the weather to make sure it would be safe for us to go. Ultimately, we got to decide if we wanted to change dates- free of charge because of our insurance- or stay the same date. We went for it and it was absolutely amazing!! The honeymoon was perfect, the food was amazing, the transportation was all done for us and we had nothing to worry about other than keeping our drinks filled. We suggest her to everyone who is even traveling, and we plan on using her again!! Best travel agent who gave us the most bang for our buck!
