g day. I paid extra for petals and flower arrangements etc. to 100% ensure my ceremony will have a heavy look of flowers. For example, I paid extra for "heavy" petals down the aisle runner, on the planter ledges, on the waterscape, in the planters, etc. I even had an additional follow-up phone conversation with Gayle a few weeks before my wedding to ask if I should pay even more to just 100% make sure there are enough petals based on the heavy look I desperately wanted on my wedding day, which she knew and reassured me not to worry. Because I would have paid whatever to ensure I got the amount of flowers I wanted for the ceremony for photo purposes. She 100% confirmed with me for the tenth time that I will have a heavy look of flowers on my wedding day (because I continued to ask her that over and over for months leading up to my wedding day because I was insanely worried because it was truly important to me). I was always very detailed and explained multiple times to her what exactly I wanted and she continued to reassure me that she understood. However, my fears came to reality on my wedding day! On my wedding day, right when I started walking down the aisle, I almost started crying (not because I was happy) because I was SO heartbroken on how the flowers looked. Down the aisle had "some" petals - I would call it a "Very Very Light" amount of petals - DEFINITELY NOT heavy, for which I paid extra for!!!! Then, there were BARELY any petals on the ledges and waterscape. And basically NOTHING in the planters. I was devastated!!!!!!!! Especially after I informed her a million times that I wanted a heavy look of flowers and I paid more to guarantee that (I paid extra money for additional petals to make sure as well!!). If there was a specific reason why she couldn't obtain additional petals then she should have been professional and communicated that to me beforehand. So I would at least been aware that my ceremony was not going to be what I expect/want and offer to refund some of my money back (since I paid for extra/heavy petals, which I 100% did not receive). It looked like a $1,000 - $2,000 flower service when I paid at least $6k. So now on my only wedding day, I was very upset and my photos will be bare with hardly any petals/flowers in the background, which was something I tried very hard to prevent. Gayle didn't even offer to refund me some of my money back since she clearly DID NOT deliver what was noted in the invoice/what I paid for. Gayle is a nice person; however, she should only take on clients that only want a few arrangements (small flower requests) because that she can handle. However, she should NOT take on clients like myself that request large orders of flowers with higher expectations. I should of hired a larger florist company that can handle large orders versus hiring a single individual who works out of her house. That was my mistake.

ly beautiful! I was so happy with the size and arrangement she did for my bouquet and the beautiful simplicity she was able to do for my bridesmaids. Even the groom was loving his boutonnière! We’ve been looking through wedding photos with our family members the past few days and I still get compliments on how gorgeous my bouquet was. The pandemic definitely created challenges during our wedding planning, but I never had to worry about my commitment to Gayle. She was always available to communicate with and make any necessary changes. I will always refer her to friends and family.

g. The bouquet that my wife had was so full and beautiful the pictures of it do not give it justice. All the flowers were at their prime. Not only did she provide an incredible product, she also provided incredible service and was so eager to make sure it everything was better than we had envisioned.

Over the year of planning I made multiple changes/add on to my flowers and she was always accommodating and willing to discuss to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. The day of the wedding she provided us with more than we ever expected and designed everything better than we envisioned. While planning our destination wedding, she was one vendor that I never worried about and had complete confidence in. I would recommend Blossoms by Gayle over and over again to everyone! She is the absolute best!

rt. I was very specific on exactly what my husband and I wanted. We even decided to splurge a bit on floral because we were specific with what we wanted. If there was one thing we could re-do it would have been to pick a different floral vendor!! We met with Gayle several months before our wedding. We drove to her home and discussed every detail about our floral! I was very specific with Gayle as to what we wanted. We even went through photos for exact examples! 1. I ordered 2 floral arrangements for our Mr. & Mrs. Table. I was specific that I wanted short vases so people could still see us while sitting at the table. She brought tall vases, not at all what we wanted. In fact so many of our guests said they couldn't see our faces so I had to set our arrangements on the ground the majority of the wedding, what a waste!!! 2. I wanted a "THICK" layer of petals along the isle running on each side. In fact my husband and I paid extra for this and it was so bare!! I'm so disappointed, when I saw the aisle I was so upset! However it was too late to do anything about it, so we were forced to keep it that way. 3. We also ordered 2 large arrangements for the ceremony. The arrangements were on each side. However I hate bells (the flower). I specifically asked for NO BELLS in our arrangements. In fact it even says "NO BELLS" on our contract. But guess what? We had bells! Gayle understood exactly what we wanted when we spoke but didn't deliver. Not sure why? Maybe because we met with her so far in advance? Or maybe because the venue set it up and not Gayle, even though we paid Gayle for this?? From what I recall Gayle mentioned that she had to setup at a different wedding so she left our floral with the venue to setup. However, why wouldn't she come back by to check?? I will NEVER order floral through Gayle again. For what we paid, we deserved better!!!!

wanted for the day of but Gayle gave us some ideas and what we ended up with came out beautifully. She really goes above and beyond to give you everything you want. We ended up changing our order several times because of adding bouts, corsages, and taking away other things as well and each time, Gayle sent us back an adjusted invoice within 24 hours or less. And each change we made was easy—no extra cost or anything associated with it. I feel that Gayle has extremely reasonable prices as she works out of her home in Henderson so it eliminates extra overhead a normal flower shop would have. It’s also just her that you deal with—she is the one that does the invoice, bid, composition, and ultimate delivery to the venue. With Gayle being a preferred vendor for our venue, she knew how the venue operated and made suggestions off of that as well. We had flower compositions at the head of our aisle that the venue then moved inside to the staircase, and with Gayle knowing that she was able to suggest the perfect display. Ladies, have an idea or have your dress purchased as well because she is able to give you better suggestions based on that as well. I had no idea what I wanted AT ALL, and by seeing a picture of my dress and the color of my dress, she came up with the perfect color scheme (because I had none). I am of the belief that I, a lot of times, will give a few ideas to a professional and trust that they will come up with something better than I could have, and Gayle definitely delivered on that. She sent me a picture of my bouquet the day before, and right then I knew she already had outdone herself. We were late to our venue the day of the wedding, but Gayle tries to deliver the brides bouquet to her the day of which is also a sweet gesture. I wish we were there early enough to thank her in person! Thank you again Gayle for contributing to our amazing day.

Blossoms! The flowers on our wedding day were absolutely GORGEOUS, like something out of a dream really. We had a soft elegant vision and that was exactly what we got. Gayle and I were in close communication through out and right up until the big day. She realized early on that I have a very "particular" personality lol and there were a few miscommunications along the way but I have to say that Gayle truly wants to give her clients her best work and she worked her butt off to make sure it was exactly what we had in mind. When she showed me a few pictures of the arrangements and we wanted to make some changes she went into overdrive to make that happen a couple days before the wedding and the results were just absolutely stunning. I could look at the pictures of the flowers all day! Gayle Logan is a true talent and we were so pleased to have worked with her.
