nal and responded quickly to emails. I met with her in person to see the vehicles and book their services and she gave me a tour of their fleet of very nice, clean looking vehicles. A couple weeks before the wedding, I sent her an email with the day's itinerary including times and locations for pick-ups and drop-offs. The Thursday before our Saturday wedding, Rosemary called me and we again confirmed addresses and pick-up times. When Saturday came around, the party bus was supposed to arrive at 11:30 to drive myself and our bridesmaids from my parents' house to the church, and then afterwards pick up the guys from the hotel and bring them to the church as well. The party bus didn't arrive to pick us up until around 12:30pm. It was AN HOUR LATE! My bridesmaids called the company and the driver a couple times while we were waiting and he told them he had the wrong address (which I had confirmed with the company 2-3 times both verbally and in writing so that seemed unlikely). When the driver showed up he looked disheveled and not very professional. The inside of the bus looked nice (napkins set out in the colors of our wedding), but the floor was dirty with a dark colored liquid that looked like pop spill, and we weren't drinking any pop. It was really hard to enjoy the ride when we were so stressed about making it to our 1:00pm wedding on time. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt - maybe there was traffic, maybe he did really punch in the wrong address, but still. My husband and the groomsmen who were supposed to ride to the church in the party bus after us had to get a rides from my father in-law and our coordinator. Everyone made it there by 1pm but it was a stressful morning. The shuttle bus service was much better though. It drove between the hotel and reception venue at the beginning and end of the reception. All our guests were really happy with the experience. We caught the last ride back at the end of the night and were really impressed. It was very clean and modern looking. The chairs were very comfortable and the lighting was cool. The driver was friendly and professional. One final note. The last time I talked to Rosemary before the wedding, she said she would give me a follow-up call afterwards to discuss how our overall experience was. After the experience with the late party bus, I really was hoping to talk to her, if anything just to make sure it wouldn't happen to someone else. It's been a couple months since our wedding and we haven't heard from anyone at BDL.

he chauffeur's demeanor (Bernard, I think) made my experience a very memorable one. He was prompt, friendly, and the perfect gentleman. I am so glad that I went with this company.

Also thought I should mention we wanted the Hummer limo and it broke down the day before our wedding and they upgraded us for free since it was broken.

hey even had subs waiting for us so that we could be tied over until dinner. Our driver was on time and had detours ready since there was a ton of construction that weekend. Blue Diamond even sent a car back at the end of the night to take my husband and I to our hotel.
