We found Blush Bouquet through online reviews. Bari responded within an hour or so to my initial email and made the experience very easy. On the day of the event, Bari had two other people with her to execute our wedding reception. Bari's team knew how to make the space work, handled all our vendors, and made set-up and clean up as easy as possible for us. Bari's price was very reasonable for the work she did and it was a pleasure to work with her.

What do you say when you KNOW your wedding would not have been the wonderfully executed masterpiece that is was had you not had an amazing wedding planner? Well, keep reading… I hired Blush Bouquet because Bari was knowledgeable, experienced, and organized. The first time we spoke on the phone our relationship felt very natural. She asked questions. She made suggestions. She was genuine. I knew then that my search for a wedding coordinator was over… over the course of 16 months, I made A LOT of changes (like firing the photographer 3 weeks before the wedding). Through it all, Bari was supportive. When I got discouraged, she encouraged me. When I was nervous, she calmed me. She became not only my wedding planner, but my confidante, my therapist, and my friend… my wedding day was almost perfect. Those minute details that were not perfect were of no fault of Bari’s (ie, the venue served an appetizer at Cocktail Hour when it was supposed to be served to guests “To Go” as they left the venue. But I digress… all of that just to say this: YOU WILL NOT REGRET HIRING BLUSH BOUQUET! Bari and Melissa (can’t forget Melissa. Love her, too) can handle any event, big or small, scheduled a year out or a month out. They are professional and transparent in all they do.

If you’re still vetting planners, STOP. You HAVE to hire Bari and her team for your big day! As a type-A bride that likes a little control and structure, Bari was everything I needed and MORE. She thought through everything, all the small details I didnt consider, and gave me transparent and honest feedback on the larger decisions I was making for my wedding. Working with her was like working with a best friend who equally cares about making your wedding the best day of your life! She grounded me when I needed calm, hyped me up when I was anxious, was assertive with vendors when needed, organized when things got chaotic, fiscally responsible to my budget when I wanted to splurge lol, and genuinely provided me the best wedding planning experience. Even when it was raining all morning and I thought we needed to move things in house, Bari watched the weather app like a hawk and convinced me to take the chance on an outside ceremony based on weather patterns. The second there was confirmation of no rain during the ceremony time she was able to completely switch everything over to an outside ceremony (originally getting set up in a tent) and the vision came to life! Her and Antonia pulled off what I thought would be impossible, a perfect august wedding day with rain in the forecast. Hands down, the absolute BEST decision that we made during our wedding planning process was working with Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners!!! I was the type of bride who was verrrry particular. I had a vision of what I wanted, but was a little bit overwhelmed and was not sure how we would ultimately get there. I did my research, and after speaking with several potential planner candidates, I can honestly say that going with Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners was a no brainer for me. While other planners were rigid on where their role began and ended (i.e. exactly what they were willing to help with), Bari (the owner) was completely flexible to do whatever it took to bring our vision to life. From the moment we chatted during my initial consultation with Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners, I knew that they would transform our wedding day dreams into a reality. Bari was hyper-organized— she created an unbelievable, Google doc to share our guest list, track budget, and document all of our wedding timeline and details as we progressed towards our wedding date. She checked-in with me constantly! She and her team were a phenomenal source of wedding inspo, and helped me to research and come up with some really creative ideas that our guests really appreciated! Bari was an amazing advocate, and was integral in helping us to finalize contracts with hotels for guest blocks, and key vendors for our special day. Through her extensive contacts in the wedding industry, she was able to help negotiate on our behalf to get us some amazing discounts which saved us a great deal of money. She has close ties to individuals in the printing industry and because of this, I was able to work with a designer to create custom invitations from scratch As we approached our wedding, when all of our major planning was done and everything started to become “more real”, Bari scheduled time just to check-in on how I was feeling. She always had a way of reassuring me that we were good to go, and whenever we encountered hurdles, she provided me with solutions that put me at ease as the big day approached. While the rest of the vendors I worked with were much more transactional, Bari genuinely cared about me and my future husband. On the wedding day itself, Bari and her Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners team absolutely blew us out of the water!!! They kept us 100% on schedule at all times, which really allowed me to just let go of all stress and be present in the moment on our special day. I had an urgent situation arise with my wedding dress, and Bari, who, in magical turn of events, also happens to have some seamstress experience, was on her hands and knees making all of the necessary adjustments to my dress. She had her team on-site at our reception venue location coordinating everything to make sure that every single detail that we outlined together was executed to perfection. They held our vendors accountable to our vision and timelines, and if any issues occurred throughout the night we were completely unaware of them because Bari and her team handled. Throughout the evening Bari and her team ensured that my groom and I had enough to eat and drink, and also made sure that our immediate family and bridal party members were taken care of! Bari and her team blessed us with that luxury because we were able to trust them whole heartedly. To this day our guests keep assuring us that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and I attribute this victory to the efforts of Blush.

Bari and her team were a gift from the heavens for my daughter's wedding last week. We are from out of town so needed help with all the vendors and local needs. BB handled everything for the year + that we were planning. It felt more like a really organized best friend than a wedding planner. They helped with everything with the love & attention that family would give you. Bari brought the best vendors to us, making it hard sometimes to choose who to go with. When things went sideways (they always will), they were handled before we could blink. She kept us in budget, even when #weddingtiktok tried to make us go crazy!! Day of was so smooth, with Bari and Antonia running the show. They kept all the issues away from us so we could enjoy the day. 10 out of 10!! would highly recommend.

There aren’t enough stars in the galaxy for Bari. She was unbelievable. Not only was she in control, organized, creative and supportive (all the descriptors you can think of for a perfect wedding planner), she’s the type of human you want in your life. She’s smart, kind, funny.. we will remain friends for a long time I hope. When we met in person, I knew there would be no issues with our wedding day. When we had some major life curveballs just a week before the event, she not only rose to the added challenge but she did it with compassion. Good energy is an understatement. Book her. Book her. Book her.

Bari and Shannon were absolutely amazing! I did the partial package because I wanted to be involved in the planning process. They were a great help with logistic planning, keeping us on budget, and reviewing all contracts before we signed. They anticipated all of our needs on our wedding day and made our day seamless! I loved my wedding planning experience so much I just started wedding planning with Blush! Cannot recommend Bari more. She is so knowledgeable about the industry, recommends great vendors, and quickly gets a sense of what you’re looking for for your wedding! It’s an added bonus that she’s a great friend, too!

If we could give 10 stars we would! Bari and Melissa truly made our wedding day the most special day of our lives! Not only did they bring our “very detailed” vision come to life, they also juggled every moving part from start to finish. I am certain that my day would not have been a fraction of what it was without both of them. They are down to earth, professional, calming, hardworking and the sweetest human beings! Bari was great! I hired her for day of services to help everything run smoothly. She came equipped with a Fanny pack full of snacks and tissues which was such a great touch. She was very prompt, organized, and had great insights into helping me plan the very last details of my wedding day!! Blush Bouquet is absolutely outstanding. I hired them as I got a new and very stressful job while undergoing medical treatments a few months before my pandemic wedding. My wedding / rehearsal dinner wouldn't have been nearly as amazing without them. Bari always responded quickly with my questions or concerns with the best advice. She kept me calm when EVERY place we tried to book for a rehearsal dinner kept cancelling because of COVID. Helped make the small details of my wedding super special. Even more amazing, she wouldn't let me go over budget. They are in it for the right reasons and honestly want to help make your day super special without the headaches. Seriously hire them, they are wonderful.

We hired Blush Bouquet as a full-service wedding planner for my wedding and from the beginning, they were extremely responsive and goal oriented. Blush Bouquet comes from a strong background of negotiation, execution, review of legal documents, and design, end it truly showed in their work as wedding planners. They were able to foresee issues before they arose and guided me through the entire process. During the wedding day, everything proceeded seamlessly. They monitor and set up (getting their hands dirty when needed), the schedule, and clean up. We were told multiple times by our guest that our wedding was the best they’ve ever been to. I cannot thank Blush Bouquet enough for their help in planning the best day of my life.

I hired this team to be wedding planners for my beach wedding. Despite my claim to not be a bridezilla, I was a CHANGEZILLA! I changed everything but the color of my dress! Despite the changes, both small and large, these ladies made my day absolutely perfect with their poise and grace. They exhibited the utmost professionalism throughout our three month journey. They displayed care and a can-do attitude even until the second they walked out the door of my third chosen venue. They even helped me stay within budget. These girls were the Jill's of all trades. But believe this: the challenges of planning your wedding will be made five times easier if you hire these two. Must love and respect to you both. These two are a must hire!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience working with Bari. From day 1, Bari was attentive, professional, personal and reassuring. She kept us on track, calmed our stresses and was always thinking two steps ahead. She thought of all the little things we would have forgotten and gave us her insight to make better decisions. She was so personable, it felt like we had known each other for years. We truly could not have gotten to our wedding day or through it without her. Bari's insight was incredibly helpful. She had herself available frequently for questions and her professional opinion. She was able to work fluently with our vendors and the venue to keep us on the right timeline. Her attention to detail was amazing and it showed through and through on our wedding day. A few special touches that truly made our day unforgettable were that Bari incorporated our special Fozzy bear, who has traveled the world with us, into the festivities, making sure he had his bow tie and party animal cage! After the ceremony, my wife as feeling drained so Bari followed her around with water and snacks in her pockets just in case! She also secured trays of snacks and drinks while we were taking family pictures during the happy hour. These are only a few details of the man, big and small, that Bari did for our wedding. I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding. You will not find another person as dedicated to creating the perfect wedding day celebration as her.
