ided to hire a content creator pretty last minute after a few people recommended it and I’m so glad we did! Sam was so great to work with and was super nice and easygoing. It honestly ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. We got all of our videos back incredibly quickly, which meant we could relive the moments right away. The clips were short and fun, which we loved watching back (though if you prefer longer clips, that’s definitely something to ask about ahead of time). Sam was also very open to personalizing our day, even helping bring a few of our fun interview ideas to life. Overall, I truly think this was the best money we spent for our wedding. I’d highly recommend Sam to anyone considering a content creator!

Their recommendations were spot-on, and their experience and instincts gave me complete confidence that I was in the best hands. These two are beyond organized. They kept me on track, made the planning process feel manageable, and brought such a calming energy to it all. When wedding week arrived, I was actually able to relax and enjoy it—because they had everything under control. And beyond their talent as planners, they are just exceptional people. l their responses. I wanted minimal flowers so I didn’t hire a florist, honestly it was the best decision we made. I rented candles from blush (at a very reasonable price) already had bud vases (could have also rented) bought roses and Antonia and Bari took my vision from there and made the tables exactly how I wanted them. Bari even came to my house the day before to pick up anything I wanted at the venue. They kept the whole night flowing exactly how it should have been, picked up my bouquet and joe’s boutonnière (also put it on him, we would have never figured that out) made sure Joe and I had drinks in our hands, bustled my dress, picked up our pretzel order and helped me at the end of the night with a wardrobe malfunction. At the end of the night everything from the wedding (including my marriage certificate) was neatly placed on a luggage cart in my hotel room ready for me to take home the next day. I’m sure they did a million more things while I was partying on the dance floor all night. They made our day and night exactly how we envisioned it! They were the best!!!

They spent time with all our vendors on the day of the wedding, helping set up with the florist and some of my DIY decor. They made sure my ceremony procession ran smoothly. They made sure all the little details were taken care of. The night of my wedding, the only thought I had was to have a good time, and that's because Bari and Antonia did the rest. I couldn't recommend them more if you need help on your wedding day.

Through it all, Bari was supportive. When I got discouraged, she encouraged me. When I was nervous, she calmed me. She became not only my wedding planner, but my confidante, my therapist, and my friend… my wedding day was almost perfect. Those minute details that were not perfect were of no fault of Bari’s (ie, the venue served an appetizer at Cocktail Hour when it was supposed to be served to guests “To Go” as they left the venue. But I digress… all of that just to say this: YOU WILL NOT REGRET HIRING BLUSH BOUQUET! Bari and Melissa (can’t forget Melissa. Love her, too) can handle any event, big or small, scheduled a year out or a month out. They are professional and transparent in all they do.

The second there was confirmation of no rain during the ceremony time she was able to completely switch everything over to an outside ceremony (originally getting set up in a tent) and the vision came to life! Her and Antonia pulled off what I thought would be impossible, a perfect august wedding day with rain in the forecast. Bari was hyper-organized— she created an unbelievable, Google doc to share our guest list, track budget, and document all of our wedding timeline and details as we progressed towards our wedding date. She checked-in with me constantly! She and her team were a phenomenal source of wedding inspo, and helped me to research and come up with some really creative ideas that our guests really appreciated! Bari was an amazing advocate, and was integral in helping us to finalize contracts with hotels for guest blocks, and key vendors for our special day. Through her extensive contacts in the wedding industry, she was able to help negotiate on our behalf to get us some amazing discounts which saved us a great deal of money. She has close ties to individuals in the printing industry and because of this, I was able to work with a designer to create custom invitations from scratch As we approached our wedding, when all of our major planning was done and everything started to become “more real”, Bari scheduled time just to check-in on how I was feeling. She always had a way of reassuring me that we were good to go, and whenever we encountered hurdles, she provided me with solutions that put me at ease as the big day approached. While the rest of the vendors I worked with were much more transactional, Bari genuinely cared about me and my future husband. On the wedding day itself, Bari and her Blush Bouquet Wedding Planners team absolutely blew us out of the water!!! They kept us 100% on schedule at all times, which really allowed me to just let go of all stress and be present in the moment on our special day. I had an urgent situation arise with my wedding dress, and Bari, who, in magical turn of events, also happens to have some seamstress experience, was on her hands and knees making all of the necessary adjustments to my dress. She had her team on-site at our reception venue location coordinating everything to make sure that every single detail that we outlined together was executed to perfection. They held our vendors accountable to our vision and timelines, and if any issues occurred throughout the night we were completely unaware of them because Bari and her team handled. Throughout the evening Bari and her team ensured that my groom and I had enough to eat and drink, and also made sure that our immediate family and bridal party members were taken care of! Bari and her team blessed us with that luxury because we were able to trust them whole heartedly. To this day our guests keep assuring us that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and I attribute this victory to the efforts of Blush.
