If you think you hired the best coordinator in the business and it's not Ashley from Blush, then she is objectively not the best. Ashley stepped in to take the worry out of detail planning and vendor coordination, but what I never expected was the amount of emotional support she offered during the ups and downs of last-minute changes. From vendor mishaps to guest emergencies, Ashley was there to validate, reassure, and advocate every time. Incredibly responsive, not even a major holiday stopped her from checking in and making sure we were good to go! In addition, she is an amazingly kind and strong person; a true joy to know. If you think you don’t need a coordinator, challenge that thought and reach out to the Blush team! Ashley will never let you down.
Jess made my wedding so easy! I couldn’t have gotten through the day without her - with all our phone calls to prep and day of the wedding she was there every step of the way! They were attentive, personal, and brought our vision to life!!
Jess was our amazing wedding coordinator and we couldn’t recommend her enough! We had to postpone our wedding due to Covid and she swooped right in and handled it all, which alleviated a lot of stress for us. Throughout the planning process she was super responsive and helpful, even recommending vendors to us. Jess was organized and executed everything perfectly on our wedding day! She is so positive and passionate about her job, making you know you’re in the best hands possible. Our wedding day was the best day ever and we are so glad we chose Jess as our wedding coordinator!
Jess swooped in like a white horse to a couple in distress. We had some issues with a previous planner (not from Blush), but once we hired Jess, planning became a breeze. You can tell from how Jess handles situations that she is experienced in dealing with high maintenance brides to brides who didn’t see their flowers until the altar, of which I am the former. But Jess never batted an eye at our constant questions or requests. She is truly hands on, communicative, and SO fast to respond. My husband and I still are amazed at the things she was able to accomplish for us. We were so lucky to be assigned to Jess and to find the Blush team overall, our wedding would not have been the success it was had it not been for Jess and her team (shout out to Emily who was also there all day helping nonstop!). As someone who was very involved in her own wedding details, it was so nice to have a planner who knew what to handle and knew what was best for me to handle. We could not say enough great things about Jess and her team, and while we never hope to remarry, we both agree we would use her again lol. Thank you Jess and Emily!

If you are looking for a wedding planning service look no further. After getting info from a few other planning company’s I decided to go with Blush and I am so happy I did. My wedding coordinator, Jess, is the sweetest person on the planet! All through my wedding planning (and covid) she was always on top of things, reassuring me of things and always communicating with me. On my wedding day I had NO worries. I knew my wedding was in the right hands with Blush and Jess!
Rachel was the best wedding planner, she made the day of so worry free for me. She is so thoughtful she even had meals packaged to go for us at the end of the night. She took care of everything we needed.
Rachel was amazing and so was everyone we spoke to or worked with at Blush! She was able to point me in the right direction during the planning process then we did our meetings over zoom as we got closer to the wedding day. She made me feel much more calm and reassured that I wasn’t behind on the planning. She triple checked all the small details I never even thought about and I didn’t have to coordinate the other vendors on the day of, she handled it all. One of the main reasons I went with Blush was knowing that there would be two people for the day of, it’s a huge value and it meant even less I had to think about. They kept track of the timeline and made it so that our wedding parties and family got to enjoy themselves instead of checking the clock every 10 minutes. On my wedding day, I just had to be there and they did the rest. At the end of the night, they made sure all the random items like cake, envelopes, and flowers made it into my parent’s car as well. It was all so smooth and I am so thankful we got to truly enjoy the evening :)
Rachel from Blush was an absolute godsend! We used her for day-if coordination, and I can’t imagine trying to pull off the wedding without her. She was in touch with us from the day we hired her, and was there whenever we needed anything.
From the beginning Blush was perfect. Very customer focused and attentive. They even switched our planner to someone who had more experience with our particular venue just to ensure a good experience. Taylor with Blush was a true professional. Communicated regularly, answered every question and the day of the wedding, executed perfectly. My wife and I did not have to worry about anything the day before or day of!
I would highly recommend this company and their planners! For someone as anal and detail oriented as I am, they handled everything flawlessly and with style. No regrets!
When I got married in March 2017 at Reunion Resort, Blush was included in the package. My husband and I are so grateful that we had the coordination from Blush, especially day of! I met with my coordinator, Lisa H., a couple times and felt comfortable by her sincerity and knowledge that the wedding would go smoothly! I had made a lot of signs, etc and there were many small details that I worried would get misplaced or forgotten, but Lisa and her team made every setting amazing! I didn't have to worry about a thing! When I saw the reception area, I was blown away by how beautiful they made it look. She also helped so much with last minute details and questions I had and my mom had. Lisa definitely made sure our wedding ran smoothly and I'm forever grateful! Thank you!!!
I had the best experience using Blush for my Oct 2016 wedding at Bella Collina. Alison (Ali) did an absolutely amazing job! She was on top of everything. I didnt have to think or lift a finger regarding any details the whole day. She even went above and beyond to fill out table cards which were blank in my bag the morning of. A lot of my guests made it a point to mention what a rock star she was. So thank you from the bottom of my heart Ali! You made my day fantastic!
Ali with Blush was awesome to work with! She was provided by the hotel we chose as a planner. We had a fusion wedding - American/Indian and a thirty person bridal party - and amazingly she made it all come together! She paid close attention to all the little details we wanted included, so we got to enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about things coming together. Thank you Ali!
I was all set to get married at the Omni Amelia Island on October 8th, but Hurricane Matthew had other plans. The Amelia Island resort evacuated us to the Omni Orlando and put us in touch with Lexie at Blush. To say that I was stressed was an understatement, we had three days to plan a wedding that I had been planning for over a year. Lexie immediately swung into action. She contacted all my vendors and found replacements for those who couldn't make it to Orlando. In three days Lexie did more for me than my previous wedding coordinator had done in a year. You would have never known that my wedding was planned in three days and that was 100% because of Lexie. She kept me calm and organized and I would have never made it through the day without her. She was the epitome of professionalism but was fun and enjoyable to be around. I cannot say enough amazing things about Lexie and I am forever grateful that she was there to help save my wedding!!
Brandee was there every step of the way. She thought of the answers to questions before I thought to ask. Unfortunately on the day of the wedding I began to felt under the weather and Brandee made sure things continued to move smoothly, took care of me, and made adjustments to help. I could have not asked for anyone better on my wedding day.
Lisa Hernandez was our wedding planner and she is amazing!!!! First of all, she was so lovely and sweet! She made us feel like she actually wanted to get to know us. She is extremely professional and well planned. She knew exactly what she wanted to do, but also asked us what we wanted and made sure everything was to our liking. If we wanted to change something, she said okay. She was easy to work with. She made our day so enjoyable because she had everything done. There was no stress. She handled everything. It rained right before our reception and she was right there to help us and communicate what was gonna happen next. Perfect professional! HIRE HER!!!!!! Thanks Lisa! It was a day I'll never forget!
I am so incredibly grateful to Brandee for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!!!!! She has incredible attention to detail and created a wedding above and beyond my hopes and expectations! Abbey was the most amazing coordinator, I couldn't have asked for anyone better! I met her the day before my wedding since she was our day of coordinator. She was so helpful and intuitive. Ali is just wonderful! She helped us from start to finish, she was available to answer questions and give advice and suggestions whenever we needed it. She helped us find some great vendors - Blush has connections with people all over town and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We met with Ali a few times leading up to our big day and from the first time we talked with her we knew she would do a great job, she is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She thought of every detail we were missing, and worked with all of our vendors to coordinate everything leading up to the day.
On the day of the wedding she took care of everything, we had nothing to worry about so we were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing we were in good hands. We are so happy we worked with Blush and Ali is fantastic!
Over the past two years, I have hired Brandee Gaar to coordinate 2 large weddings in my family. Not only is she approachable, reasonable and sophisticated, but she managed these two elaborate events, from start to finish, with professionalism, taste and the highest level of accomplishment. Most recently, I put the execution of my daughter's wedding at the Four Seasons Resort in Orlando, Florida, solely in Brandee's capable hands... including a complicated hotel contract covering hundreds of rooms and multiple days of parties, floral/draping/lighting needs for a décor theme so demanding that it required immense creative vision, vigorous negotiation, mulit-vendor coordination, bravado and over 22 hours of onsite, through-the-night, set up. She brought me vendors of the highest caliber and oversaw dozens of custom-made pieces of clothing and art, countless special requests, last minute emergencies and the needs of over 40 international guests. As a result, our event was a masterpiece. Brandee Gaar is a rock star and any of you considering her, or her firm, for your wedding will be nothing more than thrilled with the result.
One of the packages that comes with booking your wedding at Reunion Resort is a day-of wedding planner from Blush. Right from the start, I was connected with Kyle. She reached out and let me know what tasks she would take care of and made sure to let me know that if I had any questions to let her know. Throughout the wedding planning process, there were several times I reached out to ask her for vendor suggestions and she immediately responded with a list of people I could contact. For wedding specific questions, she provided suggestions based on things she had seen at other weddings and her own personal/professional experience. About a month before the wedding, we skyped (I was planning from Boston) and went over all of the big and smaller details. She literally thought of everything, making the process so much easier for me. After talking to her and realizing how wonderfully organized she was, I asked her if I could pay an additional fee to have her at our wedding ceremony at Holy Cross Church. At our rehearsal, Kyle was so friendly, on time, and made sure that everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Having her there left me feeling so calm for the next day. The morning of the wedding, Kyle arrived early and collected everything she needed for the reception. She was just amazing. She made sure everyone was ready-to-go and stuck to the schedule we had created together. She took care of EVERYTHING without me even having to ask her any questions. During the reception, Kyle kept us on schedule, but made sure we enjoyed EVERY SECOND of our wedding. There are not enough words or ways for me to express how highly I recommend Blush, to more importantly, Kyle for any wedding planning you'll need. She will make sure your day is a dream come true.
Ali Watkins & the Blush team was absolutely amazing! I selected their 'Design & Coordination' package and it was one of the best decisions throughout our wedding planning process. Ali was SO organized, helpful, and always made herself available to talk leading up to our wedding day. The actual day of our wedding went by without any glitches (that I was made aware of), and for that I was stress free and able to enjoy every minute of our special day, knowing she had it all under control.

Hiring Blush for my day-of-coordination was by far the best decision I made for my wedding. I was very hands-on during the planning process of my wedding and did a lot of things myself. When it came to the month before and day of the wedding, I wanted a right-hand man to be there to take care of all of the vendors and coordination. My wedding day went flawlessly (as far as I know - which is all that matters, right?!). Maria Balestriere was very organized, helpful, understanding and made mine and my husband's wedding day PERFECT. She was more than a coordinator and became a friend. She cared about our day as much as I did and made sure all of the personal touches I added were showcased. I can't thank you all enough for everything. We loved having you all!
The best decision I made throughout my entire wedding planning process was choosing Blush to coordinate my wedding. I chose the Design and Coordination package and was very happy that I did. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Ali and she was absolutely phenomenal! There are not enough words to express how amazing Ali is as wedding coordinator. We booked the mid-level planning package with Blush, and we couldn't have been happier! I live in DC, my then-fiancé lived in New Jersey at the time, and we were planning a wedding in Central Florida (where I'm from), so we really needed help with all of the logistics. Abbey, our planner, was AMAZING! I can't say enough wonderful things about her. She was an absolute joy to work with and thought of every little detail to make my wedding day completely wonderful. I'm a pretty organized, type-A person, but Abbey is on a completely different level when it comes to weddings. She thinks of everything, from the perfect rain contingency plan (which has to be just as lovely as the non-rain plan) to where your gifts will be stored during the wedding itself to making sure you have a great "exit" planned. Furthermore, Abbey coordinated with all of my vendors - they worked together seamlessly, and Abbey made sure they were 100% on time. She also took care of things like loading my personal possessions and our gifts into the "getaway car" so we didn't need to stop to do that at the end of the night and returning our cake tray to the cake baker so we didn't need to do that the next day. Honestly, if you are carefully researching planners (which I understand, since I spent hours doing that myself last year), then you can stop right now, because you won't find a better planner than Blush. Or Abbey. I can without hesitation say that the best money we spent from the entire wedding was on Blush, and the most fun I had during the planning process was during my planning pow-wows with Abbey. She is phenomenal. Thank you, Abbey and Blush - it was my dream wedding!
Blush by Brandee Gaar and Ali Watkins were absolutely amazing for our wedding in January 2016. We elected for the "day of" package, but Ali and Blush were instrumental throughout the planning process. Ali was available to answer all of our questions, big or small, and provided us with wonderful and helpful guidance as we planned our big day. Ali was also wonderful at coordinating all of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding-- it was amazing and such a relief. The day of the wedding, Ali was absolutely amazing- she kept things moving, set up our decor, and helped us get down the aisle in one piece! I cannot recommend Blush by Brandee Gaar and Ali Watkins more-- they were absolutely amazing!!
After researching planners for a while, I read through many reviews, got in touch with different companies, saw real wedding pictures and decided to go with Blush by Brandee.
It was hard to get a hold of them at first, but eventually Brandee contacted me and we were able to set up a plan.
I was living outside of Florida, so worried that I wouldn't be able to do much planning for our wedding in person, I wanted to rely on someone who could design and plan our day for us.
We were assigned to Abbey. Our initial meeting went really well and promptly received an email with a list of vendors. I was under the impression that wedding planners would be much more communicative and involved in all the options I was looking for. When I asked questions, I barely received any answers from Abbey so I was confused as to what services I had signed up for.
I thought paying 3500$ would cover many services since we were not in Florida and needed someone who would do things for us, but in the end I felt like I could have just gone with a Day of Coordination Package for the help that I eventually got. I definitely feel like I went with the wrong package and overpaid for the services received. I was only recommended vendors, which I could have just found on sites like the Knot or Wedding Wire in the end.
My groom tried to make me feel better by telling me that they would probably make the real difference the day of the wedding.
We had a second meeting with Abbey a month before the wedding, and she went into all the details. She said she would adjust a few things and helped us decide on a few loose ends and take over, so in the end I was much more calm and relieved of all the stress. She said she would be in touch with all vendors and send everyone a timeline.
As days went by, I was getting nervous as I didn't hear back from Abbey and had to pay all the final contracts. Some of the vendors were asking me if they were going to receive the timeline for the wedding 1 week prior, and also inquired as to who our coordinator was as they were still not in touch with her yet, so I was confused as I thought this would have been taken care of already. When I inquired, she promptly sent us the timeline, but it had other people's names on it, and stuff was not according to plan...
On the day of the rehearsal and wedding, Abbey was unable to attend due to sickness, so Brandee was there to cover for her. I was in part a little worried as I didn't know how much Brandee knew of all the details we went through with Abbey. But the day of the rehearsal went really well. Brandee went above and beyond expectations, so we were all super relieved and happy about how it all turned out.
The day of the wedding, Brandee also took care of us, we were very happy with the overall result, but I think I would have liked to have had more time to discuss plans and go over smaller details like I had with Abbey since she was the one who knew us and went over everything way more in depth because it was important to us, and I had really planned everything months in advance.
Even though some things weren't according to plan, we were definitely happy with the final result.
Kyle G. from Blush was the perfect wedding coordinator! Her experience truly shined from the first moment we met with her in consultation, and especially on our big day! Kyle's attention to detail was unmatched. Her suggestions, ideas, and know-how were especially helpful to our planning process. We truly couldn't have pulled it off with out her!
I used Blush's Design and Coordination Package and was very happy! This included day of services as well as help with floral, linen, room design, lighting and more.
My coordinator, Ali, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and really helped make the planning easy. I could not have done without her help on the day of...I truly had NOTHING to do but enjoy my day. Any hiccups that happened were addressed in seconds and my day was absolutely perfect!

I began planning my wedding fall of 2014. Newer to Florida, I was looking for a wedding coordinator to both give me vendor recommendations since I was not familiar with local business but also for day of coordination so my family could enjoy the day too. I met Kyle Grafton (one of many planners/coordinators available with Blush) through another vendor and knew instantly from her calm and friendly personality that she would be easy to work with.
Throughout the entire planning process Kyle and Blush were there for me. They gave me recommendations when I asked for specific styles of vendors and helped me stay in my price points.
Day of, the big day, everything went perfectly! Kyle handled everything--planned and unplanned. She was quick to step in for any problems that came up but also to monitor the days events and adjust details as needed. I was so glad we went with Kyle and Blush for our wedding!
We were introduced to Kyle through the venue that we chose, Champions Gate. During the entire wedding planning process, Kyle brought up several ideas and important additions to our wedding that I would not have thought of. It was the intricate details that Kyle had covered that made our wedding above and beyond. Kyle took care of everything including making sure the programs, wedding favors, seating for the reception, guest book, etc... were all set up and in the proper place. She took care of timing, making sure guests knew where to go and guided everyone and everything perfectly. One of many things that Kyle did for our wedding that did not go unnoticed was that one of guests had a mechanical problem with her scooter and was struggling to get around with her walker. Kyle picked up on this right away and had hotel staff on the spot with a wheel chair. Friends from the wedding could not stop talking about Kyle and how spot on she was . This was not the first time we heard this since the wedding and reception. We can not thank Kyle enough for all the hard work she did for us and how professional she was at all that she did. We want to Thank Lindsey for bringing Kyle into our wedding plans and let her know what a valuable asset you are to any wedding at Champions Gate. Lisa and I know that things would never have gone so smoothly without Kyle and we are forever in debt for the hard work you provided us. Thank You again for the best wedding we could have imagined! Brandee is my fairy godmother! She made my wedding beautiful and I couldn't have done it without her. Brandee had the most creative ideas and was in constant communication throughout the entire planning process. The day of the wedding was perfection thanks to Brandee! She was close by the entire night and made everything so smooth. My 200+ guests were blown away by what Brandee (and a little bit me) put together. I would LOVE to work with her again and HIGHLY recommend her!
We worked with Kristen and used the "day of" service, which is actually a full on planning service from 6 weeks out. Kristen was phenomenal- She worked through every single scheduling and logistical detail for us to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch. She gave us multiple suggestions for back up plans (we were expecting rain on the day of our wedding), and great advice every step of the way. She gave us several vendor contacts that ended up working perfectly for us. Most importantly, she completely reduced the nervous and stress of the entire wedding planning process. She was fantastic!

As a previous wedding planner my expectations were high and I was very certain about what I wanted and did not want. Ali went above and beyond to make sure that every detail, even the tiniest thing was just as we asked it to be.
Ali answered every email, every question and often offered up information before I even asked. She was right on time with a full and accurate timeline of events and reached out to every one of our vendors to confirm details, so I did not have to.
The day of the wedding she was on point, on time and made sure every detail (probably details I am not even aware of) was flawless. She kept everyone on time and the groom and I did not have to worry or do a thing! At the end of the reception, she so kindly packed up all our items, and delivered two slices of cake to our Villa. (We were married at Reunion Resort and were staying on property)
There are many people out there that do not realize the value of having a day-of wedding planner. When you are the bride or groom, even a close family member, the last concern or thought you want to have is are the programs out for the guests, does the reception look nice, have the vendors delivered, you want to enjoy and savor every moment. That is what Ali did for us and that is the kinda of experience you will receive if you choose any of the Blush by Brandee planners!
I almost decided not to hire a Wedding Coordinator, but I am so glad that I did. Kristen with Blush was an absolute sweetheart and such a big help with planning our wedding. Before we even officially hired her for her services, she was already giving us vendor recommendations. She was much more than a "Day of Coordinator" because she was there to offer advice or give recommendations throughout the entire planning process. We were planning our Orlando wedding from Fort Lauderdale, so it helped a lot that Kristen was very flexible with scheduling our consultation and phone meetings. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day. Kristen made sure that everyone knew exactly where to be and when. She kept everything running as smoothly as possible, even sending her assistant out for bloody mary mix when we ran out. We are extremely happy with all of her vendor recommendations. So many of the vendors were excited when they heard that she was the coordinator. Everyone got along well which definitely helped to make the day even more special. We would definitely recommend Blush by Brandee Gaar to anyone who wants a perfect wedding day!
Brandee and her team went above and beyond in helping us plan our wedding. We original thought we would use her day of service, but she quickly jumped on board to help us out in the months leading up to our wedding with tiny details to make our day perfect. We had our wedding at the Omni Champions Gate, FL. When you book your wedding ceremony with them along side the reception then they provide you with a day of coordinator from Blush. I didn't realize how much I needed one!
Maria Balestiere was much more than a day of! She reached out early on to see how planning was going and even helped us find our dj. She came to our tasting and went through an extensive list with us which helped ease my mind of what I had left to do. Her timeline was so helpful and she made sure everything with all of our vendors was in order so that all I had to worry about the day of our wedding was getting ready! She keep the night running smoothly so that we could really enjoy ourselves. And everything that was ours to get back at the end of the night was taken care of so that we could continue to spend time with family and friends afterwards! Even though she was provided to us I would highly recommend to any bride to at least book a day of coordinator. They really help you enjoy your day!

Kyle from Blush is a dream to work with! She made everything day of run smooth that we didn't have to worry about anything. She took care of all details and made sure everything came together so all we had to worry about was getting married and enjoying the day! All the vendors she recommended were perfect. My wedding was this past April at the Reunion Resort. We worked with Ali from Blush by Brandee Gaar. Ali was literally amazing in everyway possible. I'm not sure what we would have done without her. She saved my mom and I from a lot of head aches and stress. She was easy to work with, so unbelievably knowledgeable and always there when we needed her. She met with us multiple times before the wedding and had an outline with every single detail of the wedding, which kept me very calm. She was quick in her responses, as nights when I woke up in the middle of the night thinking of something, I'd email her and she would respond within hours with an answer. Ali was so unbelievably friendly and made my entire family, wedding party, and all my other vendors feel comfortable. She was overall amazing and I recommend Ali and the whole team to every bride that I come in contact with.
Our venue required a day-of coordinator and Blush had some great reviews, so we contacted them about nine months out from the wedding. As soon as we met Alison at the consultation, my husband and I knew we felt confident in her abilities and professionalism. She had a lot of experience with our venue and our other vendors so we completely trusted her to lead the team putting together our wedding day. If we had room in the budget, we definitely would have hired her for full wedding planning services. But for the day-of coordination package, Blush planners still put in a lot of work! Alison was always available for any questions I had and she did a great job keeping all of our wedding details together throughout the entire planning period.
One of my favorite aspects of working with Alison was that the night before the wedding she took everything out my hands with full instructions including favors, guestbook, etc. So I basically had nothing to do on the big day but show up, get married, and have a wonderful time! This was a big moment of relief for me after so much planning and I felt completely comfortable putting everything in her care. Everything went beautifully on the wedding day and our families were very impressed with Alison's experience and attitude. Later that night as the wedding reception came to a close she made sure everything was packed up and went home with the right people, which was a big help!

After just over a year of planning my husband and I got married this past Saturday! I had the privilege of working with Brandee and her team throughout the whole process. Before getting into the logistics, one of the top reasons I’m so happy with our choice is that Brandee is just an absolute joy to have around. You spend so much time with your wedding planner and it makes the whole process so much more enjoyable if you really like her. Especially since she is in and out while you get ready for the wedding.
Here are my top logistically reasons to work with her:
- Design: Brandee’s eye for design is just phenomenal. You come in with a few Pinterest pictures and a billion questions and she transforms your venue space into the image in your mind that you never even properly conveyed to her.
- Vendors: The team of vendors she works with blew me out of the water. They are all brilliant at what they do, but they also seem to genuinely care about making sure you have the perfect day. Especially Lee James (Florist) and Ben with Kaleidoscope (lighting).
- Emergency management: Like with any planning, there were apparently a few hiccups right before my wedding. I never even knew about it until after the reception because she dealt with everything.
All in all, she was absolutely incredible. I am so lucky to have had her help through everything. Thanks Brandee and the Blush team!!!
The Blush team is amazing! My planner was Alison, and she was so helpful throughout my wedding planning process! She helped me with all the questions I had and with the little details! My wedding day was absolutely perfect!! Alison and her assistants took my plans and executed them perfectly! I never had to worry about a thing! Alison was so organized and always emailed or texted me back right away if I had a question about something. I'll admit I was very hesitant to have a wedding planner for my wedding since I used to be an event planner. But in the end Alison worked with me as a team instead of as "my planner" to help make my wedding perfect even with the wet grass and my last min crazy changes to the venue so my beautiful bride could have the outdoor wedding she dreamed of.

Our daughter's wedding was this past weekend. Like everyone, we had been planning the big day for a year. We had pictured in our minds a wonderful, beautiful wedding. With help from Brandee Gaar, with Blush - it turned out even more spectacular than we could ever have imagined.
We knew what Amy wanted, but we had no idea how to get it done or which vendors would be able to deliver. Brandee knew.
She recommended and worked closely with the most wonderful vendors. Brandee recommended Denise Wilson from Dogwood Blossom Stationery who helped us create beautiful invitations and all our other magnificent paperwork. She found us a spectacular florist (Lee James Floral Design) who just blew our minds with the things he was able to do with the tables and decor! Amy wanted a chandelier to hang from nothing. Brandee said, "No problem. We can do that!" and recommended Ben Lawles from Kaleidoscope Event Lighting who turned the reception into a fairytale better than anyone could imagine. We wanted a fantastic band that everyone from different generations would love, Brandee said to get the Buzzcatz who helped us party the night away. Amy wanted a song for her processional from a childhood favorite movie. The score for the song she wanted had never been produced. Brandee said, "No problem. I know someone who can listen to the music, write the score, and gather the artists to perform it for you!" She called Shannon from Beautiful Music and it was done. These are just a of few of the many magical moments in our dreams - that Brandee made come to life. It was bigger and far better than we even imagined.
That was all just in the pre-planning. We were even more blown away by the grace and professionalism she and her staff showed as day-of coordinators. Even though there were a thousand moving parts to pulling off this wedding, Brandee and her employees were calm, soft spoken, and completely lovely through the whole event. Everything was perfect!
I can not think of one thing that we would have done differently - from a year of planning through our day-after brunch. We used ALL of Brandee's recommended vendors and not ONE of them disappointed. Without a doubt, we will use Brandee with Blush for our next daughter's wedding. There could not possibly be another wedding planner that is better! I cannot even imagine using anyone else!
From day one, Brandee was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and one of the most organized people I have ever met. I was one of the brides that thought that I would not need a wedding planner...But the venue we chose required us to have a wedding coordinator for at least the day of the wedding. I scanned the list of planners that was given to us by the venue. Blush had an amazing website with tons of amazing reviews and pictures, I emailed them and got an email back by Brandee within an hour of me sending it. I was sold! The next week I met with Brandee and she was so nice. she listened to all that I was envisioning and started planning right away.
She was honestly perfect. She is so well known in the industry she was able to get us everything we wanted/needed for our perfect day, from recommendations of other vendors to organizing every single aspect of the wedding.Brandee was able to let me relax during the process while she was organizing everything on the other side. She made our day PERFECT.
The day of the wedding arrived quickly and Brandee showed up early to the place we were staying with my dress and accessories. She reassured me with everything! Once we got to the Church, I met Elizabeth from her team who was sent to the church to oversee everything and make sure everything was going as planned while Brandee left for the reception venue to make sure everything was getting ready.
Once we got to the venue, everything was set outside and then (crazy Florida weather) it started raining...We were devastated and dinner had to be moved inside...Brandee was able to calm us down making sure that the wedding would still be beautiful no matter what.Brandee, her team, and the other vendors were amazing and were able to move all the guests inside for dinner and it never looked like a backup plan. They were so fast, and we are so thankful for the amazing service they provided us.Nothing can't stop Blush, not even rain at an all outside reception! While we were all enjoying our dinner inside, Blush and all the other vendors were hand drying the entire outside area so we could be moved outside after dinner for dancing.
Brandee and her team went beyond our expectations to make our day perfect.

As parents of the Bride, we were so impressed with Brandee Gaar and team. Thank you Brandee for pulling off the most awesome wedding that blessed Kristen and Zach beyond measure. Brandee is extremely knowledgeable, professional, organized, pleasant and fun to work with, but is also very good with vendors to ensure you get what you want. She knew our budget and helped us coordinate our daughters DREAM WEDDING keeping our budget in mind. She brought Kristen's vision to life and provided great ideas as well. The vendors she recommended to us were all top notch. Almost everyone who came to the wedding and commented to us told us it was the best wedding they've ever attended. They said it was classy, elegant and very fun. We agree! Several parents said they would be hiring Brandee/Blush because of how much they loved the wedding and because of how stress free we were. My now-husband and I are so glad we got to work with Brandee and her team. First impression when I met with Brandee was she was very professional, had lots of great ideas right from the start, and efficient. You could tell that ideas are flying in her head as she actively listens to you. My MOH and friend came with me to meet with Brandee and we all fell in love with her.
I told her I wanted a simple wedding and that I did not have a "vision" at the time. She helped with great ideas on our first meeting. My DH was not too fond of the idea of having a wedding coordinator but he's definitely appreciative of what these ladies do.
I got to work closely with this Greek Goddess of a woman, Maria Balestriere. We stayed in touch consistently, esp. that I live out of state. She, too, was very professional, kind, caring, and sympathetic. She's go, go, go and on schedule -in a good way, yet, she is personable. It's like you didn't just have a wedding coordinator, you gained a friend.
Day of the wedding: We had a 10:30 wedding; Maria was on site at 7 a.m. checking out the area and getting things rolling. She kept me calm even when I started to freak out for whatever reason (also throughout the wedding planning, btw). Everything was executed flawlessly, I didn't have a thing to worry about. All my other vendors told me, they love working with Blush BBG, because they know, not only do the Blush girls take care of the Bride & Groom, they also take care of the vendors.
Blush by Brandee Gaar gave me an experience I will never forget. I am forever grateful to Brandee and Maria.
We hired Blush for their day of coordination. I probably should say I hired because my husband was so opposed to having a wedding planner. He actually asked me, “I’m going to pay for someone to babysit our wedding?” Nothing reassures me more that Brandee and her team were 100% worth the money than hearing him admit defeat while watching Brandee work on wedding day! Despite the fact that Brandee was hired just for the day of, she was available to me throughout the entire planning process. Don’t be fooled by the package title “Day of Coordination!” If you have an iPhone, you always have Brandee with you. She is SO quick to respond to e-mails and even faster to offer her help. Brandee took over weeks before the big day confirming all of the little details with each vendor. She even spent the day before our wedding tying all of our linen napkins into the most adorable bow ties! I don’t know if anything truly went wrong on our wedding day because Brandee was always calm, cool, and collected… even after we almost got blown away in a seriously windy thunderstorm crossing the street from our hotel to the venue! She is the perfect mix of sweet and business. She adjusted the timeline without hesitation when needed. She didn’t let the microphone get in the hands of the many people who unexpectedly wanted to make a speech. She literally tackled every task with a smile! The word stress was nonexistent during my experience with Brandee. Having a wedding planner at your wedding is just as important as that perfect white dress and if you’re looking to say yes to the right one, I can assure you Blush by Brandee Gaar is the way to go. If you don’t believe me, ask my husband! ;)

I considered myself a pretty organized bride. I plan events for a living, so I really didn't feel I needed a wedding planner. However, my venue required I have one. I didn't need one for the entire wedding planning process, but day of wedding planner from Blush was a lifesaver!
My planner was Maria Balestriere and she was great. It was just reassuring to have someone there the day of my wedding making sure everything went according to plan. If there were any issues I didn't know about them. Maria just made it work.
Maria was not only there for the day of my wedding. She made herself available to me prior to the wedding. I was able to contact her with any questions I had and she offered me very useful suggestions.
Even the most organized bride needs someone in her corner to help her make sure her day is perfect. Maria was that for me and I would highly recommend her to other brides.
The best decision I made (besides the proposal of course ) was deciding to work with Brandee Gaar of Blush by Brandee Gaar! From the moment my fiance and I met her, there was no doubt we would be working with blush for at least the day-of package. However, after getting an email from Brandee pointing out we had booked our venue for Easter weekend, panicking, and having Brandee reassure us and take care of changing it before we even hired her.... we knew she was priceless. By 7 a.m. the following morning we had a new date and a new wedding planner. Both my Husband and I , and our families and friends, found her to be the best part of the whole planning process. Not only is she well respected in the industry , effective, organized, and creative, she is one of the most genuinely nice and good to the core people you would want in your corner. Our wedding was put together in a way that we never knew she was running a business and family, let alone planning anyones wedding but ours. She gave the most outstanding recommendations for other vendors and seamlessly orchestrated our dream wedding! Lisa helped me with advice, opinions, vendor recommendations, and so much more the entire year leading up to our wedding. She helped calm my nerves as well :) She was absolutely amazing. The wedding couldnt have gone smoother because of her. The day-of package was perfect for us since I was a DIY bride, but Lisa set up everything and made sure the day was perfect. We hired Sandi from Blush as a Day-Of Coordinator. She was awesome from the very beginning! Sandi really helped out the last few weeks leading up to the wedding and developed an extensive "resume" of pretty much the entire wedding. Sandi was there to run the rehearsal and was there first thing on the day of the wedding to set up and make sure we had everything in line. Sandi was truly concerned about the Bride's wishes and did everything she could to make them come true. She was so helpful when we decided to move our ceremony inside at the last minute due to the weather. I recommend Sandi and Blush 100%!! Thank you!
I knew from the moment I was engaged that I needed a wedding planner. My husband and I both work full time (40+ hours a week) and we knew we wouldn't be able to pull off our wedding without a planner. When we first met with Brandee we immediately knew she was the one for us. We didn't want to get married in a ballroom and Brandee immediately suggested four or five places in Orlando that we could get married at. Places we didn't even know existed!! She has a great network of vendors that are as professional and loving as she is. We never felt like just another wedding - we felt special. Brandee was very flexible (even at 7 months pregnant) helping us with last minute items and was there with us every moment of our wedding weekend! Her staff is amazing - Alison created a seating chart based on our invitation - tying everything together just perfectly. Before, during and after our ceremony they were on top of it - could tell when we needed water or to sit down or food before we even knew we needed it. We can never express to Brandee and Blush how much we appreciate all they did for us! Our wedding was perfect - it was us. Even when we couldn't express what we wanted Brandee would suggest the perfect thing. She was never over bearing or pushy with her suggestions and always let us know that it was just a suggestion. We loved the wedding Blush created - and all of our guests are still talking about how much fun it was, about all the little touches all due to Blush!
Kristen McDonald with Blush by Brandee Gaar was the best ever! (www.blushbbg.com) I absolutely cannot stress enough the importance of a wedding planner (and please don’t assume your mother and maid of honor can handle it, they can’t). Kristen took care of everything! To this day, I have not a clue if anything went wrong (neither does my bridal party) because if it did, she took care of it. She was amazing through the entire process and I am so happy we met her! My wedding went absolutely flawless! My whole bridal party just fell in love with her too! She is so sweet and so fun to be around! Kristen is absolutely fantastic!!!

What can I say, Brandee was absolutely amazing! My husband and I were recently married in April and without Brandee I'm not sure we would be writing this review right now ;) Since we are from Chicago we were not able to meet her in person until the tasting. However, from our first conversation via phone (and many more to follow) she never skipped a beat. She always managed to make time for my calls, even if it was in her car with her kids or on the couch with her husband late at night. With her insightful suggestions for the "little details" and her dynamic personality, Brandee pieced together what turned out to be a beautiful wedding and pleasant experience for both my husband and myself and all of our guests. I worked with one of the ladies from Blush through Sensational Ceremonies. I was provided with a day-of coordinator. She was very helpful in setting up an itinerary for the day, which helped me relax a little. The coordinator also helped pack up some things from the dressing room and made sure the sand ceremony was set up and then packed away safely. It was great to have an extra set of knowledgeable hands at service. She helped make the ceremony run smoother.
Our wedding planner from "Blush" was Anna Mulligan. I had hired her as a "Day of" planner, but she went above and beyond the traditional "day of" responsibilities. In addition to meeting with me multiple times months out, she was perfect on "the day". She created a timeline a Westpoint grad would be proud of. Everything was perfectly scripted and the entire event was flawless. Both Anna and Brandee assisted in the actual reception and made a truely delightful event for all of us. My wedding (and the days leading up to my wedding) went by flawlessly due to her attention to detail and her care and concern for my special day. The little hiccups that pooped up in the few days before the big day were taken out of my hands completely and I didn't even have to think about them. She even remained calm upon learning she was going to have to bustle my incredibly intricate train following formal photos. I couldn't have done it without her! Amazing!!

Brandee and her wonderful team (Kristin, Anna and Sandy) were amazing to work with. I had two daughters get married within five months of each other and Brandee helped create two completely different, beautiful weddings. Besides the weddings, they help select hotels for the guests, arrange the rehearsal dinners and weekend events along with a spa treatment for the bridesmaids. The vendors she chose were the best in Orlando and a pleasure to work with. It was wonderful the day of the wedding to watch my girls relax and enjoy their special day. Our guests commented on how beautiful and fun each wedding was. Even my husband stated Blush was money well spent. They saved us so much with discounts from vendors and gave me great suggestions on ways to save funds (liquor on consumption). I am forever grateful to Blush for helping create my daughter's "dream weddings"
We got married on 11/5/10. From the moment I met Kristen, I knew she would be my Day of Coordinator. She was great to work with and thought of all the things that never crossed my mind. I am so thankful that I had her to take care of all the details and pull everything together so well. It was truly a perfect day.
Brandee and Kristen assisted us with every aspect of our wedding day. Brandee was able to match vendors who worked within our budget, but also vendors that we instantly clicked with. She and Kristen suggested so many tiny and large details that added so much to the day. The day went on without a hitch, I even found out after the wedding about a few minor issues, but Brandee was careful to not let anything ruin the day for us. Brandee and Kristen did such a wonderful job! I even miss getting emails from them about wedding details =)
We worked with Brandee Gaar for two years and we had a great experience with her as our planner. We had interviewed a variety of planners before her and we knew from the get go that she would be perfect. She introduced us to the perfect venue and an amazing team of vendors. They are truly the best at what they do! I first met with Kristen and she immediately sold me!! I was considering a photographer, but he was out of my price range. He happened to be a friend of hers and she called him on the spot! She told him by budget and he agreed!! I was SO impressed! I hadn't even signed with them and she did that for me! It just proves how much they really care about Brides and making their day perfect! I, of course, immediately signed the contract! She told me I could think about using them and I told her there was no need! I said all I needed was a pen!! Alison was my wedding planner and I cannot say enough great things about her! She really helped me and did way more than she was required to do! I had met with other planners and none of them even came close to Blush! These girls really know how to plan an amazing wedding! She did so much from meeting and booking vendors, layouts, negotiating, planning the timeline, decorating, and keeping me under control!! I kept coming up with ideas at the last minute and although she wanted me to stop scouring the internet she pulled them all off!! She was AMAZING!!! She really made all our dreams for our perfect day come true!! We also had Anna for the day of! She was so great! I had always wanted a candy buffet and she made it look so great! Everyone was really impressed! One of the many great things about Blush is their contacts!! Every single thing or vendor I needed they were able to help me with! They really listen to what you want! I just can't say enough positive things about them!! There was nothing they didn't do! They went so far above and beyond my expectations! I really enjoyed working with them! They were practically available 24/7! I would email around 2am and Alison always responded promptly! They are beautiful people - inside and out!! I don't plan on using them again since I found my 'One'!! I will recommend them to every Bride I know though!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!
My daughter got married a few week ago. We hired Blush for the Day of Coordinator. She interviewed a few other people first but when she met Kristin from Blush, she immediately knew that she had found "the one" who would be there for her on her wedding day. Kristin was magnificent. She got totally engaged weeks before the wedding providing comfort to all of us. Her calm demeanor and total professionalism kept us on track and able to enjoy every aspect of the wedding process. I met Brandee and her team at a wedding show and I immediately bonded with them. We set up a meeting with Kristen Mcdonald. Not only was Kristen completely professional, but she was able to help us take our unconventional ideas for our wedding day and turn them into something truly magical. We needed everything because we wanted to get married in a park we discovered while we were dating. Kristen and her team were able to manage everything and keep things going.
What especially helped was that Kristen and Brandee were with us through-out the whole process, which was about 15 months. We started planning early because we were getting married on a very popular day, 10-10-10. The early planning enabled us to get what we want at the price we wanted. Blush was very helpful when a few months into the planning process, we moved cross country for my fiancee's job. Then, 6 months later we moved back when he got transferred again. Moving cross country twice in one year in a lot, add in planning a wedding and it could be disasterous. Fortunately, Kristen was there and was amazing the whole way. Telling us when we needed to get things done, when payments were due, etc. She really made the whole experience fun and a lot less stressful.
My ultimate goal was to have everything completed the week before the wedding, so I could enjoy the week and be stress free. When it came to the day of the wedding, I wanted to be able to wake up, be pampered and enjoy getting ready without having to worry if anything needed to be done. I have been to weddings where I see the bride working to the very last minute to get things done, and I did not want that to be me. Kristen and her team went above and beyond helping me accomplish this. I showed up at the ceremony and everything was set-up and all I had to do was walk down the aisle. Then we took pictures and showed up at the reception and all of our guests were there and settled and we could make our grand entrance. The reception turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Kristen was able to take our out-of-the-box ideas and turned them into a gorgeous and fun event. We ended up having some problems with the hotel we were staying at, so Kristen managed to arrange us a new place to go with a hours notice and had everything arranged for us, even taking us to the hotel in her car.
Bottom line: Brandee has set-up a wonderful team of people who are there for you when-ever you need them. They are professional, fun, and great people to work with. The go above and beyond the call of duty to help transform your wedding day into what you want. They will be there for you night and day to make sure that your wedding day is perfect.
