Working with Esme was one of the best and most important decisions we made for our wedding! I cannot emphasize enough how much we loved working with Esme (and her team!) and how much she really made the whole event and day as wonderful as possible. I am a planner and organizer by nature, but hiring Esme brought not only a trusted partner into my thoughts and own plans, but a very professional, well connected, seasoned wedding pro who made sure nothing was left unthought of, and that everything was taken care of, while shielding us from the stress and burden of coordinating such an important event with several vendors and tons of details! Esme’s approach really showed us how smooth, well thought of, and stress free this experience could be, and I felt completely well guided and safe with Esme at the wheel. Her approach also strikes a great balance of getting all the details covered without making it seem overwhelming. The amount of meetings, the communication style etc.. was never too much or too little. It also helped that Esme is really kind, personable, and receptive of our vision and ideas and was able to take our choppy thoughts and create a cohesive, beautiful day that we envisioned. She also went above and beyond during the whole process and also (unknown to us at the time!) made a quick, slick save on the wedding day when something didn’t show up from one of our vendors. She went out of her way to personally solve the issue before we even had the chance to notice, and that’s just another example of being in good hands with Esme and her ensuring that our day was stress free and just an incredible day for us to soak in all the love, beauty and happiness of the big day. We look back on our wedding day, and are so happy with how everything turned out, it was our dream wedding, and we are so thankful to Esme for that. Oh! Also, Esme’s team is beyond professional, caring, sharp and organized… they all are so incredibly helpful and friendly and all work together so well. Would recommend to anyone!

Our wedding was everything we dreamed it to be and more and I owe that to Esme and her team. She seamlessly executed my vision and made me feel stress free, which allowed me to be fully present. For my wedding I was looking for a wedding planner that understood the latin culture. I wanted to have a Loteria theme wedding that combined the culture of my parent's native country and my husband's parent's native country. I came across BodaMaestra through a social media post, I became curious and checked out BodaMaestra's main website. As I was scrolling on the page I fell in love with seeing pictures of other couples weddings. The decor for each wedding looked so beautiful! That's when I knew I should contact Esme and see if she was available for my wedding date. Having Esme has our wedding planner was an amazing experience! I explained to her what theme I wanted for our wedding, and she created design presentation that demonstrated ideas for centerpieces, floral design , backdrop recommendation. As I looked at the design presentation I was amazed with her creativity. She made the wedding planning process go smoothly, she was great at communicating with me and also very understanding with budget goals. My wedding day went perfect, my guests complimented on how organized our wedding was, how beautiful the flowers were and loved the centerpieces we had! Esmeralda was fantastic to work with! She truly understood what needed to be done at the right moment. She was able to keep track of all the wedding details and decisions that needed to be made to make all the important moments on our big day perfect! She was prepared to make our wedding fantastic from the beginning and knew exactly what needed to be done. She coordinated and had detailed schedules for our rehearsal and wedding day which made everything run extremely smooth! She prepared us with the right information and questions before our vendors even requested the info to ensure we had enough time to think about what we wanted and did not feel rushed at the last minute. Esme responded to our lengthy emails and many questions promptly and she made it very easy to coordinate phone calls and in person meetings. She maintained contact with all our vendors and made sure everyone knew our wedding details, timelines, and special events such as our vibora de la mar tradition. She was very patient when we could not make decisions, and she gave us very helpful advice that made the wedding planning process less stressful. We hired Esme because she was highly recommended, and we felt that she could truly understand our backgrounds and the blend of our values and cultures. We were extremely happy with her work! From the first time we met, we trusted her with our wedding and she created a wedding experience that was beyond anything we could have imagined! It was unforgettable!. We wanted a simple and elegant wedding that represented our values and traditions, and she was able to make it happen! She has many great vendor contacts, especially in the Latino community, and found the perfect vendors for us, including the phenomenal bilingual emcee and our hojarascas (a Mexican wedding cookie) caterer. She had never worked with our venue (48 Fields Farm) and caterer (Old Blue BBQ), but you would have never known. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day thanks to her. She was able to take care of all the details, and made our job very easy! Esme is a true professional. She went above and beyond to help create a fantastic floral design, and we highly recommend letting Esme design your floral arrangements. During the wedding, Esme worked tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring all the details were taken care of and that everything was running smoothly. Not a single detail during the entire wedding experience was lost on her! Esme created a beautiful wedding experience for us, and we could not think of anything we would change! When my fiance and I decided to plan a multicultural wedding, we were a little overwhelmed. We wanted to design a wedding that would blend my New England and his Mexican background, and we needed bilingual vendors to help make sure everyone had a good time. So we were so excited to find Esme! She completely understood our story and created a beautiful design combining rustic American and vintage Mexican elements. We also loved all of the vendors she suggested, and our guests loved all of the details. We definitely recommend Esme if you're looking to create a personalized wedding with latin flair.

Esme is our Wonder Woman. Working with Esme, for both my husband and myself, was not just about having someone there to guide us through the rough parts (though she did that brilliantly!). She was a kind face, a listening ear, and a friend in the crazy and happy parts of the wedding planning process. We hired Esme for our month-of-coordinator, and she did an incredible job. We were planning our wedding from across the country, and I couldn’t imagine doing it without her. You will never feel alone, Esme is always there to help you when things get a little crazy. I could not be happier with the results of her hard work and dedication. She had us moving through our wedding day like it was a dream, light and easy the whole way through. I can’t imagine just how much work she had to have put in to accomplish that! She took our garbled, confused vision and brought to life what we had always dreamed of having. We found Bodamaestra by researching for bilingual wedding planners online and through that we came across her website and her other social media pages such as Facebook, WeddingWire & the Knot.  There really weren't any hesitations to hire her at first except for what she was charging but we are so glad we moved forward with her services; it was well worth it!, probably one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process.  The key element when hiring Bodamaestra was that she was bilingual and had been doing weddings for quite some time now. Bodamaestra's wedding website also gave us a great insight about their services. We really appreciated her very fast turnaround responses, her friendliness characteristics, was a great resource in every aspect (had recommended vendor list, ideas, etc.), always had the right questions to ask us, and always had a smile on her face. Will definitely recommend Bodamaestra to our friends and family. Esme was very flexible and always easy to get a hold of. Also she was very organized and knew what it takes to plan a wedding (I had 250 guests). One tool that we loved was Aisle Planner. The table seating feature was amazing, so simple to use. We had a vision of what our perfect day would consist of and with Esme’s help, our vision become a reality. Throughout the entire project Esme guided us in every element of the planning. Meeting and getting to work with Esme as my wedding coordinator was just a pleasure. As I started planning my wedding I thought I was going to be able to handle all by myself. When my husband and I selected a venue, we were informed that one of the requirements was to have a coordinator for the day of the wedding and Morais Winery had Bodamaestra in the list of their preferred vendors. I spoke to a few others over the phone but felt more comfortable with Esme not only because we were both Latinas but she is just a sweet person that made me feel so comfortable since our first conversation over the phone. On our first meeting, I realized that I not only needed a coordinator for the day of the wedding but I needed Esme! She gave me a list of things I did not think of before but were important. After our meeting, she helped with reminders and her website was a huge help to stay in track. During the wedding, she was very good about keeping to schedule and adapting accordingly. If you need a coordinator, Esme is the best, not only does she do an amazing job, but also super sweet and very professional.

Working with Esme was great and much needed for our wedding! She was very helpful beforehand to make sure things were organized, well thought out and to take ideas and translate them into actual personal touches and real parts of our big day. She arranged face to face meetings and also did some things with me online to help make the process meet our busy schedule - she was flexible and able to draft up plans for us to feel organized and prepared. On the day of our wedding, she was so soooo helpful as I asked her for a ton of favors - last minute things here and there, to check on this or that, and check in with me throughout the event to make sure we were doing well with timeline and guests seemed happy, etc... We were so happy we had Esme there and we also truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and assistance from start to finish. We were so happy with how our wedding turned out and I very much attribute a lot of the success of the day to Esme, her work, and her assistant too!! Recommend this service highly to brides that are holding their event at their home (like we did on our family farm), are unsure or not confident about the whole planning a wedding process on their own or in general, or if they just want to point of contact throughout the event to manage various situations that almost always arise on wedding day! We really had a smooth and successful wedding day because of the coordinated and well thought and planned out work we did with Esme - we are so grateful!!

Bodamaestra was recommended to me by wedding venue and I am so grateful for that! I chose to work with Esme after meeting with several coordinators. It was clear that Esme offered quality services at a great price, and she was easy to talk to, did not pressure me in any way, and was just wonderful to be around! I chose only day-of services, but was able to meet with Esme twice before the wedding. And Esme and I communicated on a regular basis via email. She was always accessible and easy to talk to! Esme got to know both me and my fiance and walked us through everything we would need to know for the big day. She provided software that made coordination of all the details very easy. She sent reminders of things I needed to do in the weeks leading up to the wedding. And she answered all of the questions I had as we got closer to the wedding. Esme & Malia both know what they are doing and made everything happen seamlessly. On my wedding day, I never once had to wonder what time it was or worry about what might need to happen next. I knew that Malia was taking care of everything. Esme & Malia truly made my wedding day perfect. I couldn't be more thankful, and I cannot recommend Bodamaestra more highly.

Esme (the Bodamaestra) was our day of coordinator for my wedding in September. I was skeptical that I needed a coordinator at first, but my mom convinced me it would relieve stress. Esme was recommended by another planner already booked. At first I wasn't sure it would be a good fit because neither my fiance nor myself are Hispanic, but we were having a multi-cultural and multi-lingual wedding and Esme was great at addressing those specific needs. Before the wedding, Esme was very organized, asked great questions to get us thinking, and knew tons of other good pros - when our DJ company went out of business, she found us a better DJ at a better price within days. That alone was worth booking her! On the day of, she did a good job overall with keeping us running on time. There were moments when none of us seemed to know what was happening though or her plan was a little off. For example, we woke up 20 minutes earlier than we needed to because her schedule had the wrong time for the hair and makeup team's arrival. Overall, the day went really smoothly and we were less stressed thanks to Esme.

Boda Maestra was recommended by our venue "Morais Vinyard". They have previously worked with Boda Maestra and is an approved event/wedding planner who is bilingual and has many years of experience. At first we hesitated to hire an event planner because we did not know if we could afford it, but it was totally worth the price. Esme made sure that our month of wedding was stress free and even provided us with a website called Aisle Planner in order to upload our vendor contracts, wedding timeline, pictures etc. Because of this, we decided that it was worth the price. The best part of working with Esme is that she was very flexible, understood our needs and even was available to facetime in order to follow up. I would recommend the services because Esme is very easy to communicate with, and at no moment did she looked stressed, upset or worried. Keep in mind that our ceremony was outside, they called for 65% chance of rain and we only had less than 3 hours to set up. Nonetheless, everything went perfectly and it was a great wedding!

I can’t begin to explain how happy we are to have hired BodaMaestra as our wedding’s day-of coordinator. Hands down one of the best decisions we made. Esme was kind, professional, organized, thorough, detail-oriented, and did everything she could to make sure the day was absolutely perfect. She met with us several times over Skype (we live out of state) and in person when we were in town. She was extremely prompt in her responses and helped ensure that all vendors were on the same page. Her experience as a wedding planner is clear and evident and helped ensure that everything was perfect. All of our guests were impressed with her kindness and ability to make everyone feel calm and welcomed. Our wedding was special because everything happened in the same location: ceremony, cocktail, and reception were all at St Francis Hall. Esme did a fantastic job helping us plan and execute the most efficient way of flowing our guests and making the venue look its best. Everyone was extremely impressed with the organization and flow of our event. During setup, Esme took great care to make sure that the caterer and vendors knew exactly where they needed to be, and paid close attention to every detail. The fact that she speaks both English and Spanish perfectly was a godsend for us. We had several guests from Argentina who spoke little to no English so having Esme was perfect so that everyone felt comfortable and at home. It also helped my mum and I who, when we get a bit nervous, switch into Spanish without realizing it. No matter what we were saying, whether in English, Spanish, or just frantic motions, Esme understood us and was ready to help. We cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make our day more beautiful, memorable, and perfect than we ever could have imagined. Estuvo perfecto! I highly recommend Esme and BodaMaestra to every bride out there. Don’t even hesitate, it’ll be the best wedding decision you’ll ever make.
