He was so responsive from the beginning and patiently answered our questions. During our final meeting, we sent him a long list of songs/genres since we have specific songs that we loved, and he gave us so much confidence that he will deliver, and yes he truly did deliver (played almost 90% of the songs on our list)!  He's the best hype man for our grand entrance and timed it so perfectly for our choreo. He even ensured that he checked with me first when our bridal party wanted to change their entrance. During our open dancing, my fiance and I did not stop dancing at all! Everyone looovveed and raved about his mixing (asked for EDM, pop, alternative, rock), and there was no dull moment. Even my older vietnamese family members were up dancing too! Thanks DJ Dominiq for making our vision come true!!!

In the initial intake call with Matt the owner, he was able to mix music live on the phone and did an impromptu mix of musical styles that we requested on the fly, and it blended together so smoothly - it was very impressive and made clear they know what they are doing. Leading up to the wedding, they provided a helpful music questionnaire. We were able to list must-have songs, a do not play list (which they respected), and specific details pertaining to the flow. We also had a few particular requests that they accommodated, such as wanting to hear a specific song during the cocktail hour when we were actually there (as opposed to being elsewhere taking pictures) and they absolutely delivered! One other fun detail that he respected was ensuring we entered the reception at the exact point in the song when we wanted, it was so fun and cool! The reception music was great, and they even had little details where he would play music while people were getting ready to give a speech so that there was no awkward silent/dead-zone time, everything just flowed. The dance floor vibes were fantastic and our guests are still raving about how fun the dance floor was, and how good the music selection was. DJ Tim respected our guidance and was able to riff and do his own thing, which meshed seamlessly with our song requests. People were dancing all night and the dance floor was never empty! We also took advantage of their photo booth add-on and our guests loved this as well. They had great props, and also used our wedding invitation to create the print-out template, which was a really special touch. Guests really loved the photo booth and used it all night; it was a big hit. Aeron was a fantastic attendant and made sure nobody had any difficulty. Overall we happily recommend Bouquet Sound and are so thankful for them making our day extra special with music and the photo booth!

But our coordinator was who directed me to him specifically and I’m so glad she did! We had a list of DJs to talk to but from our first initial interview call with him, we knew he was OUR DJ. He understood our taste and the range we wanted - we’re very eclectic people LOL He was able to work and make it work with all our guest live musicians (who are our friends and not hired so there was zero rehearsal). One of our friends was playing the keyboard for our ceremony and brought the wrong cord but DJ Dominiq was able to make it work and figure out something of his own (WITHOUT ME KNOWING ABOUT THIS DILEMMA TILL POST WEDDING). We also had our groomsman play saxophone to open the dance floor and that had zero hiccups from what we could tell and was one of our most memorable moments of the evening. One thing we loved about DJ Dominiq is that his goal was to never lose momentum or have awkward lulls. He was very adamant about perfection and fun, and that’s all he gave us. He knew our love for Broadway musicals and threw in some unrequested bangers that my bridesmaids loved! We also appreciated that he threw in our emo night throwback pop punk bangers!!! The dance floor was so packed, people were just dancing by the bar and that’s something we’re so proud of 🥹 Someone at our wedding had so much fun they were trying to buy another hour but we had so many moving parts 😂 I have a lot to thank from my team that helped make our wedding day possible, but this is a clear ode to DJ Dominiq. If I were to do this all over again, it would not have been what it was without him 👌🏼

He produced a great playlist that really built up throughout the night. Starting with some easy background music over dinner, to a great mix of classic and new songs to get the dance floor going and then turned it up to 11 at the afterparty from 10-12. He worked hand in hand with our onsite coordinator and his attention to detail made sure the entire night ran smoothly on schedule with no stress!

incredible playlist I curated and I told them this was just Dominq throwing down off a few requests we gave! The Bill Nye remix had the boys buzzing and Pink Pony Club made my wife’s dream come true. We really appreciate it and the fact that we had pretty much every young person on the dance floor through the end of the night is the true testament to a great time. There's a saying in Judaism called "besheret" aka. "meant to be". When our planner first said she had this incredible DJ and then my wife’s mom Mom had just from a wedding with a great DJ, and then we ran into you at our friends wedding, we knew it was besheret for you to be our DJ.
