The tuxedos were beautiful, but when we got them several had things missing (shoes, button covers, wrong vest, etc.). My husband had to drive back to Jackson ( 2 hours) the morning of our wedding to get the replacements even though it was their... mistake. Also when my mother went to turn in the tuxedos, the shop wasn't open on time, and instead was an hour late opening because he doesn't have the staff to help him open and close and get things together. I was a bit disappointed.
