I was so thankful for the help and care I received at Breeze Bridal! They opened the store specifically for our appointment and I ended up buying the gown selected by our assistant, Farrah. Everyone was so kind and prompt to contact back, and the selection was great!! Prices were reasonable and they offered additional help with finding a seamstress and photographer for our wedding. These people were genuine and kind. I would recommend them to any bride!

AWFUL customer service. Ordered a wedding gown online and when it arrived, it had several holes in the dress including RIGHT in the front. I requested a picture prior to my order and did NOT get a picture. I think it's a fair assumption that the dress will not come with very visible, noticeable tears. Customer Service was rude and horrendous. Very poor quality dresses. Do NOT purchase from here.

We had a scheduled appointment for a wedding dress for my future daughter in law. First off when we arrived we waited for ever for anyone to great us. When we told them who we were and that we had an appointment they said you will have to wait that they were getting the room ready. We waited almost 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. Once we got back to the wedding dressing, fitting area it only proceeded to get worse. Very little help if any from the staff they had another bride in the back area it was a larger group and all the attention was given to that bride and that group. I felt so bad for my future daughter in law her maid of honor had to help her try on dresses. I am used to our bridal shop where I am from and you are treated with respect and they want you there. I did not want to upset the Bride but if she had been my daughter we would have left. Not to mention we drove 4 hours and that this place was highly recommended. I would never suggest this place to anyone.

This shop is so wonderful! Allison and Amira were so helpful and kind. They were informative, available, and flexible with my schedule (I currently live in North Carolina and was home for only a few days). Their dress selection was also insane! They have so many gorgeous pieces, and I was able to find my dream dress at the first store I tried. I couldn't recommend a better place to find your wedding dress!

Elegant and unique European designer dresses. Great service. I loved how they only offered me dresses within my budget. Highly recommend.

Buyer beware: Do not purchase from this company if you expect to receive the dress you purchased! I purchased a dress from them that was marked as "in stock" and then received a text message from them almost a week later stating the dress was now sold out and would not be shipped. This is not acceptable for a high end dress store. They should have an accurate inventory system to prevent double selling an in stock dress. They did not even have decent enough customer service to apologize in the text message, let alone offer something to help make up for their error.

Breeze Bridal Boutique had so many options for wedding gowns. I had no idea what I wanted in a dress when I went in but they were so patient with me and helped me find my dream dress. They were able to make an appointment where I was one of the only girls in the store trying on gowns. They even took down a dress from a mannikin so I could try it on. I highly recommend Breeze Bridal for any of your bridal needs!

I had a great experience at this bridal shop. I tried on dresses and ordered in Jan 2021. My dress came in by March/April 2021. I never felt pressured to buy the dress here, like I did at David's Bridal. I ended up purchasing the same day due to a sale that was going on.

I had the worst experience with them. The very first time I went to try on my dress I never got the “bridal experience” they treated me like I literally just was trying on dresses to play in them. A lady gave me my dress for me to try it on and walked away, I didn’t get further assistance until I stepped out and asked again. When I found the dress I loved the most. No one told me that the dress was a size 10 when they knew I was super small and petite and was in a size 0 for a dress! They just told me I could get it altered and insisted that I went through the lady that they hired! However being that I loved out of town going to her was a hassle for me. When I finally got to San Diego and found someone to fix the dress for me they told me it would cost 1200 just to ALTER my dress because of how huge it was on me!!!!! And then when Diane called to ask them why they sold a dress that huge for me Amira proceeded to speak negatively about me giving Diane attitude and telling her that had problems with me because I ran late a few times! As if I didn’t travel in and out of town for this. When I talked to them on the phone they seemed so understanding so to know they were speaking nasty about a customer who they failed made it worse! Reguardless of if I ran 10-15 mins late I still should have been given exceptional service and I still should have been fitted properly or at least told that dress was too big for my frame and I would be paying well over 600 to get it altered. I literally paid the same amount of my dress to get it altered due to the negligence of Breeze Boutique .

Breeze was my last appointment of the day. We got there for an appointment t 3:30 and were not helped until 3:50 or so. So we were a little nervous about how the appointment would go. But Amira came to introduce herself as our specialist for the appointment and everything turned around. She was so friendly and warm and really knew her stuff. She listened to what I wanted and what I had tried on previously to find me the perfect dress that had a lot of what I liked in previous dresses. I could not have been happier with the appointment by the end. Thank you Amira for helping me find my stunning dress and dramatic veil to complete the picture!

We placed on order on 08/2021 for a custom piece. At the time of ordering, I told Amaira (whom I found later was the owners daughter) that we needed the piece by 10/01/2021. Amaira told me that she was at market and would see if the vendor could make the dress in enough time, as their standard production would be Nov 2021. Moments later; Amaira called me back and told me that she could get the piece to me by the first week of October, but not necessarily 10/01/2021. I told her that would be fine. She told me I needed to have measurements to her ASAP, as this particular day was “cutting day” for the vendor. We drove 1hr to the nearest dress store to get fitted. We had the measurements sent, and Amaira advised us to go to PayPal and pay for the material. Moments later; it was complete. Fast forward to 10/08/2021 (the end of the first week of October) I contacted Breeze Boutique questioning the where abouts of the order. I was told that they were “checking on the order”. Hours later, I was informed that the dress was on its way. 10/14/2021 came, and still no merchandise. I then sent a text message saying please do not ship the item; as the wear date is 1.5 weeks away and there isn’t time for alterations anymore. Instead of receiving a reply, I got a email hours later from UPS saying the order had been picked up and was scheduled for an over nignt delivery. 10/16/2021, I receive an email stating that the merchandise is was delivered at the front door. Still, too late, I began calling the store asking for a refund. Amaira refused. She told me I could file a dispute on PayPal. I proceeded to file. PayPal informed me that due to evidence text they would have refunded the money, however the store claimed that it was a “custom order” and PayPal can’t assist with and custom order claims. (Which leads me to believe why they have you order on PayPal) Over the last three months, I’ve been trying to get this resolved. Today, a manager named “Nora” assisted me. Absolutely 0 help. Told me that she doesn’t have a “valid reason” to escalate the case to anyone higher. Told me that when I clicked confirm on the website, that the ship date was end of October. I explained that over the phone and via text, Amaira confirmed that this order would be completed by 10/07/2021. Nora, explained that the text said “The pieces would be to them by the beginning of October. I explained that the store was very well aware that I needed to by the first week of October. Not the 16th, 1.5 weeks later. Let me be clear, Nora is also the Owners daughter…also Amairas sister. I asked to speak with the owner, of which she told me that she didn’t have a valid reason to send to owner. Knowing dang well, he’s only a phone call away since it’s her dad. We are still fighting with them after months. My recommendation is to avoid the entire place, or make SURE it an item in stock. How hard would it have been to explain that it’s a family business? Instead, I got the run around when I asked if there was someone higher. . “There’s a lot of managers, but we all handle our own departments” When asking to speak to the owner, I was told “There just isn’t a valid reason to send the order higher” Be very cautious shopping here. As a multi business owner myself, I’m appalled.

Had a wonderful experience getting my wedding dress at Breeze! I went a few other places before coming here and Breeze by far had the largest variety of choices. They were respectful of my budget and listened to the features I wanted in my dress. Dresses were all available to view on their website, which was so nice. I was able to put ideas on my wishlist and they pulled them at the store. Amira was especially helpful and friendly during my appointment and helped me find the perfect dress! Highly recommend Amira and Breeze!

I really like Breeze Bridal and the staff, but I felt really overwhelmed by it all. I tried on 8 dresses and ended up buying one that ultimately looked amazing after it was tailored to fit. However, I spent a long time afterwards debating on whether or not I bought the right dress. The key is to not bring as many people with you and also be honest with your attendant about whether or not you really like your dress. Breeze Bridal will definitely let you come back. Also remember that wedding dresses are not cheap so if you're not willing to spend at least a thousand dollars, you may be better of buying a used dress or looking for deals. Sometimes Breeze does a big blowout sale so if you follow their instagram and facebook you can be updated about that. Overall, I thought my attendant was really helpful, knew their selection well, and I am glad I ended up buying the dress that I did.

I had a great experience trying on wedding dresses at Breeze! The woman who helped me was very receptive to my thoughts and comments on the dresses I tried and not pushy at all. I was nervous going into it because I can be a bit indecisive but she was super patient and helped me find my perfect dress! I would definitely recommend Breeze to a friend! Great choices, fair prices, and helpful, friendly staff!

I went in to try on wedding dresses. They have a wonderful selection and a staff that gets to know you and your wedding style. I ended up getting a dress from them, which was exciting! With all the emotions from the day I ended up buying the veil I tried on with the dress. It is a very expensive veil and not worth the money. I was not expecting to buy a dress that day so I had to put it on layaway and put a deposit down. (I drove from Kansas City). I was totally fine with picking it up later on. I contacted them the next day, because my aunt wants me to wear her veil, about taking the veil off the purchase. All sales are final even layaway. Which was not explained to me when I put the dress and veil on layaway. They told me that they would see and that they wouldn't be able to let me know if they could get it off the purchase until I came and picked up the dress. Which made me feel like they weren't even going to try to get the veil off. I went and picked up the dress and they told me that they wouldn't be able to take the veil off, because it was on the same contract. They could take the veil off the contract but the half I already paid for the purchase I would not get back. Meaning I would have to repurchase my dress without the veil and lose the money I had already put down. I left upset, and that after I was able to take my dream dress home. Overall the staff is helpful and knowledgeable but I did feel like I was haggled into buying the veil.

I had the best experience here! I'm not a fan of trying on dresses, but I had so much fun! Amira helped me and made me feel like I was her best friend! She was so sweet and made me feel so beautiful in all of the dresses I tried on. She knew exactly what she was doing and brought me all of the stuff I needed. She was amazing and I'm so happy she was there to help me! :)

Shout out to Amira! She took the time to get to know my wedding style and a little more about me. I showed her some pictures of dresses that I liked and she went searching for dresses that fit my likings! I tried on several beautiful dresses at Breeze and I fell in LOVE with the first dress I tried on. I loved it so much I ended up trying it on 3 more times during my appointment. I would definitely recommend Breeze to everyone. They have soooo many beautiful gowns.

I worked with Amira and she was absolutely amazing! She was a true professional who made me feel at ease and valued, she was so easy to work with and helped make my day so special . She wanted to know every detail about the wedding so she was better able to select dresses for me to try on. I only tried on five dresses and each was more beautiful than the last. She listened to all the comments I made on each dress and adjusted accordingly until we found the perfect dress! I would recommend Amira to anyone and everyone who needs a wedding gown!

I found My Wedding Dress here and Amira was the best consultant! I had been shopping in STL and those shops did not compare to the dress selection here! She immediately understood what I wanted and chose dresses for me to try on... I LOVED all of them. But they just got better and better with each one. I absolutely recommend shopping here! Highly recommend! Staff was very friendly, and helpful in helping me narrow down the style and cut that fit be best, and within my price range. They seemed genuinely happy to be apart of the process.

I felt important from the moment I walked in, but even more important was that I felt important after. I was able to find my perfect dress and the girls were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They ensured my dress would arrive on time, provided great recommendations, and was always excited to see me. I felt important from beginning to end and on the wedding day I felt like a Queen.

I had an awesome time finding my dress at Breeze. Amira took the time to help me find my perfect dress during their sample sale last summer. I brought a coworker with me on our lunch break and we found my dress in about an hour and a half. I chose a Morilee and it was beautiful and made me feel like a princess. I put my dress on layaway and had no issues with them finding my account and paying for it over the coming months. Once I paid off my dress, I asked for recommendations for alterations and they recommended Nora Drown who was wonderful and fast with alterations. My wedding was June 2, 2019 and I received so many compliments on my dress. I couldn't have imagined going anywhere else for my dress purchase.

AMIRA IS AMAZING! Se helped me with everything from buying my beautiful bridal gown, to helping me get it for a great price during a sale weekend, buying my bridesmaids dresses on sale since I bought my dress with them, best places for alterations, dress cleanings, and everything else. Whenever I would be walking downtown Columbia, I would stop in and all of the front workers (bridal is in the back) would holler "Amira, your bride is here!" and she would run out to hug me and talk with me. Will go back just to see Amira after the wedding. :)

Overall good wedding dress experience. I tried on about 5-6 dresses and ended up liking the 3rd one best so I bought it! Of course, they will try to upsell everything and tried to get a veil and hairpiece in with the dress but I stopped them before they added that to the bill. Does not do any altering but they have recommendations.

If you want to find your dream wedding dress, go to Breeze! They are all super nice and helpful. I went in with very specific ideas of what I was looking for in a dress, and they nailed each thing in one dress!! And they are always having amazing sales so even if you are on a budget you can still find it at Breeze! Would highly recommend them for flower girl dresses as well!

Breeze was amazing when it came to my wedding dress and my Mom's mother of the bride dress! The process of finding a dress and ordering it was so easy! They really listened to what we wanted and both of us bought the first dress we tried on. Highly recommend!

Amazing dress selections! Kendra is a super star! She helped me find my dress as well as my sister's dress a few months before me. Kendra did an amazing job helping me find the dress of my dreams to help make all of my wedding dreams come true!

This amazing boutique is family owned, and will exceed your expectations. Their selection of dresses is unique. Kendra was my bridal consultant, and I felt comfortable every step of the way choosing my dress with her. They have prices for multiple different price points, as well as accessories to complete your bridal look. Setting up an appointment was easy. I was listened to, and my desires were fulfilled. They even had good recommendations for seamstresses as well, which I really appreciated.

I loved so many dresses in this boutique! The ladies were super helpful and made my dress shopping experience as easy as could be! I shopped around at other local stores but found the dress of my dreams here. No other place treated me like these ladies did and they were able to stay within reason of my budget. I would definitely recommend this place for all future brides out there!!
