or our June 2022 wedding. Broadly Entertaining had several potential people and lined up zoom chats with each for us (we were planning long-distance), and each person was delightful, prepared, and wanted to help us find the right fit. We had a hard time deciding because we liked each of them so much! We picked one person, but then they ended up getting a theater national tour gig and so Jamie stepped back in to both write our ceremony and find us a new officiant (assuring us that if she couldn’t, she would fly from Texas to NY to officiate personally at no additional cost to us). Jamie found Monique, set up a call to make sure we were comfortable, and helped keep everything moving smoothly. We exchanged several drafts of the ceremony with Jamie and she was always receptive to our feedback, while providing thoughtful suggestions as well. Monique was great about keeping in touch around details, showed up early and pitched in to get last-minute spacing figured out for the ceremony. Monique was so personable and welcoming and the ceremony was really lovely. So many people came up to us all evening complimenting us on the ceremony and assuming that we had known Monique for years despite having only met via zoom before our wedding day. Overall, Broadly Entertaining was great to work with: super on top of things and checking in with us, happy to help us think through ways of bringing in our different religious upbringings (Jewish and Protestant Christian) that felt meaningful without being overly religious. We highly recommend them as officiants if you are looking for someone who isn’t explicitly religious in background but is happy to help create a ceremony that is completely aligned with your vision.. We didn’t hire a wedding planner for our wedding, but if we were going to hire an event planner for something in the future, we would certainly look to Broadly Entertaining for that side of things as well.

our questionnaires so that she could make our ceremony truly unique to us. We opted to share our personal vows in private ahead of the ceremony, but I love that Giana worked with us to even customize the more generic call-and-response vows to fit us and our relationship as well. Another really personal touch was that she left us an envelope on our sweetheart table that had each other's answers to the questionnaires. I absolutely loved that and how thoughtful she was in making our ceremony truly sentimental.

n a way that felt really supportive and open-ended, not at all domineering. Although she was excellently organized, amazingly communicative, rapidly responsive and relentlessly helpful, what we appreciated most was how positive and encouraging Giana was when we were gearing up for this huge (for us) event. She worked with us and our vendors to save us time, energy and cold, hard cash. It was so nice to feel like she was on our team and in our corner. A few days before the event, our sister and brother-in-law were around and they overheard a phone call check-in we had with BE and they were like “wow that was so much better than our wedding coordinator; she is so wonderful” Truly money well-spent and a pleasure to work with BE!

I’m so grateful we went with a personalized ceremony because Jamie crafted her words perfectly to communicate our story to others and incorporate our personal planting of a tree ritual. 😊 I even had a couple of guests come up to me to compliment how well she led it! We had initially only reached out for day-of-coordination services but they also gave us many options for DJ services, audio rental equipment and officiate coaching for our family members that were going to officiate us. They even offered to set up decor and store it for us. If I had to hit the reset button (and covid wasn't a thing!) I would have contacted them from the moment I got engaged. Thanks guys!

shower to my wedding. I meant to only hire them for one event but they were so easy to work with and went above and beyond I wanted them to help plan everything. They both instantly felt like friends and not people we hired. When I would call about a problem whoever I talked to, Giana or Jamie, would help me calm down, help me problem solve and make me laugh. That was the biggest thing they did, their presence and energy relaxed the room. For my wedding day Giana sang me down the aisle and I had SO many people ask me where I found her. Jamie was our officiant and it was perfect! She really created a beautiful ceremony that felt so personal. Make your wedding planning easier and hire them!

anaging and organizing the other performers, pretty much owning whole sections of the day that I barely had to think about. YES! Second, Broadly Entertaining provided Chicken Bingo during our Sunday brunch. At first we didn't have anything planned other than eating but then BE offered to add some fun and we thought, what the heck, let's have chicken bingo. Hoo boy was that a good move. The chicken bingo ended up being one of the most talked about moments of our wedding weekend. It was a blast and a totally unexpected bit of joy and laughter added to the event. That was 100% due to the ladies at Broadly Entertaining. They have my strongest recommendation. Seriously. Just contact them. You'll be so glad you did.
