We reserved the Lewis & Clark Hotel at Buckstop Junction for our wedding reception, after we had booked we decided it would be a good place to host our rehearsal dinner (and decorate). Buckstop is a collection of old buildings from all over ND. Tours can be given throughout seasonal months. They have tables and chairs available for use, some of them aren't in such great condition, but for the price it was all worth it. They have a bar attached to the ballroom, you have to stock it yourself. The ballroom holds 120 people, bar holds 60. I don't think we had over 200 people and it was pretty crowded over dinner. Men's and women's restrooms were clean and spacious. They do have a chapel on site, but we did not use it. Tons of photo opportunities, scenery is one of a kind and it's easy to find!

We loved it there! We had a outdoor wedding with the chapel as our backdrop and reception in the hotel, it was perfect. So many locations for photos and the guests loved being in the old buildings and wandering the premise. Only $500 to so it was well worth it!

This place was perfect for the reception. It was hard to get the keys because they only have 2 extra sets, but it was absolutely perfect. They have very few restrictions, you can have an open bar all night, unlike many other places in town. Everybody loved it. The historic site is great for a wedding of about 150. Don't try to fit too many more than that in there, it will get very tight. rental was $300 for the day.
