I challenged her with a painted buttercream cake (thank you Pinterest lol) and she MORE than delivered! The 3 tier cake was again moist, delicious, and the flavors POPPED! We did lemon supreme with lemon zest buttercream, madagascar vanilla with chocolate kahlua and salted caramel drizzle, and deep chocolate with peanut butter buttercream with reeses peanut butter cups. They were all to DIE for flavors and textures! She gave us instructions, extra boxes for guests to take home extra if they wanted, and delivered exactly when she said she would, setting the cake up beautifully (see painted flower buttercream cake on the suitcase). She excelled during the COVID pandemic in customer service, I cannot sing her praise enough. I discussed changing my plans so much and she was flexible and understanding the entire time. She even gave me suggestions for alternative options for our wedding site! She was so supportive through the trying times and she always gave me the option to reschedule or have back up dates if it came to it with no muss no fuss. She took a chunk of stress off for me that I cannot thank her enough for! I have dreamed of my wedding cake ever since I was little and I can NOT have imagined a more beautiful, flavorful cake! I feel like I also gained a trusted, reliable resource that I will book for future cakes and cupcake needs- I can't wait to try more flavors and tap into her creativity again!
