Kenzie was fantastic to work with. Linens were included with our rental and that was so nice not to deal with. A downside is that you ONLY have the venue for 9 hours and any more time, you have to pay for- that includes your set-up as well. The grounds were beautifully kept. We did not have a problem with bugs and this is the first year the fire marshall allowed sparklers to be used for an exit. They have some items you may borrow and that was helpful. The hosts were available and also helpful. Do not come to this venue and expect to have a bridal suite or a place for the bride and her girls to get ready and a place for the men to get ready. It does NOT exist. There is a closet for brides and the maids to be in temporarily before the ceremony but other than that, there is no where. You must be okay getting ready off-site. I would definitely recommend using this location.
