I could not have asked for a more organized, attentive, and sweet wedding day ninja! She did it all and with ease! She worked well with all my vendors and made everything come together so perfectly! And most of all I was able to enjoy the day and my guests knowing that no matter what, Candace could and would handle it! If you are on the fence about a planner, this lady can do it! Big or small... day of or full blown wedding planning - Candace can do it all!

t time - you never have to wonder where you are in the planning/execution because she always keeps you informed. She is flexible, creative and is a excellent problem solver and communicator. Her calming effect on the overall event is very apparent and truly creates an experience that can be enjoyed by all - especially the hosts and bride/groom. Candace was with us on our 2 year journey (thanks to COVID) of creating and re-creating a truly magical wedding for our daughter and son-in-law. Late in our planning, we had to change venues to their ranch which required re-work of much of the plan - Candace never missed a beat - she rolled up her sleeves and helped us re-create the vision for a wedding that was reflective of the bride and groom and their home, the family and the beauty of New Mexico. She expertly navigated the vendors, the weather and all that goes into an complete outdoor wedding - everything came off exceeding our expectations. We had approximately 100 out of town guests that truly had an experience like none other. Her pride and ownership of the event was reflected by her doing whatever was needed to make it perfect and a complete success - no job was too big or too small for her to take on or cover to ensure that everything was perfect. I cannot imagine that we could have accomplished this without the calm flexibility, expertise and loving attention to detail from Candace to deliver a dream wedding for our family. I cannot recommend Candace enough - she is great to work with and is a truly exceptional person.

COVID killed our original plans, Candace was super flexible and worked with all our vendors to change the date as well as ultimately the venue. She was also a calming presence throughout the process and a joy to work with. Cannot recommend her enough! I cannot imagine my wedding without her.

But, more than that, she became a friend and a confidant, someone that I plan to stay in touch with even though we're no longer planning a wedding. Candace made my (now) husband and I feel extremely special throughout the process, and she heard all of our concerns and requests, no matter how nutty, and made sure they were taken under consideration. On the actual wedding weekend, Candace had to juggle a lot of moving parts because our wedding was complicated to pull off, requiring the coordination and meditation between lots of vendors, timetables and preferences. She CRUSHED it. She was patient, unflappable and always calm, putting myself and my family at ease. My husband and I had high hopes and high expectations for how our wedding would come together. Well, Candace FAR exceeded anything we had imagined. It was the perfect day and night, and it's all due to the way that she tied everything together, paid endless attention to detail and devoted herself to getting to know the two of us and what we wanted out of this experience. Candace is so much more than just a ridiculously talented wedding/event planner. She's an amazing human being who cares tremendously about the couples she works with and invests so much of her energy, emotion and resources into helping begin a marriage, not just throw a party. There is NO BETTER wedding planner in Northern New Mexico. Hire Candace! She'll make the most memorable day of your life the best it can possibly be!

on of moving parts to the event - I'm admittedly not great at juggling lots of little details at once, so hiring Candace was a total lifesaver. From our first phone call, she put my mind at ease with her expertise and calming nature. She has many years of experience so logistically she had great suggestions in terms of set up, flow of the event, etc. She's super organized and detail oriented, and was always so quick to respond with answers to my questions when I bug her via phone, email and text leading up to the event. But I think what really made her stand out was how much she cared about bringing our vision to life and ensuring all our guests had an amazing, unforgettable experience at our wedding - she listened to what we wanted and understood our style. On the day of she put out several little fires (which are inevitable for any wedding of that size) and stayed until the very end of the night (not all wedding planners do this) just to make sure everything was taken care of and we were happy. Multiple guests commented on what a well planned wedding it was. She's also just one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She didn't make me feel bad for being particular about certain things, and she has great relationships with all the other vendors in the area as well (since it's impossible not to like her). If you are looking for a wedding planner or coordinator, HIRE CANDACE, you won't regret it!!!

During the actual wedding weekend, we were totally at ease knowing that Candace had every detail & moving part accounted for. She would seamlessly check in with us to let us know things were going smoothly and yet we never felt like she was on top of us or intruding. When there was the inevitable wedding hiccup, Candace would step in and take complete control of the situation. Our wedding exceeded our expectations and we are so grateful to Candace - it was just amazing to work with her on our big day!

She made our dreams come true with a very unique request for the end of the evening with an "after party" and it completely exceeded our expectations. On the day of the wedding all I had to worry about was getting ready and staying hydrated. She took care of the rest in a seamless fashion. If anything went wrong (which tends to happen with any event). we would have never known. Our friends and family are still raving about how amazing, fun and welcoming our wedding day was and we owe a lot of that to Candace!

The location where we held the wedding, The Miramonte Resort, was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The catering, decorations, flowers, and day-of coordination for the ceremony and reception went even better I could imagine! She made sure that everything we planned was carried out, and that the day went smoothly. We were able to relax and truly enjoy ourselves, rather than stress out about things coming together. Weddings, no matter how small or "low-key" come with some stress, and Candace was so helpful, thoughtful and sweet, it really help the stresses melt away.
