Candice has made two custom dresses for me, as well as 9 dresses for my bridal party. She is a joy to work with. She handles difficult logistics really well - many of the bridal party didn't live locally, and two of them had babies right before... the wedding! She handled all the body size changes and fitting appointments with calm and grace - so important for a nervous bride! I wanted to be involved in the selection of materials - and she was happy to take me along fabric shopping - but also was able to find things I loved without me. I loved that her iterative creative process left plenty of room for my input, and introduced great ideas I would never have thought of on my own. Candice was able to take all my scattered ideas and produce a design that incorporated them in a way where the whole was greater than the sum of its parts. I'm a bigger girl, and I was completely comfortable during the entire process from design to final fitting. Candice knows how to work with any body type and has a great sense for what will work to flatter your form. Not only did I look amazing at my wedding, but the 8 women in our bridal party looked beautiful too (all different shapes and sizes)!
