Carl is absolutely amazing! My husband, Justin and I are beyond in love with our wedding video! There were so many moments in it that we had forgotten and it was wonderful to be able to relive them all! We can not thank Carl enough for being so kind and so amazing! We are so thankful we found him!

When I began to research wedding “videographers,” I was looking for someone who would fit into my budget. After a week or so, I came across Carl’s website and 5 minutes into reading about Carl and viewing his work, I knew that price did not matter – I was going to sign on with Carl not matter what because he is not a “videographer.” Carl makes films. There is a substantial difference and I am always one to pay for quality – especially if it’s my wedding day. As soon as I expressed interest, Carl was immediately engaged. We set up a meet and greet over some coffee and discussed what we liked, who we are, who Carl was and what he envisions when creating a memory that will last forever. After talking with Carl, I booked him on the spot. Carl’s films are truly a unique reflection of the couple to be wed, and their entire day. If this is your first wedding, trust when me I say, “your wedding day will go by in an instant.” I did not want to miss out on my wedding memories and by having it filmed, I knew that I could always share my memories with friends, family, and my son when he gets older. My son was 2 when we got married and when he is old enough, he too will appreciate the memories that Carl has so eloquently captured. If you are still unsure of booking Carl, JUST DO IT, because once he delivers your film you can take all the credit and say, “Yes, I was the one who booked Carl to film our wedding day!” and everyone will think you are the genius! Carl is the best! He is organized, fun, and extremely creative! I have never seen one video that was the same of his. He has a great team that he works with. Carl has the ability to create a video that is touching, funny, and overall perfect! The first meeting day was professional. The day of the wedding he kept the day running so smooth. I appreciate his work so much! I know our video will be timeless. Our engagement film definitely was a piece of our love we will remember forever. Carl is seriously an artistic GENIUS!!! My husband and I could not be any happier. We had seen his videos and trusted his vision. We waited in anticipation- knowing that he would deliver a masterpiece, and when we first viewed our highlight film, we were SUPER impressed. He pleasantly exceeded our expectations. My wife and I couldn't speak higher of Carl has a videographer. As the wedding process began to unfold we were unsure of if we wanted a videographer or not. Ultimately we made it work with our budget and couldn't be more thrilled with our decision. His short teaser film which was posted to social media got amazing reviews and family members couldn't have been happier that we decided to get it. It will certainly provide years of memories and while I was a skeptic at first, I am very happy that we went with Carl in the end. I am not sure where to begin. Carl is the most talented videographer I could have ever imagined. He captured my day in the most special an un-imaginable way. I was completely blown away with the time he took throughout the day to capture even the littlest moments. It truly was a blessing to have him filming my wedding. Now every time I watch my video I cry, because it truly makes me feel like I am back on the day experiencing the love and emotion I was feeling. Hands down, you would be crazy not to have Carl capture your moments! It truly is a blessing to have him, and to top it off he is so much fun to be around. We would enthusiastically recommend CSM Wedding Films to any couples that wish to have a video of their wedding! Carl and his staff were very professional, courteous, and so much fun to spend time with. They provided us with an awesome short preview video of our wedding, and a longer signature film that exceeded our expectations in both overall content and sound quality! Both films were beautifully edited, with music soundtrack, vows, and speeches seamlessly stitched together into two films that captured the most special and meaningful moments of the entire day. Our family and friends were equally complimentary of Carl and his staff, as well as their final product. They captured so much great footage from the groom and bridal parties before the wedding, the ceremony itself, and the reception, allowing us to see and feel the wedding day through different perspectives. There were so many moments captured in the films that evaded us the day of, but Carl made sure we would be able to fully see all those beautiful and touching moments. Our wedding day flew by, but the video from CSM Wedding Films has allowed us to relive it any time we want, and to see and experience every part of our special day!

Carl is absolutely brilliant! He enabled us to relive our wedding day in such a beautiful way. He has an eye for videography and was able to give us not only a piece of our day but something really beautiful. He was able to catch the small details while also giving us a big picture of the day. I cried when we watched our full video for the first time. It's not one of those videos that just takes you through the day, he really captured the entire feel of the day. I saw so many things I didn't realize happened on our video. And the short highlight film was so fun to post on social media for people who couldn't join us from across the country. What really struck people was the artistic quality. It was beautiful but so well done. One friend's mom told me it looked like a commercial she might see for an upcoming movie. Carl met with my husband and I almost a year or so before the wedding and, just in that meeting, I think he captured our personalities. It really came through in the video. I remember when I was watching our video thinking it looked like Carl and his assistant were everywhere and in the middle of everything, but I honestly don't remember seeing much of either of them with their cameras being in the mix of things on the day. What I do remember of them on the wedding day was that they felt like friends I had always known (which I didn't realize was so crucial for the people around for the more intimate parts of the day like the getting ready and the bride and groom first look!). They caught the most beautiful parts of the day and it was truly such a gift we would not have otherwise. I cannot recommend CSM more strongly. I could not have dreamed of a better video.

We met Carl at Starbucks, right after interviewing another videographer. Carl handed us his card, saying he had overheard us talking. We took his card and left, but after seeing the fantastic work on his website, we turned around and went right back to Starbucks! It was fate. Carl is an outstanding, truly talented filmmaker. He was dependable and knowledgeable. He directed us skillfully and produced some truly tremendous videos we will treasure for the rest of our lives. But we found more than a wedding videographer that day in Starbucks. We found a friend.

Carl and the crew at CSM wedding films did an amazing job with our films for our May 2014 wedding--my husband and I are so happy with how everything turned out! The video truly captured the day and we are so happy we ended up doing a wedding video. It was really amazing how they got so much great footage and we hardly even noticed them throughout the evening. They are truly talented and I am trying to find excuses to hire them again to film various life events :) The quality of the work is a tremendous value and I highly recommend them!

Words will never describe not only the professionalism this great team carries, but the creativity and quality goes without saying. I was floored upon seeing my video. It even made people who were not able to attend cry their eyes out. The way in which they film is as though you are watching a love film of yourselves. Carl is an incredibly talented and professional videographer. From the moment we booked with CSM, Carl was always very responsive, professional and personable. We debated for a while about booking/needing/wanting a videographer for our wedding, but the decision to book CSM, has turned out to be one of the best investments we made! When we were looking for potential vendors, we had built a wall up, in the case of rejection, because we're a same sex couple. Carl immediately welcomed us and embraced us. That alone deserves a 10 Start Rating! Our wedding day was FUN! Carl and Carina added to that fun, perfectly. They were never "in the way" with their equipment, they were never overwhelming with their presence, they respected our wishes (which were few) and meshed well with our friends and family. I wish they were actual guests! The finished product is amazing! I miss our wedding day, but our video lets me go back and relive it and it warms my heart. Carl and Carina captured our day, perfectly! If we had to do it over again, we wouldn't change a singe thing, including booking with CSM! Grateful is an understatement of how we feel about CSM….we'll close this review with, we couldn't have chosen a better vendor than CSM to be our wedding videographer. I searched through pages and pages of wedding videographers, and it was all worth it because I stumbled upon a GEM when I came across the website for CSM Wedding Films. When I first found their page there was maybe one or two videos posted, but that was all I needed to be convinced that I needed them to document my wedding. Their work spoke to me instantly. The film quality was superb and even the short highlight films were able to unveil a beautiful love story. I contacted Carl right away and he was very prompt at responding. We lived in Phoenix and he was in Tucson, but he worked tirelessly (and very generously) around my nightshift schedule to meet with Adam and I to discuss our vision for our wedding video. I felt bad that he made all that effort because all I needed to tell him was that I had complete and utter faith in his creative abilities. His team was incredibly professional and knows how to work a wedding! I felt completely comfortable around all of them and knew that telling our wedding story was completely safe in their hands. Not only were they all very professional, they were incredibly FUN with all of our wedding guests! It was so easy to see that they love what they do and that work does not feel like work to them. We received our video sooner than expected and were completely blown away with how beautiful it was. My husband had initially been skeptical about needing a videographer because we also had a wonderful photographer, but after watching our video he said, "That was the best money we spent for our entire wedding." I have watched my video over and over and am still in awe at how beautiful it is. I don't even feel like I'm seeing me on the screen - I feel like I'm watching a romantic movie in the theatre! You will not regret investing in CSM Wedding Films. Carl is a true visionary and he ensures that his employees are capable of capturing every moment of your special day.
