I loved my bouquet. The owner is the designer. He was so pleasant and kind in office. He was so incredibly helpful during my ordering I was thrilled. However, I was disappointed towards the end. I had wanted pure white roses (akitos), gard...enias, and blue belladonnas. As a florist he should have informed me when placing my order that gardenias turn brown when touched. I would have chosen another flower. My boquet has cream roses not white. I was a little heart broken over that. And my belladonnas fell out of my cascade. Not to mention it wasn't very full or the length I thought it would be. Addtionally he mentioned that he would allow me to pick up my bouquet at anytime in the morning as he prefered to keep them fresh. When I called to arrange pick up, it was a different story. His helper was rude and unkind saying " I don't care what time you want them, I won't be here." I 'm sure she meant it in jest, but to a very worried bride. . . I was floored. Thankfully it worked out and I was statisfied with my dress enough to to worry about my bouquet, but I won't be recommending them to anyone else I know.
