Sandra is very dishonest and unprofessional. We met with her to consult our wedding decorations, which she said she will be available for that day. We had emphasized that we want to reserve her service, but just wanted to finalized a few detail...s with the design. It took us 1 month to get a hold of her and schedule a time to drop off our deposit. She knew from the beginning that we were ready to pay the deposit, but she kept pushing it for weeks saying that she’s busy and can’t meet. Finally we scheduled to meet on a Thursday evening. 1 hr before our scheduled meeting time, I texted her to verify that we are still on to meet, and I headed to drive to our meeting location. She responded saying that two days earlier she booked another bride for the same date of our wedding.
1. Sandra showed strong commitment and support the day we met, yet she deceived us.
2. Sandra kept delaying the time for us to meet to give her our deposit. She knew for 1 month that I intended to give our deposit.
3. Sandra didn’t even care to respectfully send a text that we can’t meet that Thursday. Instead, she was waiting for me to get to our meeting location before rejecting to serve us.
