Under the guidance of Chef Ken Vedrinski, Chef Cole pursued further training at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. After earning and completing an internship, Chef Cole continued as a private chef in Charleston, South Carolina. He was, ultimately, inspired by the vintage cars he encountered during this time. After time spent across the globe, from Ireland to the Bahamas, Chef Cole met his now-wife Shaina. They decided to pursue a venture together, inspiring Chef Cole to study Hawaiian cuisine under Chef Roy Yamaguchi. Eventually, this manifested into what Prevail Food Truck is today.
