Catherine Rose Events has a few weekends left in 2021 and is accepting clients for 2022! Available services include day-of coordination services, a la carte options and rentals of tables, chairs and arbors. Day-of coordination is perfect for the couple who has everything planned but wants to simply enjoy their wedding day. Katie will meet and coordinate with the vendors and make sure every detail is in place for the ceremony and reception. A la carte services include but are not limited to: Pick-up and/or delivery for event, Event decor set-up, Seating chart assistance, Guest list & RSVP tracking, Calligraphy Services, Order Invitations, Assemble & Mail Invitations/Save-the Dates/Thank Yous, Set up candy/dessert table, Assemble party favors, Vendor research, Transport & Hotel Blocks, Welcome gifts for Out-of-Town guests Our rentals include 200 dark walnut Chiavari chairs, 25 folding farmhouse tables, ceremony arbors and large whiskey barrels. Katie was incredible, she was a wonderful support, and help with organizing all the final details that needed to be brought together! Would highly recommend, our day would not have been as smooth without her.

Katie was by far our favorite part of the wedding! She was just incredible! My husband even mentioned this morning how helpful and amazing it was to have her there. She did everything and more! I loved how friendly she was that I could ask her for anything and she would go above and beyond. If you need a planner, HIRE HER NOW! Its so worth it! If i had another wedding to plan, id would hire her again in a heartbeat! Just amazing!

Having Katie coordinate our wedding day was one of the best decisions we made! She helped us with our layout, timeline, and all the little details that we may have otherwise forgotten. She was always available to answer questions along the way. Having her there the day of the wedding took all of the stress off of setting up, greeting vendors, and keeping on time with everything. I would highly recommend Katie!

Hiring Katie as our wedding coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our big day. Katie was not only a huge blessing on the day of our wedding but also the months leading up. She helped with all of the tiny details that made such a difference for our guests. On the day of our wedding, Katie was setting up and making sure every detail was in place while we were getting ready. Walking down and seeing Katie's vision was breathtaking! We would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding. Our wedding was so stress-free and we owe that all to Katie.
