The cookies, too, were a revelation. The flavors were rich and decadent, and every bite was an experience to be savored. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the cupcakes and cookies. cakes. She iced each one slightly different and used extra florals to tie in our beautiful flowers. Instead of party favors, we did little cake jars, so guests could take some cake home with them after the wedding :) It was such a cute touch. I am IN LOVE with Catie's cakes that I don't think I will ever go back to another baker. I'll just have to make the four hour one way drive each time we need a cake! It is totally worth it! We love you Catie!

she was super easy to work with throughout the whole process. We decided on a funfetti cake because who doesn't love funfetti?! And it was a HUGE success! Everyone LOVED the cake. Like, licking plates loved the cake. haha I also had loved one of her previous designs so we decided to go with that one. We originally weren't going to save the top tier since we had to travel back home, but I am SO GLAD that we did becauseeee we get to eat it again a year from now! You should have Catie make your wedding cake. Your taste buds will thank you!

All our guests continue to gush about how moist, perfectly crumbly, and flavorful our lemon berry cake was. Many of our guests have gone out of their way to explain that they're 'not usually cake people' if given the choice, but that they absolutely loved our wedding cake! Catie made our vision for flavors and aesthetic come alive and we couldn't be happier!

but it was BEAUTIFUL! So timeless! The taste: if you want your belly to thank you, book Catie. Her cake flavors & icing are to die for. We got white cake with butter cream icing for the main cake & everyone was raving over it! We also had chocolate and red velvet cupcakes that pleased even the pickiest of cake eaters! Catie's Cakes tates amazing, look fabulous, and she is a breeze to work with. Would recommend her to everyone! She comes on-site to ensure the cake is properly set up & placed, she'll call/text/email about any concerns, and easily pay over the phone via square!
