We had our wedding at Snug harbor in May and we had SUCH a great experience with everyone here. Our ceremony was in the Tuscan garden, cocktail hour in the Chinese Scholars garden, and ceremony in the tent. Our planner was Terra and she is so incredibly nice. We came to visit... Read More the venue so many times and she was so accommodating. She answered every question we had and even upgraded our ceremony location to the Tuscan garden after finding out we're the only wedding that day. Snug harbor is gorgeous and it's truly a hidden gem. Our guests kept asking us how we found this place because of how beautiful it is. Plus it's so affordable compared to other beautiful venues in NYC. Not to mention the amount of food choices for the price. My bridal attendant (I believe her name is Trisha) was so amazing, always making sure things were going well, making sure we had snacks and drinks in the bridal suite, just doing things out of her way because she felt like it would be convenient for us, including packing up our food when we were too excited to have an appetite. There's so many photo opportunities as it's a large park that is full of unique spaces. The tasting was so much fun too. You won't regret getting married here and your guests will love it.

We were married at Snug Harbor in late September. With late fall as our preferred time of year, a garden setting was the perfect choice for our ceremony. We were married in the Tuscan Garden, hosted cocktails and appetizers in the Tuscan Garden, and partied in the Great Hall.... Read More The grounds at Snug Harbor have many great locations for pictures, so (obviously) plan your time accordingly! Our guests loved the Garden setting and raved about the food. The Great Hall’s 40 ft ceilings and up-lights provided a lovely backdrop and made the hall feel grand. The food was delicious and the choice to make signature cocktails that were representative of our tastes was special and our guests loved those as well. For NYC, the setting and value were perfect for our budget. The staff was great at helping us plan our day and execute the many details planned for a perfect night. In all it was a magical day that many of our guests are still talking about!
