se Manhattan isn't a very large city. When I started doing research on Pinterest and bridal shop websites, I was surprised to discover that Celebrations of the Heart had far more dresses that I wanted to try on than any other within a 2-3 hour drive of my home (I didn't look at anything farther away). I ultimately purchased my wedding dress, veil, belt, and bridesmaid dresses there. Prior to my appointment they contacted me to find out what I had in mind. When I arrived, they already had some dresses pulled for me to try on. Through the whole appointment I didn't feel rushed or pressured. They took their time with me, gave me good feedback, listened to what I was saying, and helped me feel good about the choice I made. My wedding was about 2 weeks ago and I got tons of compliments on my dress and veil and I couldn't be happier with how it all came together. I have been to Celebrations of the Heart for all my appointments as well as a dress selection and bridesmaid dress fitting for a friend and it has been an enjoyable experience every time (not like the drama you see in Say Yes to the Dress or something like that). I feel like their prices are reasonable, their service is awesome, they are very knowledgeable, and their products are high quality. I had a great experience from beginning to end with all the contact I had with them and felt very informed throughout the process. I cannot recommend them more highly.

d my wedding gown at her store and just recently got the call that it came in. My mom and I drove the 2 hours from Kansas City to go pick it up. From the moment we walked in the door, Melanie greeted us with a smile and made us feel so welcome. Everything was going great with trying on the dress until we started heading back to the fitting room. Somehow a piece of my dress managed to get caught on something and snagged and ripped a piece.even with both Melanie and I holding onto it. Melanie remained calm and extremely professional throughout everything. She reassured me several times to not worry because she would do whatever it took to get my dress fixed. She was able to get me a new dress rush ordered so that it would come in time for my wedding day. She turned a really stressful and terrifying moment into one that made me feel taken care of. I will never be able to say enough good things about Melanie and her staff at Celebrations of the Heart. Thank you for the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me. I will never forget your generosity and kindness and will always recommend your bridal store!!!

The assistant was really helpful but not ever the top like some can be. She was so calm and gave her opinion when asked and was interested in hearing my story as we tried things on. I got my bridesmaids dresses at David's Bridal and regret it as I had made an appointment and they were rude and busy and left me and my maids alone for the entire time, and we couldn't even find someone to come back and trade dresses for us.
