uldn't come to their product presentation (required in order to pick up the prize, btw) because my fiance wasn't able to come with me. We rarely have a night off together and it simply couldn't happen, which I explained to the customer service representative. I was essentially told that they weren't interested in my business without a man in the equation. They said it was a couples event and I'd probably feel "left out". It was very insulting and during the entire conversation I could tell the salesman was getting very irritated with me. I simply was asking for an explanation as to why I wasn't permitted to make a purchase/pick up a supposed "prize" by myself. I'm not generally a complainer but I was really off-put by all of this. If you're an independent person with any kind of self-worth I wouldn't recommend this company.

We purchased the VitaCraft pans from Celebrity China and Crystal and love them. The salesteam are very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone!
