Even though my fiance emailed extensively with the Trolley Company before the wedding to confirm the schedule, the trolley did not pick up and drop off guests as scheduled and left wedding guests at the reception (including the grooms parents who were helping clean up!). Afterward when discussing the details of what happened the lady was very unfriendly. She basically blamed us for not having a wedding coordinator . She also over charged
