I needed satin chocolate brown overlays for my wedding. I googled around for linens around New York and found this company to be the cheapest for what I needed. They emailed me a contract right away, and changed it without hesitation when I sai...d I needed one less. I went to their showroom (basement of a house) to see what they had first before signing the contract. Soooo much selection, name it they have it. EVery color imaginable for tables, napkins and chair covers. I paid them cash including a deposit on my next visit, they gave me a copy of the receipt, and the nice man carried my box to the the car with my overlays. The wedding was on a Sunday and it was required that they be returned on the following Wednesday which I got my friend to do since she lives closer. They gave her back my deposit in cash and that was it. Perfect transaction, just communication was a little shaky the first time I was there (asian girl with limited english) so I had to repeat a few times. Other than that, can't complain.
