t in our meeting before the ceremony and just not all around personable. She confused my fiancée with my FIL, which was fun, and had to set that straight before the ceremony. But did a fine job during the ceremony. One of the main reasons we chose this chapel, was for the live broadcasting we could share with family and friends back home. We discovered the audio was messed up for the first 6 minutes of our wedding. No one could hear anything, including my husbands vows. We were very disappointed about that. The Chapel of the Flowers did at least fix the audio on our thumb drive they sold us and they are sending us a new one. All in all, it was a beautiful chapel to work with, communication with my wedding planner, Shelby, was awesome, and aside from the audio, our wedding was amazing!

Hall was our planner, and if she is currently yours, PLEASE ask to work with someone else. She is wholly unresponsive. She missed our first and only appt with her. I called and left a voicemail. I received a call back days later and was told that she had called and left a vm for us because WE didn't answer. Never happened. We eventually went through our plans and things seemed okay. We had set up our hair and makeup, gown and tux appt, and reception. When confirming the details for our outfits, hair and makeup, and the reception, Jazlynn NEVER responded. I called, emailed, and texted her with no response. I called the chapel for help but was told that we'd have to speak with our planner. I told the rep that we couldn't get ahold of her and the rep said that she'd leave a note for her to get back to us in a few days. Never happened. She had the wrong info about the hotel we were staying at, which was important because the stylist would be coming to the hotel the morning of the wedding to do hair and makeup, and the bridal rental store would be picking us up and dropping us off. We were able to fix things 22 DAYS LATER when we called the bridal store to ask if we were able to rent extra ties in our color. They mentioned our upcoming appt and that they'd be picking us up at The Flamingo. We were not staying there and made the correction to the right hotel. They sent out a new confirmation email that Jazlynn HAD to confirm, or else we wouldn't have been picked up and may have missed our appt for our outfits. Same for the stylist. Had I not reached out, she would've gone to the wrong hotel. I don't know if Jazlynn was new or over capacity, but she shouldn't be managing clients since she resorts to actively ignoring deadlines. My stylist interaction with staff at the bridal shop was awesome. However, having paid for an upgraded dress package, there was only a handful of dresses I was allowed to look through. I did find one I loved, but having paid for a wider selection, the number of dresses shown was disappointing. They also didn't have shoes in my size. I was very lucky I brought a pair of dress shoes with me, but they were black and showed up in some photos. The ceremony was fantastic. Our coordinator, Lindsay, and Rev. Ginnie, I believe, were amazing and incredibly sweet. We were able to choose our music, and everything looked as we pictured it. Our shoot was disappointing. The photographer, Mckenzie was nice, but would only allow photos in the chapel directly after the ceremony (just my husband and me). Next, we all stood in front of the chapel for photos, then we were taken to a greenery arch, and finally, a stone wall. The whole time she was asking us about the types of photos we wanted taken and where we wanted to take them. We figured the direction would be coming from her, which is what we told her. We saw a couple of backdrops that we walked toward for photos, but she stopped us and said we weren't allowed to have our pictures taken there. Some of the photos with the arch include the chapel limos in the background and the photos in front of the stone wall show stains on the ground. At the end of the shoot, I had to stop her to ask about taking photos of the rings on our fingers. The reception was okay, except we had an entirely different menu than the one we paid for. There was no communication about the changes either. The following day during our photo viewing appt, we saw many other backdrops that were available to other couples, but not us. We weren't sure if some backdrops weren't available year-round, but I confirmed with reps on the website that they are. I was, and am, still so incredibly disappointed that we weren't allowed to take photos in front of the flower wall or waterfall. The ceremony was great, but everything surrounding it was so stressful and I wish I had the chance to do things over and pick a different location.

t week from a wedding planner or Coordinator to go over what we want for our wedding, how we want it to be, pricing, imaging everything.. Yeah that NEVER happened, so lie number one from this venue. Second off, our Wedding Planner ‘Sarah’ I think, yeah we barley got to speak to her, work with her, and it took days and or a week in between to hear back from her. The second we wanted to upload more money into this place, she was back and fourth with me IN SECONDS. And to make it even more fun, they hired me a wedding planner who did not even WORK with me the day of my wedding. I never got to meet her, but she got all our money. Second off, let’s get to the driver of our wedding. Lucky us, we got updated to a Limo Driver from the Sedan DUE to him being late. He made us overTHIRTY minutes late for our wedding ceremony. Showed up late, after all my family had already left to be on time. Would’ve been great to have my kids ride with me knowing I got a limo. 3rd, I purchased this stupid wedding video, you can download onto a computer and or send the file to someone, can’t really save anywhere else. Another big waste of money, and all my guest watching didn’t even see the END of our wedding cause you guys cut it off early because we WERE late which was not our fault that was our drivers fault. So really thank you for that! Here we go with the unreal TIPPING you have us do. This is these people’s jobs, and if you literally can’t pay them enough to fork $30.00 bucks out of our pocket for literally each person who “Assisted” us the day of our wedding just close down or figure something out. No one I mean NO ONE at this ceremony deserved a tip. Driver was late, everything was rushed, family was rushed out of the venue, I should file disputes on every single dime I paid you guys. Than lastly, let’s get to the scam of images they push onto you.. Let’s go ahead and start off with the fact there is ALL these hidden fees, at least in MY CASE because no one ever told me because I never got to sit down with anyone to speak about this. Also they knew when I would be leaving, have you put it on the website and still scheduled my picture appointment after I would be out of Vegas. Try to charge you $30.00 to $40.00 to ship these photos to you I live in Colorado ship stuff all the time, I’ve never paid more than $10.00 for shipping to AZ LV and California. Let’s move onto the next scam they’re pursuing! Because I never got to sit down with an actual human being before my wedding, I had NO idea these 14 “FREE” images they give me all would have watermarks and to remove water marks from every single image would cost me about $1000.00 bucks. I’d be fine getting my images I paid for with my wedding package but with watermarks you’re kidding me right??? And to scam people out of more money when your venue sucked this bad MAKES IT EVEN WORSE. To charge someone for watermarks, and let them find out after you all have failed SO horribly at your job to make all these rules and unknown charges known. And all images I got had phones, heads, nothing looked professional every image except maybe 4-6 didn’t totally SUCK out of like 103 pictures. It’s even worse, I’ve never been more unhappy, and you guys made this wedding that was supposed to be easy cause you were to do “all the work” like your website says and I just booked and showed up, EVEN worse cause there was no communication and lack of just empathy for a situation that I never caused it was what YOUR company caused. I will be reporting you to the BBB. And hope to get ALL my money back, I’ve been scammed and this entire venue doesn’t deserve to be in business.
