We can't say enough good things about Charleston Deli and Bakery! They were SOOO easy to deal with for our wedding cake and dessert needs. Everything was not only delish but gorgeous!! Our cake was Chiffon white cake with fresh strawberry sauce...

on the bottom tier and chocolate cake with chocolate filling on the top. I wanted it to look like ruffles on the outside and other bakeries had told me it could only be done with fondant. These gals did it with buttercream and it was not only gorgeous but delicious! They delivered the cake on time and were very flexible as it rained on our wedding day and everything had to be changed around! They also provided additional amazing dessert options for us. We had mini cheesecakes with fresh fruit, pecan tartlets, peach tartlets and salted caramel Brownies. All were equally as amazing as the cake!! PLUS they were WAYYYY more reasonably priced than other vendors we contacted. I am so grateful our caterer referred us to you all! I would give 10 stars if I could!
