We simply cannot praise Chef Gaby and her team enough for the exquisite food that they prepared for our August evening outdoor cocktail reception. Chef Gaby listened carefully to our vision and translated it to a menu that represented flavors e...vocative of German and French wine festivals. Everything was prepared on-site with exceptional attention to balance of flavor, visual presentation, and fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Chef Gaby was professional and thorough. We had several guests remark that our wedding catering was by far the best that they had ever encountered.
