There was a slight miscommunication about when he got started because he was waiting for caked to be served and that was not something we were doing. the start, Chuck made the planning process easy and stress-free with his organized and detailed website. The online planning form was incredibly thorough, covering everything from key moments like the father-daughter dance, bouquet and garter toss, to dinner and reception song selections.
One of the things I appreciated most was the ability to list all of our “must-play” songs in the notes section, and Chuck made sure to play every single one. He was also open to guest requests, which helped keep the dance floor lively and fun all night long!
Chuck was kind, professional, and very attentive to detail. His ability to blend structure with flexibility made our reception flow effortlessly. We received so many compliments from guests about the music and overall vibe of the night.

He also had a very nice monogram light that was extra but very budget friendly and it looked so nice! Our guests danced the night away! We even extended our reception for another hour and he was totally ok with staying! After the reception, there was confusion with our shuttle back to the hotel. My guests told me Chuck stayed after he cleaned and packed his equipment up to make sure everyone got a ride back. If that isn't great customer service, then I don't know what is! I would recommend Chuck Webb in a heartbeat! Thanks again for making our wedding extremely memorable for all of our guests!

He was also very careful to follow the schedule that I had set up for him (entrance, organized dances, bouquet toss, dollar dance, etc.) Towards the end of the night, we asked Chuck to extend the party another half hour (for a small fee) and he agreed. He worked with us to incorporate different things into our reception and really exceeded our expectations. We asked him to help coordinate a PSU picture with the photographer, as my husband and I and most of our guests attended PSU. After calling all the PSUers to the dance floor, he played Zombie Nation, one of Penn State's popular stadium songs. We didn't even think to tell him to play it.
