Ciao Bella Salon & Day Spa

One of the best decisions I made was booking Michelle and Ciao Bella Salon for my wedding. Michelle is truly amazing. Not only did she do an incredible job with my hair and makeup, but she made me be feel comfortable and relaxed on the day of my wedding. She is also very responsive along the way. The team even showed up a few minutes early the day of the wedding with another person to ensure we were done on time. This was amazing and gave us a little bit of time before the photographer came so we could eat. All of the girls were so happy with how their hair and makeup turned out. Payment was super easy, you can even use venmo. I actually overpaid and didn’t notice until they sent me money back right away. Cannot say enough good things!!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Bella, Michelle, and all of the girls at Ciao Bella who got me and my girls ready the morning of our wedding (Renee, Alda, Sabina & Bler). Not only did we pretty much have one to one coverage for my girls hair and makeup, which kept our H&M schedule perfectly on time and even EARLY (that never happens at weddings, right? Being early!! LOL), but everyone looked absolutely stunning! They managed to bring out the most beautiful aspects of every girl while still looking like themselves! They even were able to rein in my 3 and 6 year old flower girls to do their hair! My hair and makeup, done by Michelle, was exquisite. Michelle and I had a trial for my engagement shoot a little while back so she already knew me, my skin, my hair, and my style so I felt completely comfortable the day of and trusted her to do whatever she wanted and I could not have been happier! My hair and makeup stayed so well it even stayed after we took a little post-wedding after party dip in the ocean!! Thank you all, you were an absolute dream to work with. Any bride getting married in the Florida Keys – Ciao Bella Salon is the THE ONLY place you should use for your wedding day!!

Very sweet and accommodating! Thay let me change my numbers 3 times, were early and the girls looks amazing. Almost too fast haha I think this was the first time I've seen a group of 5 girls be ready 45 min early!

Michelle Bertelli is a brides best friend! She made me feel like an absolute princess. I booked her for just myself and was one of the best things I ever did. She spent so much time perfecting every my make up and hair making me look flawless. She also came to our resort which was unreal! Her personality makes the experience even more special. I also went to the salon to do my trial and everyone there were amazing. I felt like it was the "cheers" of hair salons. Thank you again for making my day so special.

Wow!!!! We absolutely loved the services we got from Ciao Bella Salon. They came highly recommended by another bride. Bella herself answered the phone when I booked my make-up trial and got me all scheduled for my wedding day as well, just to make sure I was on the schedule. Two weeks prior to the wedding a few family members decided to join us in getting hair and make-up done. Bella was able to add another hair & make-up artist to accommodate us. Michelle Bertelli did my hair and make-up. She is so sweet and so talented. My husband and I got married on the beach in June. My hair (long loose curls) looked perfect all night, so did my make-up. The only touch-ups I needed was my lip gloss. She did this without making me look overly done up. I would highly recommend Michelle and this team!

Michelle from Ciao Bella came highly recommend to me from a close friend, so it was a no brainer hiring her for my wedding day. Michelle and her colleague did my hair and makeup and that of my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law. They were timely, friendly, and great to be around. They did a wonderful job and all the women looked stunning.

Ciao Bella was the right fit for our group! Their pricing and service was so amazing and all of my girls loved their hair. Michelle really knows what she is doing and did such a beautiful up do on me. I am glad I went with that over having my hair down because it was hot and the wind would have blown it around. Ciao Bella did an amazing job on my bridesmaids and I for my wedding! Michelle did my hair and makeup and it looked beautiful! I did a makeup and hair trial, and Michelle really listened to the changes I wanted for the wedding. All of the girls' hair and makeup looked great. Everyone at the salon was so nice and accommodating. We really had a great time. I highly recommend Ciao Bella for your wedding.

The staff here was sooo friendly, and my hair turned out so classy and beautiful! I was scheduled for an appointment at a different salon in the area, and I heard horror stories the day before. I was desperate to find someone different for my bridesmaids and me. Unfortunately, they could not so my bridesmaids' hair, but they were able to squeeze me in last minute. They did an amazing job.

Bella and her staff are great. On Saturdays the salon seems to be overbooked with weddings which had me a bit stressed out - especially when we started to run behind schedule. Hair was ok, but it would have been really nice if there would have been an additional makeup artist. One of the girl's fake strip eyelashes was halfway off during the ceremony - make sure they are tightly secured... I was also surprised in how much the bridesmaids updos cost. Hair starts at $75, so when I saw the bill and all of their hair updos were $110-$115, I was a bit surprised.

I had the pleasure of finding out about Michelle- hair/make-up artist. She opened the salon for me, my mother, and maid of honor when it is normally closed! She couldn't be sweeter, more professional, or more talented at what she does. She knows what she's doing! Even better, she referred a fantastic photographer! I just recommend bringing your own wine glasses if you choose to have wine during this time, the salon did not have any? :) Can't wait to see our pictures...

Firstly they charged me full price for trial hair & makeup. On wedding day my makeup & hair came out nothing like we'd done the trial like. Also my mother in law kept commenting on how horrible all our makeup was, we both washed our faces when we go to hotel & re did ourselves! My hair made me depressed the whole night, thank god a guest was a stylist to help me for pictures. ry! Should have paid to have my own stylist travel w me. However, they were timely & friendly
