Clayton Taylor Films

of 2015, I promptly received a 4 minute compilation video that I was promised. The video was very well done and I have no complaints about that. Since then, I have not heard one thing from Clayton, and it has been over a year. I was supposed to receive footage of my wedding ceremony and reception, but I have not. I have reached out to both Clayton and the company that contracted him countless times. According to the company, he went AWOL, and no one can get in touch with him. I even checked myself. He unfriended me on facebook and is not answering my emails. I even gave him a chance to make it right before writing this review, but no response. My husband and I are still fighting to get our video, mostly because we want to show it to his grandmother who was not able to attend the wedding. But also because we paid for it. This process has been absurd and surreal and I don't wish this on anyone else. I have been way too forgiving in the past year in regards to this, but that is over. That being said, I strongly recommend not working with Clayton. He has been extremely unprofessional and non-communicative.

Clayton at Clayton Taylor Films was very easy to work with before, during and after the wedding. Before the wedding, Clayton was very accommodating. He met with us personally to discuss the details of our big day. He was also great with keeping our budget in mind, and creating a package just for us. On our big day, his team was very polite and made sure that we were comfortable in front of the camera. Everything went smoothly and followed the timeline that we provided them. Even though they'd never worked with our photographer prior to our wedding, they worked together and made a great team. As far as the final product goes, I was blown away as soon as I played the dvd. The intro, the menus, the editing, the transitions, music, clarity, etc... All I can say was WOW!!! It was worth every penny. You may be able to find a cheaper guy but you get what you pay for. Clayton and his team are well worth it.
