tendant was raising her voice. Clearly showing that she was very upset and using vulgar language. Our wedding venue manager and my husband took care of the situation, but as a bride this isn't something you should have to be worried about when it comes to a paid vendor. The issue this attendant was having could have been handled quietly and should have gone unnoticed.

ppiness is our number one priority. Our entire team apologizes for the miscommunication about our spatial needs in order to provide you the service you deserve. Our rep asked the venue manager to relocate us to an area with the space we required. When he was unwilling to do so, we attempted to make it work by asking the videographer to move his extra equipment away from the area we were given. His refusal and beratement of the attendant, unfortunately led to frustration on her part. Our reputation is important to us and we’d love a chance to work with you again in the future by offering you a 50% discount.

Tyler was Amazing!!! I was being a tad bit of a Bride Zilla that day. I had him move his setup twice because of table issues but he was more then accommodating! The picture mosaic’s came out great. Very professional highly recommended!

s that they could have the photos texted to them immediately after being in the booth. I had a very specific vision for my wedding, and Luna worked with me to make sure everything she provided was congruent with this. She put together custom props based on things I told her my fiance and I liked, and created a custom photo background for our photos to print on that used some of the hand lettering/fonts featured elsewhere in our decor. We also got copies of everyone's photos as part of a photo book that the guests were encouraged to sign before leaving the magic mirror area, which will be a treasured keepsake for years to come. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend the magic mirror, and can't say enough good things about Luna.

The cool part is that you have 3 pictures on one print out, so you can change it up so much! You also get a print out immediately. They make a great photo album so all of your guests that get pictures leave a picture in your album if you choose to do that. And they can also email pictures to the guests! This is seriously genious. This is a must have for ANY event and/or party. You will not regret it, so much fun!
