What also really impressed us was that she went out of her way multiple times throughout the night to check in and see if we needed anything. Totally unexpected & above and beyond but so appreciated! I also loved how Complete had an extensive online questionnaire for us to fill out - that made it super easy for us to explain details and preferences! He was extremely kind and went around to all the tables making sure they got their requests in, and even danced with us several times! Even while he was up in the loft where all the equipment was, he was dancing and having a great time. You can tell he loves what he does. Grant was very attentive as well - he was constantly checking in with Chris & I to make sure everything was going ok, and was super quick to pick up on the smallest details and suggestions. night. A few of our engaged friends even got her business card for their wedding! We had a lot of unusual-to-us (she didn't bat an eye) requests, and she accommodated them all. She really set the tone for our party and everyone had an awesome time! We really enjoyed the Photo Booth as well! They gave us all the pictures (for blackmail purposes of course) and a scrapbook with photo strips that everybody signed. They also printed enough copies of the photo strips so that each of our guests could have one to keep, instead of fighting over one or two strips for the whole group. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience with either service and we hope that some of our friends use them for their wedding as well!

She texted us to set up a meeting prior to the wedding and was very prepared for the meeting. She worked very well with us to set up an agenda exactly the way WE wanted it, and didn’t try to steal the show. After this initial meeting, we felt very comfortable going into the wedding that our DJ would have everything running smoothly which is a big relief with all the other stress that weddings can provide. The day of the wedding, Mae was once again amazing. She made sure the day went perfectly as planned and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable on the day of. One thing that is very subtle, but shows how much Mae cares about making the day all about the bride and groom as that while we were taking pictures, Mae came over to give us water as we were outside for over 2 hours on a hot day. Throughout the whole night, Mae did all the little things to make the night a fantastic time. The music was great and exactly as we requested. She got everyone on the dance floor by doing a unique event to start the night and nobody left after that. She even helped teach the Cupid Shuffle. Everyone was dancing all night (for over 4 hours) and we received multiple comments both during the night and afterward from our guests about how good our DJ was. Overall, Complete was a great choice of vendor to be our DJ company and we cannot stress enough to choose to have Mae as your DJ!

Our videographer, Brent, and our photo booth attendant, Whitney, we both met the day of our wedding but we were super impressed with both of them. Our videographer was there for all of the right moments and our photo booth attendant had to deal with a lot of children and she did a phenomenal job. Our DJ, Cody, although very nice and personable, was a little newer to the business than we would have liked and looked more to us to run the evening as far as all the special dances, etc, but we were too busy socializing and therefore things didn't start until too late. We would have liked him to taken more of a proactive role in starting things. There were also multiple feedback issues during the night. As far as administratively, at times we did have to repeatedly ask the owners for things, some of which we never got, which was frustrating, but for the most part, once we connected with them, they were responsive.

Prior to the wedding, in addition to his music expertise, he proved to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the overall schedule and timeline options that are typical for a wedding and gave very common sense explanations for the ordering of everything. He then helped us plan out the entire timeline of our wedding – and it turned out really well - everything flowed together nicely and seemed well thought out and organized. During the actual wedding reception he announced everything very smoothly and really got to know the crowd and was on point with all of the music. I was initially skeptical that a DJ was needed – I am now an absolute believer that a good DJ is a must have for a wedding. We also booked a photo booth – which we also were very happy with. They came and set up the photo booth earlier in the day to avoid any possible distraction during our event. It came with an awesome album with all the photos and we got a USB stick with them all as well.

When it came to the day of, even though it was hard for me to let go of some of the planning and organizing (just what I'm used to doing), he stepped in and really took over in a way so that me and my husband could fully enjoy our wedding and pay attention to all our friends and family. He was just the perfect amount of being outgoing as an MC but also didn't hog the mic. Very laid back, listened to what we wanted, but also gave us some great suggestions when we needed them. I can't recommend more highly Complete, but especially Aaron Wiest!

option at a reasonable price. Here's what you care about: 1. Organized and prepared. They were ready for everything. The day of your event will be paced and led by a team that knows what it's doing. Equipment and lighting were professional and neat. 2. Professional. Complete's setup looks clean and their people, from the office manager to the DJ all prioritize your satisfaction as a client. 3. Flexible. Do you want a fast paced dance and party vibe? What about your intro song? Do you have a lot of requests? Literally whatever you want, they can figure out a way to make it happen. Bottom line: All of the DJs we were comfortable considering were in the same price range. Complete was just better, and we could tell from the start. Their process and crew are smooth and capable. I recommend them without hesitation.

they provided unlimited prints and a photo guest book which was neat for us to look back at and a thumb drive with all the pics on it. The thumb drive though only had the individual images not in the strip format which i didn't really like.

n to the DJ or photographer we choose then a backup would be available. This put me at ease knowing we had a backup. At Complete, we used the Photographer (Carole), DJ (Bryce) and had a photo booth. Carole did an amazing job getting everyone to get pictures done. She was able to get them done even though everyone was moving around and into the pictures sometimes. It was super hot outside and she always made sure I will still ok taking more and even put me at ease saying we could take the pictures of just the two of us later that night. The photos won't be ready for another month or two but that is to be expected with all of the touching up on the photos. Bryce did an amazing job as a DJ. Everyone at the wedding said it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding. I think a major part of that was because of Bryce. She kept everyone up and moving. The only thing I would have changed would have had her tell our guests that the photo booth in the back also acted like our guest book. However, that is on me for not thinking of it until after the wedding. The photo booth was great! Everyone who took a picture got a copy. They then went into a book that was used as our guest book. They had many fun props and it was great seeing the guest book with photos in it. At the end of the night, we got a USB drive with all of the photos on it.

rything would work out. Our DJ was Aaron and from the first meeting we couldn’t have been happier with him. We live in Carlisle and he was commuting from York. He was kind enough to meet us half way at a restaurant of our choice. We ended up chatting with him for almost two hours! He really wanted to know what we were like as a couple and our interests. Many times throughout our meeting we veered off subject, and it felt as though we were hanging out with a friend we had known for years. After that meeting any apprehension we had about the service dissipated. Aaron showed up the the wedding dressed to match our wedding colors, which was so sweet! Once the dinning room opened up he went around to each table and introduced himself to our guests, while taking requests as he went. This was wonderful as everyone got to pick a song that they loved to be played! Guests were continually coming up to us throughout the night and complementing the music, which was great. Aaron was on point all night, and really made the wedding perfect! We have been to many weddings in the past where the music was either too cheesy or dated. Aaron made the event not only classy, but fun as well. He kept the flow of the party going perfectly and played all the music we loved. We were overwhelmingly happy with Aaron and Complete Weddings & Events, and will definitely recommend them to all of our friends! We honestly couldn’t have loved him more!

got slow, but we never felt like he would push something we said we weren't comfortable with. He did a great job accommodating requests and managing the kids when they requested the chicken dance (it was on the do-not-play list). He really was a master of ceremonies and made sure the night went smoothly. We did have an issue with getting our officiate a microphone for the ceremony, but our wedding was very intimate and it was windy the day of so it was a blessing in disguise. After the wedding everyone told us how much fun our DJ was, so we were very happy with our choice, and would definitely recommend Dwayne! We also used the photo booth services from Complete and everyone had a blast!

panies seemed to ignore us when I'd said we'd just started looking at DJs and didn't know the questions to ask. That would have been the time to sell themselves and left us with a bad impression. We got an amazing deal from seeing Complete at the bridal show and were so impressed by them that we decided to book. Our photo booth was a hit, and they actually make a scrapbook for your guests to sign and you to keep, which we thought was a great touch. Our DJ was okay. He was a great guy and really seemed to listen to what I had to say in our phone consultation, so I was confident that he would do an amazing job. I think every one of our special songs (entrances, mother-son, father-daughter dances) had to be found on iTunes, which he did without any complaints. He did forget to play a few of the songs that we had specifically requested we play, but we hadn't noticed until after our wedding, in all honesty. It was kind of hard to get our guests going with an early morning wedding that about half our guests traveled 2-3 hours to get to, so I do wish I had thought to provide more songs instead of just a few and leaving the rest to the DJ, but that was more my fault than his. In the moment, it was hard for me to think up songs that I wanted played. A few of my guests said they wanted to request a song, so I told them to go up to our DJ and put in their request, but they never did, and I'm not sure why they refused to go up there. Our DJ was not unapproachable at all, he even went around to the tables to see if anyone had any requests. Overall, I was happy with their service, but I do wish they let you give more than 5 "must play" and 5 "would really like to be played" songs just in case the crowd is harder to get going than you thought it would be, then at least the bride and groom will know the DJ knows the songs they want to dance to.

a place to meet that was halfway between us. We met at Panera Bread, and he was very attentive to our ideas and wishes. He gave us ideas of his own, and walked us through their policies and the way Complete likes to work. We then went through the timeline of the day, and everyone's name he would have to pronounce. The wedding day itself was wonderful. Aaron did everything we wanted and more. Everything was very professional and well done.

t is that I had asked for a certain style of music to be played and when I asked why it wasn't being played the night of the wedding, I was told that they didn't have any music in that genre. I wish I had been told in advance (rather than at the reception), but perhaps I should have insisted more during my planning session and made it a bigger priority. Otherwise, the price was great and the company was very easy to work with!

wn. We got in contact with the DJ and things were pretty good. We went over the progression of the night and everything was pretty good. He had worked with our venue before so he was comfortable and we were all confident things would go well. During the dinner he played the music we had set aside and while it was a little quiet, we understood because that's when dinner was. After the dinner, I had gone into the bathroom to bustle my dress, however, I was having a lot of problems with it. One of the girls came in to check on me and she said some of the people were getting a little restless out there so I explained to her my situation with my dress and asked her to ask the DJ to play some music awhile so people could dance while I get my dress fixed. Apparently the DJ told them that he couldn't play music until the bride and the groom were out there. To me, that's not exactly "keeping the ball rolling". Overall, he did a good job, but I know a lot of people left after the dinner because they were confused and thought what they saw was all there was. Unfortunately, I couldn't do anything as I was having some problems with my dress and wasn't out there to talk to him. They did a sufficient job, but I don't know if I'd recommend this specific one again.

details with Jami, that was very easy and she was really nice. The price for the booth was great, the best we've seen in the area. The only thing that was a bummer is that some of our guests pictures were blurred. I don't know if they were hitting the camera or what was happening, but I wish the camera would have been more sturdy so that our guests didn't have only 3 good pictures and 1 blurry picture. Other than that, I had a great experience with Complete. I loved the design on the photo strip and its great to have the album of all my guests pictures. I would definitely recommend Complete to future brides. Just ask them if there is a way to keep the camera more sturdy.

kept the reception moving and entertaining. they also did our ceremony music and mics. Complete music has very unique but fun things that they do during the reception that add excitement and make it not your typical wedding reception.

to go from running music ourselves to having a DJ (a plea from my mom). I remembered that I actually kind of liked the DJ at a friend's wedding, and after getting the contact info, called Complete up. They were incredibly prompt in responding, SOOOO attentive to what we wanted - even met with me when I asked to. Everyone at our wedding - from my older conservative relatives to my fun friends from college - said they had a blast and loved the DJ. Awesome experience! (Jason was our specific DJ)

I created a playlist and there was really no need for it, since the DJ took requests from our guests and felt the crowd out and played what they liked. He also was coordinating everthing with the other vendors and even got my wedding party drinks at one point!
