k to planning, Ted, the General Manager, and Samantha, the Wedding Coordinator, were an absolute delight to work with. As a very type-A planner, they answered all of my questions, had our day of timeline scheduled out perfectly, and made the whole process so low-stress. My parents still talk about how amazing the tasting was, and wedding guests are still telling me how great the food was! Ted and Samantha kept the whole event running so smoothly and were there for absolutely everything we needed on our wedding day. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you so much to everyone at Concord!

Ted, the GM, who made sure our special day went off without a glitch. Sam, Wedding Coordinator, was hired right before our wedding (as they brought people back from covid layoffs) and she was helpful on the day of as well- she even wore a shirt to match our wedding colors! Happy we chose CCC!

Cocktail hour was held in a room off of the main ball room that has access to an outside patio which I absolutely loved especially since the weather was gorgeous! The packages include so many things which made our decisions and planning process extremely easy and stress free. Christine thought about every single detail and was great to work with up until the wedding and David ensured our wedding was smooth and on time the day of. Looking back, they were so detailed oriented to the point David must have saw my husband did not have his jacket on, so he went and got his jacket before coming over to us to let us know it was time to cut the cake. It was instances like that, where we may not have noticed it in the moment but looking back we were amazed at how smooth, experienced and detail oriented they really were. They honestly thought of everything and we are forever grateful!

ing we needed right here at CCC. During the tour we fell in love with the stunning ball room and breathtaking views. The icing on the cake was the reasonable price (with so much included) and the absolutely fabulous on site coordinators Christine & David. Christine and David never once said "no" during our planning process. They were willing to negotiate and do anything to make us happy. To say they went above and beyond would be the understatement of the year. For example, my husband I were dying to get married outside on the beautiful ceremony grounds, however, the rain had other plans that day. It was pouring rain up until the last possible second. Even though Christine and David had set up the most romantic and intimate space inside (flowers, candles, seriously gorgeous) the moved the whole ceremony outside just in time to make our dreams come true and they did it with big smiles on their faces! The staff was kind and well prepared. The entire reception went smoothly without a single issue. Our photos are gorgeous both inside and outside of the club! Best venue ever hands down. I will recommend this venue to anyone for any reason for the rest of my life :)

coordinator could not have been more helpful and hands on throughout our entire process. Not only was she extremely friendly, but she answered every question we had and worked out every detail that we wanted to have included in our perfect day. And our day was PERFECT and beyond what I had dreamed it would be. The venue is gorgeous inside and out! All day, my bridesmaids and flower girls enjoyed the bridal suite, which was extremely roomy and comfortable for myself and the 10 girls who were in our wedding. We were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside where our set up was perfect. Christine kept everything moving throughout the day. Every person was in their place at the time the ceremony was to begin. For the reception, we had David’s help. Like Christine, he was fantastic to work with. All the food was given out timely and we did not hear any complaints from anyone. We have never felt so taken care of and truly appreciate both of their help. If we had to do it all over again, we couldn’t change a thing. We highly recommend CCC as a wedding venue for your perfect day! Exceptional service for an exceptional day!

rtare, and something else but i forget...anyway, the cocktail hour food was incredible!! And if its a nice day, guests can enjoy cocktail hour on a raised/covered patio...my guests really loved this! We were able to have 2 signature drinks of our choice, and the drinks weren't watered down like other wedding venues I have been to. For dinner we went with a combo meal of steak and crabcakes, that everyone got served the same meal..I would totally suggest doing this for it saves so much hassle! Christine is the wedding coordinator that we had with CCC and she could not be any easier to work with! Before we had our reception, they happened to upgrade the ballroom paint color and completely re-did the bar...the atmosphere is perfect with the huge windows overlooking a well-maintained golf course. Christine is quick to respond to emails and all my little dumb questions were never an inconvenience for her. She is very organized, for the week before the wedding, we went over a checklist to make sure nothing was being forgotten. Also, she put together a reception time line that I was able to send out to my other vendors, which took that responsibility away from me...its the little things! Taking pictures on the property is so easy because the whole place is beautiful...you will see that as soon as you turn in to CCC :) I was originally opposed to traditional "golf course" photos, but my photographer was able to capture the evening perfectly, for they have bridges, peninsulas, trees, rocks, and flowers that are perfect for the backdrop of any photo. David was the maitre d of the wedding reception and he kept everything moving right along! I literally don't think I would have eaten dinner without him. He knows what he is doing when it comes to wedding and organization, for nothing was left out from what I wanted to accomplish at my wedding reception. The bridal suite they provide is also updated and adorable! It connects to a locker room, so bride and maids can freshen up easily. We had 140 people at our reception, but had invited 160...either way, I think there was plenty of room for that large amount of people. Each table seats 12, so we ended up only needing 13 tables, but like i said, there was space for more. I feel like the dancefloor size was perfect, felt to me like it was full all night, for the larger dance spaces can leave it looking empty. I have nothing but positive things to say about CCC, Christine, and David...thank you guys for helping my wedding day go so smoothly, for I had 100% confidence in you guys!! I hope to someday be a guest at a wedding at CCC, so I can sit back and enjoy everything that CCC has to offer!

at was promised by the previous coordinator (even though they should have never been promised). Not only was she able to be accommodating the months leading up to the wedding, but she was there and so helpful the day of! Our day was super windy and we had to do a quick move inside, she called the florist for me and got us a beautiful archway to be used inside! The staff, especially David, were so helpful all night. He made sure we had drinks, ate and that we were having fun! Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the food was spectacular. Our friends and family still talk about the beautiful venue and delicious food! Would definitely recommend Concord Country Club!

Christine always made herself available and was so accommodating through the entire process. Everything went perfect the day of and I couldn’t imagine having our reception anywhere else! thly on the day of. My bridal party was able to get into the venue at 9:30am for hair and makeup and we hung out in the ladies locker room (which was more of a beautiful lounge). Christine checked in with us throughout the day making sure we were are alright and continued to replenish the champagne and orange juice! The wedding day went perfectly. Christine made sure that the members of my family who have trouble moving around, were taken care of with golf carts and made sure they were comfortable the entire night on top of keeping the bridal party on their timeline. David Quinn also kept an eye on us (the bride and groom) the entire night, making sure we were having fun through the "hellos and thank-yous," With Christine and Dave working together, everything went according to plan. The food was perfect! Our selection was Concord Chicken the Prime Rib and I did not hear one bad thing about it. People were raving! I would HIGHLY recommend Concord Country Club to anyone looking to host a wedding ceremony/reception.

s view with lots of natural light. We were the first wedding with the new coordinator, Christine, and were very lucky to have her step in about 3 months before the wedding. Up until that point the prior coordinator was not responsive or organized and when Christine took over we found that things we had thought we "booked" were never written down or scheduled. Christine handled the situation professionally and was able to get everything sorted out quickly and she made the day of the wedding smooth and stress-free. She was always available and willing to do whatever we asked to make our wedding perfect!

Also the day of the wedding she was great coming up to us to make sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything. Then when our photo booth didn't arrive on time Christine took the phone out of our hands and got on the phone when them and make sure they were bringing a photo booth out. She gave them her phone number and made sure they called her back and didn't bother us. She even told us if they did not show that her brother does photo booths and called him to see if he would be able to come out. She told us to go back out and enjoy our time and not to worry about it that she would handle it! The cocktail hour and food at our reception was great! Everyone kept telling us how much they loved the food. The Country Club was even accommodating and added a mash potato bar for me even though it wasn't on their package. Everything was great and people really enjoyed it there!

hough promised. We were told by not using a florist that a discount would be given, it was not. We did not have an attendant in the bridal party area as noted in the agreement, therefore no drinks or appetizers were provided to the bridal party. We were promised golf carts to help the bridal party and family get to particular locations for pictures but they were never provided. This lead to no family pictures at the venue and a tired bridal party from walking all over in heels, to the designated photo locations. Despite meeting with the coordinator to identify photo locations the day of she yelled at us for where we were taking pictures although we were told we could do pictures there. The gift table and card holder were never moved into the main room as promised. The glasses that were etched and put on the tables as favors were used as water glasses, the staff was never told to leave them, and most went missing. There was an extra 16 favors in a box that also went missing. During the event no one was available to take care of issues so the guests kept coming to us and we would have to find the coordinator, this took a lot of time away from our guests. The final issue was when it came to cutting the cake, there was no assistance provided and we had to figure out what the best way to do everything was.

We also had the most amazing wedding coordinator (Amy), who unfortunately is no longer with the country club, but will be missed I am sure! She was so professional and paid attention to every detail, and she enjoyed her job so much! She cared about our day and really took care of us while we were planning our wedding! She was so personable and we felt like we had known her forever, as she shared in our excitement and joy! The country club board was also instrumental in helping us achieve our dream of arriving at the reception in a helicopter! We want to thank them as well for approving the landing and coordinating with us and the helicopter company! The food was also very delicious, and the chef is very talented. The only downfall with this venue was that they threw everything away at the end of the night. We made a list of things we wanted saved, and my poor mother was running around trying to rescue the top of our cake and our flowers, etc. Unfortunately, she was not able to save everything from the trash. However, this was the only problem that we had with the venue. I would highly recommend this country club, although since Amy left - I would strongly suggest that you provide charts and lists for everything to the new coordinator. Be as detailed as possible, and follow-up to ensure that everything is going according to plan.

Multiple people complimented us on how good the food was and how attentive the bartenders were. Having the adjoining room to the reception hall was great for our guests who wanted to get away from the louder music and talk (mostly older family members). The dance floor was large enough to hold all of our dancing guests! This helped make the event perfect for any type of guest that you might have! And the cost for what we got- it was a great value. I would highly recommend.

Seeing her when I walked in the building that day I knew everything was going to be perfect! Throughout the day leading up to the ceremony she was calming and her energy alone could put me at ease! She is so good she even made sure that during the reception my husband and I actually sat down, and ate! Anyone considering this property for their special day, it's simply perfect! From the outside to the inside, amazing photos will be captured! Thank you Amy and everyone at Concord country club for an amazing job! We love you!

I know she had so many other weddings/events going on at the same time as our wedding, but she always made us feel like we were the only people she was working with. She was so attentive and knowledgeable. Our wedding wouldn't have been half as great as it was if it were not for her. She made the whole process so much easier and less stressful on us. Our wedding guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and great all of the staff were. I've never worked with nicer people before. I would highly recommend CCC to anyone looking for a place for their wedding.

The filet was cooked to perfection, the bruschetta chicken was a great twist on a traditional chicken bruschetta and the eggplant Napoleon was a great vegetarian option. Ever since my first phone call to Amy, the events director & wedding coordinator of Concord Country Club, it has been nothing but excellence. Amy is efficient, prompt with her responses and actually cares for the couple. We were not just a sales number for her, but a couple that she wanted to ensure had a happy magical experience. She recommended vendors, all of whom were exceptionally professional. She called and emailed us periodically and ensured that everything was taken care of. The food was amazing and it showed with all of the compliments from our guests. We chose the buffet and it allowed us to cater to everyone’s liking (we had fish, chicken beef and pork, starch, and pasta) all served hot in front of the guest at each station. We were able to get a signature drink, open bar, and appetizers during cocktail hour. IT WAS A LOT OF FOOD for a reasonable price. Amy and the chef even accommodated one of our guests who had a severe food allergy and pretty much made whatever she wanted to eat that was not part of the menu. They are an honest company; Amy didn’t even charge us for my husband’s grandmother who, in her old age, doesn’t eat as much. The wait staff during the reception was professional and pleasant. The one thing that impressed me was an experience that a guest relayed. One child wasn’t feeling good and unfortunately made a “mess” at the table. The wait staff at concord country club did not hesitate and immediately attended to the situation. After apologizing profusely as if it was their fault (when it was not), they cleaned up the mess with their bare hands. I thought, for them to clean that up IMMEDIATELY and discreetly without attracting unnecessary attention was impressive and extremely professional. In fact, none of the other guests (including my husband and I) were even aware of the situation until well after the event. Concord Country Club offers a picturesque scene in their ballroom of the course, a cool patio area and a lot of beautiful spots to take photos with your bridal party. But really, the selling point for us was that we got more than what we paid for, service alone was exceptional. The staff was friendly, gave a welcoming vibe and the food was incredibly delicious. Amy is always one step ahead of me and knew what my concerns were, and solved them even before I could think about them! If I had to do it all over again, I WOULD ALWAYS PICK CONCORD COUNTRY CLUB. It was the best decision we made as a couple.
