ng through the timeline and outline of the overall day - she suggested and added things that we didn’t even think about ( down to the length of linens)!! She's extremely professional and knows the ins & outs of the wedding industry. She worked thoroughly with all of our vendors. She met with us multiple times and talked over the design, timeline and overall look and feel of the wedding. She organized our rehearsal and confidently conducted everyone to their places. Fast forward to the actual wedding, we were never bothered by vendors or catering. She was the interface to everything. If you’re looking for someone to completely remove all stress related to planning and just want to enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the small details, Aurelia is the perfect fit. She always made herself available and she was a blast to work with. She’s amazing. Highly recommend!

a “day of planner”, but Aurelia went above and beyond that by meeting with us several times before the wedding, asking questions that got us planning in the right direction, collaborating with us to create a wedding schedule, and communicating the plan and schedule with our vendors. Even before the wedding, the florist and caterer praised her organization and communication skills. On the big day, Aurelia relieved of all my mother of the bride worries by letting the vendors know where and how to set up, and she came to my daughter and me with questions to make sure the bride and groom’s wishes were being carried out. For example, she brought Marlee a picture of the cake table after it had been set up to ensure that it matched Marlee’s vision. It turned out as beautifully as imagined! Due to Aurelia’s expertise, I was able to spend time with my daughter before the wedding, instead of running around trying to manage everything myself. At the end of the reception, clean up was easier than we expected because Aurelia was so organized in taking down things as we were done with them. Again, we are so thankful my daughter hired Aurelia for her day of wedding planner, and we wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
