n has an easy online visual that was helpful, along with sending you color swatches of whatever you need. I did a little communication with them through email. They delivered to the venue. The price was very reasonable, and I didn't have to do a thing. I would definitely recommend Connie Duglin Linen.

I set up an appointment to go to the shop in person. It was helpful seeing the colors I had in mind for my wedding in person and fell in love with the gold, blush, burgundy and navy color scheme. We made our own centerpieces, so I brought one to the appointment and got to play with the different types of linens and colors on the table. This helped me visualize how my wedding day decor would look.
As far as service is concerned, I worked with Erika and she was very good at helping us put together linens. She was incredibly knowledgable, accommodating, conscious of our budget, friendly and prompt to respond to all of my questions. Everything looked great on our wedding day!

We ordered 110 white jumbo chair covers for our wedding earlier this month. We called to confirm our order multiple times leading up to the wedding day. We received 130 chair covers (20 extra, just in case). Unfortunately, even with the extras,...
we only had 80 chair covers in the correct size and color. Several were not the jumbo size and did not fit the chairs, while several others were off-white and obviously clashed with the rest of the table linens. We made due, but we were very disappointed that we did not receive the products we ordered. After making a complaint, the company refunded us for the 30 white jumbo chair covers that we did not receive.

r business, especially after 30 years of service across the nation, we are not perfect and mistakes do unfortunately happen. To prevent this we always allow our clients to pick-up their orders or have orders delivered two business days prior to make sure that they received the items they ordered and to allow sufficient time for any corrections if there are any errors. The wedding industry only allows one chance to do things right and when mistakes happen, there's no way to correct it other than ensure that we take care of your needs afterwards...whether it be a refund for the error or a discount on a future order. We are happy to have assisted you on getting a refund for services and items that were not rendered. this and I didn't even know it happened. Also, they were pretty expensive and have quite a few fees that they tack on. Overall, I wish I had gone with another company at a lower price point.
Exactly what I ordered was provided to include the pre-tied bows and setup of the venue in a timely manner as requested. Thanks, will recommend and use in the future if needed.
