the representative was kind and helpful through the booking process leading up to the wedding. on the wedding day however we were walking in for our introduction at the reception and notice the sashes we ordered for the chair covers were not th...ere. this really put a,damper in the flow and color format of our wedding . when contacted with a photo about this during the reception the answer I received was "we finished setting up early so if you noticed earlier we could of been out to add the sashes". I am not really sure how I would of done that being how I was at my ceremony getting married but all in all what's done is done.
