The venue is nice. It's in the middle of a neighborhood full of houses so you would never know its there. The worst part is they offer no refunds no matter what. They only offer credit to book with them again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Amazing venue and personable staff that are genuinely interested in making sure the day is beautiful. When I was putting a party together the staff was very pleasant, responsive and accommodating. I was thrilled with some of the complimentary items they added. You get what you pay for and Cha'le Gardens over delivered. I would highly recommend them for any event.

When my wife and I searched venues in Atlanta area there were so many to choose from. Many were high priced and not flexibe in allowing us to customize. When we toured at Chale Gardens we knew we wanted this venue for our wedding. The place was nice for our outdoor wedding, our budget and the look we wqnted. The lake view was stunning. The prices were fair they were not trying to overcharge, we brought in our own alcohol which saved us over $1000. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our guest had a great time, we partied hard and dj erok had us dancing all night. I would highly recommend chale gardens for your wedding as we had an amazing time. I'll be back for anothe event... with baby on way

Beautiful facility for amazing memories located on the South side. I got married late September. While it wasn't the perfect wedding, it was still beautiful day. After several attempts of trying to address my dissatisfaction with management, finally I received a call (45+ days later)and was able to discuss and express the good, bad and ugly of my big day. A lengthy conversation with management went well. Some things were clarified and miscommunication was addressed. A refund was discussed and agreed upon and yet 89 days later, no refund or courtesy call on the hold up of the refund. Just not professional in my opinion. Often times it's not about the money, but more so about the general principal. Definitely did not get what I paid for. Very unfortunate.
