Going with Crust Culture for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made.
First off, Brenton was so friendly and helpful. It was like working with a friend we just met right off the bat.
Second, the pizza is INSANELY delicious. We are p...izza snobs and so the ingredients they use really stood out. Every pizza is a winner with them.
Brenton was also amazing in that he made a custom salad for us to mimic our favorite salad from a pizza joint in Seattle we used to go to when we lived there. He ordered everything custom for that, didn't charge us any extra and it was spot on for what we remembered.
As far as being on site, our guests loved seeing the pizza get made in the truck out front. We got married at Ovation in Chicago and did it buffet style. We didn't want guests walking outside to get their pizzas and so instead looked to Brenton's team to keep running them in to ensure a smooth, slightly more traditional dining experience. Despite it being about 90 degrees that day, his team of runners kept the pizza flowing and guests were able to get seconds and thirds. He also threw in an extra type of pizza and didn't even tell us! Not to mention, he made custom pizzas for our guests with dietary restrictions, again without any additional charge. It was awesome. Not to mention, he kept slinging pizzas until they ran out of ingredients and boxed up the extras for our guests to munch on later that evening.
Crust Culture was the best, hands down. AMAZING pizza, OUTSTANDING service and very kinds folks behind the operation. You cannot go wrong working with them.
