We can not say enough about the staff and services provided at the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson in Freehold, NJ for our wedding! Megan and Amanda were super helpful and supportive during the planning process, always being available to answer ALL of my many questions. Rebecca was great, making it super easy and convenient to set up the room block right on site. Amber, our maitre d, was amazing with day of coordinating and all the setup making sure the day went smoothly. Everyone was super nice, easy to work with, and very accommodating to my requests and vision for the day. My guests are still talking about how amazing all the food was and there was a lot! Everything was so beautiful and the entire went day went perfectly. I loved how convenient it was to have everything all in one location! They also do specials throughout the year and we got an amazing deal!!! I highly recommend The Crystal Ballroom for your wedding!! ❤️ Tina & Marcos

We were in the Emerald Ballroom for ceremony and reception. I gave my team such little direction and minimal decor and they made the space a dream come true. Amber was so helpful the entire night and Megan was always available to answer all my questions since my first tour til the wedding night. Amber did an amazing job with setting up the reception space. All my guests were so impressed with cocktail hour and all the food! 10/10 would recommend. Easiest, stress free wedding, I planned it from across the country!

10/10! I hosted my daughters bridal shower at the Emerald Ballroom this past weekend. It could not have been more perfect. First and foremost, Megan and Amanda were amazing to work with. They were professional, punctual during our meetings and extremely helpful. Their response time to any of my questions through email far exceeded my expectations. The room was stunning, the tables were perfection and the price couldn't be beat for everything that was included. I would highly recommend the Radisson for your next event!

We had our wedding at the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson of Freehold and everything and everyone was great and so attentive. The wedding team Megan, Amanda, Amber, Rebecca and any other staff member were amazing from start to finish. They were all very responsive and professional. The venue was clean and Bridal suite was beautiful. Our family and friends raved about the food, venue and just the whole atmosphere. All of our questions were answered and everything explained in a clear and concise manner. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning an event. It exceeded our expectations!

My husband Pedro and I wanted to extend our gratefulness to Meghan and Amber from the Freehold Radisson. Our reception in the Emerald ballroom was beautiful and these two ladies made that happen! I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. From the beginning to the big day, the crystal ballroom really just handled everything and made the day amazing. Megan was great during the planning process, she answered every single question pretty much instantly and helped me so much. Rebecca was great when it came to our hotel block and always kept us updated. The hotel was so accommodating to us and our guests. No one had a single complaint! On the day of, Amber handled every single thing. From setting up our decor, to guiding our vendors, to even making sure I always had a drink in my hand. She worked so hard, and it was very impressive. She thought of things that I didn’t even think of myself! I felt so at ease the whole time, and like I was in really good hands. This team really cares about their brides and grooms. They go above and beyond. They were more than I could have ever imagine and helped make my day go better than I could have ever asked for. Get married here!! You won’t regret it. My guests also said the food was amazing, and the space was stunning! Also the bridal suite is awesome- huge space perfect for getting ready. I could go on and on about how many little things they thought of and how there are so many great things about this venue but sadly I am running out of characters!

The staff at the Radisson was unbelievable and incredibly helpful! They made our special day soo enjoyable! They went above and beyond all expectations that we had and I would absolutely recommend using them for any event!

This venue was absolutely breathtaking and the staff did everything they could to make sure our day went as smoothe as possible. Amber, Meghan, and the rest of the staff truly made our special day perfect and would book with them over and over again.

How can I express how special, beautiful, professional and amazing food ever had at a Hotel banquet. this is only one item but the day of the wedding the Maite'd and server for the bride and grooms table came to the honeymoon sweet we were in and asked if I needed anything or forgot anything to put in the room which I did. Also brought us a bottle of Champaign that was very good. and showed me a picture of the Ceremony space all put together with my decor. I cried and knew I was in great hands. And then the cocktail hour was amazing tasting and variety of food was amazing. All my quest said the food was AMAZING, and let me tell you my family are all foodies.....LOL

The Crystal Ballroom was a life saver. My husband and I were having a small vow renewal since we never had the full wedding, but we had no idea where to begin or what all we might need. Maria and Megan helped us every step of the way and were so accommodating! Everyone loved the event and especially the food (which was incredible). We received so many positive comments on how everything looked and how nice the staff was. It was a great night and we couldn't have done it without The Crystal Ballroom ❤️

Oh my goodness, can not say enough good things about this venue. Amber, Megan & Maria are the friendliest, nicest and professional group of girls to help you coordinate any type of event you would need. They go above & beyond what is expected to make everything run as smoothly as possible. The ambience of the Crystal Ballroom is beautiful . The food was exceptionally delicious, was not a disappointed person in the place. Would highly recommend this place for any special occasion or event where you would want to celebrate.

My now husband and I began looking at venues in 2022. The Crystal Ballroom was the first and only place we looked. As soon as we began speaking to the staff and saw the rooms, we loved it. We got married last Friday and everything went incredibly smoothly due to the amazing staff. Amber, Sammi, Maria, and Megan were so great with all of their help with everything from planning months in advance to everything that day. I highly recommend The Crystal Ballroom. I absolutely loved the Radisson Hotel!! Maria, Megan, Amber and the rest of the crew was nothing short of amazing! They took care of everything. We didn't need to worry about anything. They made our vision of our special day came through! We would 100 percent recommend everyone to go there. You can have a small or big / inside or outside ceremony and reception. You can stay at the hotel. It was just worry free, hassle free having everything one place. Just check them out!

Very professional and cordial, thanks to them for arranging such a beautiful amazing sweet 16 party for us and we absolutely loved❤️ one of the most beautiful, gorgeously decorated cake, which we ever witnessed!! Everything was perfect and accommodation is an understatement! The staff was welcoming and patient . The environment and food beat our expectations as my wife and I didn’t need to taste test the food or see the venue beforehand to get approval. Honestly, our expectations were beat; especially given our 3 week time to plan the wedding. Just simply perfect! And Maria is an amazing manager and I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with all the staff at The Crystal Ballroom. From the very first meeting to the day of the event, everyone was helpful, kind, caring and attentive. Our wedding had about 125 people and everything went off without an issue. Our Maitre D Amber was beyond amazing the day of the wedding. The food and drinks were insanely good, no one had anything bad to say about any of the food. I would highly recommend booking your wedding or event here. The price, staff and venue are impeccable. If i have another large event in the future, they will be my first call.

We could not ask for a better place to celebrate our wedding day! I really do not know where to start- Elizabeth, Amber and Megan were truly our hero's for planning our wedding from the weeks and days leading up to our wedding and most importantly our wedding day. I cannot tell you how many questions I asked all of these ladies throughout the planning process and they were so attentive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! They worked with us every step of the way and accommodated changes that we wanted made. The food and drinks were amazing and my family and friends are still raving about all of it! We had to postpone our wedding several times because of Covid-19 but they stayed with us the entire time and kept everything in place for us when we were finally able to have it on June 25 this year. Nothing but professional and the ballroom was beautiful! Their pricing for the whole package was a steal so very budget-friendly too! I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to get married! ☺️

What an amazing team! They gave us our DREAM wedding. Elizabeth (catering director) settled our fears when we came to her with concerns of past negative reviews, she asked us to trust her & the team that they promised everything would be perfect, and it was! Sam the general manager, we feel like her & Marvin (maître d) waited on us hand & foot. We never waited for a drink or food. The food was delicious. The bartenders Chris, Darryl, & Anthony TOP NOTCH so kind and attentive. (After party & night before wedding) What I can tell you honestly the communication was on point. Up until the wedding our point of contact went through like 5 different people before landing on Elizabeth with the change in staff. I laid it all out to Elizabeth and she listened and helped make everything perfect. I came to her that I was worried my overnight guests would be turned away or not enough room, she had Tyler work with me to calm my fears and everything was smooth NO ISSUES! I told Sam & Marvin some issues I thought may arise the day of and they made sure any changes day of came to us as a couple first. We checked in the night before and had zero problems, our guests checked in with no problems. Breakfast the morning after was amazing! French toast sticks are bomb. My ceremony & reception was gorgeous we used Radisson’s centerpieces, most décor, backdrop, linens, and pedestals. We supplied signs for tables and card box, but they have if you need I believe. My advice for couples is bring extension cords, lol we felt there was not enough outlets personally, and no usb ports in rooms. STAY OFF SOCIAL MEDIA! If you have a problem or concern, go to Radisson right away lay it out there. I was horrified at first, but my day turned out perfect! Be open & honest with them and they will be honest with you. Employees: Super sweet, caring, attentive, helpful, courteous & receptive. Food: All of the food for our wedding was delicious no complaints Hotel: Zero issues with check in check out, rooms were clean, no issues. Communication: no issues, I felt we were responded to in a timely manner Words cannot describe the venue enough Joe & I are so happy! The feeling we got when we first booked is what we ended our wedding with. Elizabeth, Sam, Tyler, Marvin, Chris, Darryl, Anthony, & the front desk staff you have all made our wedding a dream come true thank you so much for everything we appreciate you all so much.

This was the best hotel wedding ever! From the gorgeous bridal suite to the covered outdoor ceremony to the huge Crystal ballroom, everything was perfect. The staff members were helpful and professional. They answered all my crazy questions and took care of all my very specific requests. My parents are still beaming with pride every time somebody raves about the great food and the beautiful wedding... which is a lot! Thanks to everyone who made this day so special.

My daughter's wedding at the Crystal Ballroom was a dream come true! They answered a million questions for us before the big day, and they were always helpful and cheerful. The room and lighting and garden were perfect. On the day of, the staff was so helpful and happy to give us any special requests. The food was delicious and beautifully served. I had my wedding at the Crystal Ballroom on 7/16/2021. Everything was perfect from start to finish!! I booked my wedding back in 2019 with Heidi. I fell in love with the venue and a few days after my tour, I booked! When COVID came, I was very nervous about how the venue was going to proceed with postponements. They were so accommodating and allowed me to postpone with zero hassle. From the booking, to the postponement, to the menu detailing, Heidi was quick to answer all of my questions and provided guidance and clarity during so much uncertainty. Prior to the wedding, I dropped off all of my personalized items for the wedding to Sam. She went over every detail with me to ensure that everything was planned as I had wanted. On the day of the wedding, Sam checked in with me multiple times while I was getting ready with my bridal party to assist us with anything we needed. Her eagerness to help was truly appreciated and made me feel at ease while I was nervous about my big day! Her generous and caring attitude made me realize that my event was in good hands and that I had nothing to worry about! Sam and Eric executed my event and perfectly implemented every detail I asked of them. The Ceremony space was gorgeous and better than I could have ever imagined! Sam made sure my entire bridal party was lined up perfectly for the procession which was such a big help! Immediately after the ceremony, Sam and Eric greeted my fiancé and I with champagne and led us to our reserved table for cocktail hour. They brought us food from each station so that we could spend time greeting our family and friends. My husband missed the round of pizza bagels that were passed so Eric brought him his own tray of them! All of our family and friends raved about how amazing the Cocktail Hour food and service was and I agree! Prior to the reception, they brought my fiancé and I into the ballroom so that we could see it all set up and it was absolutely beautiful. We brought our own personalized Neon Sign and they were able to hang it right over our gift table. It looked beautiful and it was such a great touch! During the reception, Sam and Eric made sure my fiancé had a drink at all times and they personally served us our meals. The food was delicious. Eric also made a point to bring us over to the dessert stations before it was open to our guests. They both checked in with us throughout the duration of the reception to ensure that we were satisfied with everything. The servers were phenomenal and made sure that all of our guests were taken care of. One server in particular took extra care of my grandmother who was chilly during the ceremony. This server brought a blanket over to my grandmother to accommodate her..I was so thankful! At the end of the reception, Eric packed up all of our items and delivered them to our suite for us. This was a HUGE help and certainly did not go unnoticed. The entire event was perfect. We even hosted a breakfast in the atrium the following morning and Eric made sure everything was to our satisfaction! Sam and Eric were so accommodating the entire time and ensured that my big day went off without a hitch! It truly was the best day ever!!

Had an amazing site tour experiences with Diana ! Her personality was a huge plus ! She was extremely welcoming to my family and answered all questions we had fantastically. The packages were very detailed and everything was broken down for us. We decided to book with the Elegant Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel and can't wait for our Big Day in 2022!

From the Beginning Diana helped us envision our wedding. My fiancé and I were in awe with the venue, the tour and our new wedding BFF! This was the first and only tour we did and we were sold!!! Can’t wait for our wedding!!!

My dream wedding became a reality thanks to the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel of Freehold. The convenience of staying at the hotel connected to the actual venue for us and our guests is what originally drew us in. Once we booked it was a seamless process! The ENTIRE staff is extremely kind and welcoming! All of our guests that came from near and far loved the cocktail hour spread and the dinner was delicious even for our vegetarian and kosher friends they enjoyed their meals! Everything went off without a hitch and my guests were blown away at the beauty of the space! We got married on Sunday, 02.02.2020 and our after party was viewing the Superbowl at the hotel bar, everyone had a grand time! Luckily the weather was fantastic for for outside pictures by the fountain that morning too! I highly recommend getting married there! BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!

My son just had the best wedding in the Emerald Ballroom of the Radisson Freehold in Freehold, NJ. The catering department is not owned by the Radisson, but they work well together. The Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson is the name that shows up when searching online, but our event was held in the Emerald Ballroom that is perfect for smaller weddings. Samantha was our Maître d'hôtel and worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly. She was great to work with prior to, during, and after the wedding. Samantha took the decorations four days prior to the wedding and stored them safely for us. The day of the wedding Samantha set up the backdrop and was personally making sure that everything was perfect, and it was! After the wedding, the decorations were packed and ready for us to take home. Since the wedding was on a Sunday we had picked up the flowers the day before. The Radisson stored them in their refrigerator and they looked beautiful when taken out on Sunday. The ceremony was held in the same room as the reception. The chairs had beautiful covers with a black tuxedo overlay on their backs. The tables were hidden by white curtains and after the ceremony, they were moved into place and the whole room looked great. Since they have beautiful, tall centerpieces we saved money by not having to purchase table centerpieces or table numbers. The cocktail reception was held in a separate room and the guests raved about the food and service, especially the mash potato bar! Lana (sp) was our bartender for both the cocktail hour and reception. She was extremely personable and also made great drinks! The DJ, Terry, from DJ’s Available, was the best! He met with the couple prior to the wedding to find out what they would like for their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. In addition, he provided atmospheric uplighting at a lower cost which added to the event. He is very professional, easy to work with, and kept people dancing all night. The music level was perfect. Table conversations were easy to hear, yet the music on the dance floor was at just the right level. Although the company has more DJs, Terry is the best! We can’t say enough kind things to encourage couples to check out the Emerald Ballroom, especially if you are having a smaller number of guests. Larger weddings can check out the Crystal Ballroom at the same venue. The Radisson rooms were comfortable and the staff were helpful and worked to accommodate requests. The only downside during our stay was the hot water issues due to a broken boiler, but they discounted the rooms to make up for the inconvenience.

The Crystal Ballroom was beyond amazing. From our first tour to our big day, I will say the staff is amazing! They were so quick to answer my hundred emails lol. The cocktail hour was out of this world! We have received so many texts, calls and messages from our guests telling us how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. I want to personally thank Kelly, Heidi, Angela, and our Matre D, Samantha! They have made this process so smooth. I am so happy we choose The Radisson to share our special day. Just had our wedding there on October 5th, 2019 couldn’t have been anymore perfect than how we pictured it! Everyone was so helpful and kind and full of support! Ryan was so helpful and sure me and my husband were taken care of the whole night! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a wedding! The crystal ballroom is outstanding! Words cannot truly express how fabulous our September 14th, 2019 outdoor wedding ceremony and Crystal Ballroom reception was due in large part to the amazing staff. Every aspect of our special day brought the highest praise from family and friends alike. The venue was stunning, the cocktail hour was out of this world, the entrees were delicious and the cordial station was a magnificent finish. One particular guest stated that she attends many weddings and our wedding was one of the best she ever attended. My husband and I got married at the Crystal Ballroom this weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time! All of our questions were answered so quickly any time we sent an email or called. The bridal suite was beautiful and perfect for bridal prep and pictures. Our maitre de Samantha was an absolute professional in every way. We dropped off our decorations and had a quick conversation, to find everything decorated PERFECTLY! Exactly what we envisioned! We had our cocktail hour food brought to us so we definitely didn't go hungry, never had an empty drink, and all of our guests had the best time ever! Thank you all for what you did for us! After attending a few other weddings at other venues just need to write this review. Do yourself a favor ands stay away. They ruined my event. Food terrible,guests complained about how they were treated,bugs in my room. They nicke dime you. Not sure how they still in business.

We had a great experience working with the event and catering staff at this beautiful wedding venue! It was such a relief to quickly get responses to our questions, and we appreciated being closely attended to during our wedding.

Recently married at the Crystal Ball Room in June. It was a pleasure working with the staff making all of our arrangements for our big day. They really do an amazing job helping plan for the day. We had our ceremony outside which was so nice and our guests were shaded from the hot sun. Cocktail hour they absolutely pound you with food, so many choices and everything I tried was very good. The reception room was elegantly dressed and lighting was perfect. The dinner course was to die for, amazing filet, mahi or chicken to choose from and they were all very good. Only issue I had with the day is how they set up the bar for cocktail hour, all the guests need to stand on line in front of what looked like a coat closet to get drinks. There was only one bartender, I myself the groom stood on line for 10 min to get a beer. The outside area had beer and wine but the beer was warm and hardly any guests used that bar. All in all we had an amazing day, the did a great job for us. I would totally recommend them for wedding, the quality for the price can't be matched.
