My wedding was a little stressful as the weather took a turn at the last minute but I did not appreciate having people come up to me at my wedding saying my coordinator was extremely rude or had a negative attitude towards them. If you are looking to have someone be able to get stuff done but not care about their approach than she is great.

I trusted her judgement and even let her plan multiple aspects without my input. Her taste is wonderful and she’s so easy to work with. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and made sure we met all of our deadlines (99% of which I had forgotten about). She shopped around and got us the best prices for local vendors, but was also honest about which corners should not be cut just to save some money. Our wedding was so beautiful and perfect and it’s all because of crystal! If you’re on the fence about a planner, give her a call!! She’s honest and easy to talk to, which is so important in a planner because you want to be comfortable voicing your opinion. You definitely won’t regret going with Crystal Occasions!

h everyone. We were able to have our dream wedding! And it was somehow better than what the dream wedding actually was. Everything from venue to dj to table cloths went beyond our expectations. Sam was the planner for our wedding, and did an amazing job. Always had a smile, and did a good job of hiding something potentially problematic while quickly resolving the issue so as not to disrupt our happy day. (FYI it was something completely beyond control of the planner) My sister in law actually scouted her out at the wedding and officially hired her to do her wedding too. Can't recommend crystal occasions enough!

In addition to her creativity, she has the expertise to tend to all of the details required to make a wedding ceremony and reception flow beautifully. As all weddings go, there is always some unpredicted glitch that is completely out of your or your wedding coordinator’s control despite fine-tuning and working out all the details in advance. It doesn’t matter if a bridesmaid is predicted to be late or the tablecloth vendor delivers the wrong-sized tablecloths, Crystal is able to make everything work and gives you peace of mind, enabling you to enjoy the special event. In our case, when I didn’t think Crystal could work any harder, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that while we were celebrating she was behind the scenes quietly organizing and preparing for the much-dreaded packing up and loading, the least favorite part of concluding a beautiful event. I could not have asked any more of Crystal. FIVE STARS, without question!!!!

and since it was included it was just a bonus. That being said, I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have Crystal running the show. The ebbs and flows of the wedding day are so variable and Crystal did a great job making sure everything went smoothly. I know she did a good job because everyone said they had a great time and nobody was hounding me or my hubby with small details and questions throughout the night. Thanks to Crystal and the venue owners Dory and Tom for a great and memorable experience.
