If I could write a zero star review I would! We hired Hannah when all she had was five star reviews. However, she was useless in planning our wedding (wouldn’t book appointments with vendors and totally unresponsive for weeks at a time). We finally came to the decision to terminate our contract with her during the time period stated in the contract to receive a full refund of our deposit. This was over a year ago! Hannah had given us nothing but lies and excuses, claiming the refund “was processing and would take up to 90 days”. Again, this was over a year ago and we have still not received any money. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN. Be warned, find another wedding planner!
Please be diligent and read reviews on ALL platforms prior to considering this vendor. Hannah was friendly and attentive up until payment was received, then communication/responses took longer and longer. Even when she did answer, she was always unprofessional or otherwise occupied. We would ask for help with vendors, hotels, etc, and get no response or she would send the exact opposite of what we had asked for (outdated taste, not helpful). After over 2 months of no response to questions, we asked to terminate our contract and were met with lie after lie, a phony/incorrect "termination form" (all dates were incorrect, speaking to her inability to be organized in even the date of a contract beginning or wedding date), and refusal to sign corrected form. After reaching out for the corrected termination form, I have not heard back on my refund for weeks. PLEASE believe the reviews. I do not recommend this planner.
Hannah is an angel!!!!!! I contacted Hannah to be my day of. She went above and beyond what is included in that package. I don't know how she does it, but she does it! Thank the wedding gods she does!
Best money I spent!
I hired the team at Culler Me in Love for full planning and day of coordination. I absolutely can not sing enough praises! Every time I had a question, comment, and even anxiety lol Hannah was there no matter the time or the day. When I hired anyone for my wedding I did not want it to be just a business transaction, but more so a personal relationship and 110% what I was given and I am so thankful. I absolutely love her!
Would give 0/5 if possible. Hired this person for month of coordinating and day of planning. After issues with communication we decided to cancel contract. We are owed 50% refund based on the timing of us canceling. We were advised that we would have to sign a termination agreement despite this not being mentioned in the original contract. She states she emailed this to me on May13th but even after searching all areas of my gmail it was not there and she refuses to resend it but instead showed me what appeared to be a screenshot of an apparent email as proof that she sent it. She advised me to have my ‘legal team’ contact hers but failed to provide me with a contact person. I now have a lawyer that has reached out to her but she has not yet responded to them either.
Would definitely recommend NOT hiring her and I am surprised she is still on the site as a vendor.
Hannah was hired for my month-of-coordination. Throughout the process I had difficulty getting in contact with her on a timely schedule. Also, I had a poor experience with her organization and work efficiency. I would not recommend her as your wedding planner if you are looking for someone who is organized and timely.
I paid Hannah in full for no fulfillment of agreed upon services, based on the signed contract.
The first half of the amount was paid once the contract was signed, in January 2023.
I emailed her at the end of April to see if she could provide me with a general checklist of items I might need to purchase for our wedding and a timeline template. She initially responded saying she would be able to send me the decorations list but that it wouldn’t be for a couple of days because she wasn’t back in the office until Sunday, but also, that she would not be sending over the timeline template because we would work on that together a month out from the wedding.
After not hearing from her for a week, I followed back up with her in early May for the list. She responded the next day with an excuse and a few items “listed” out in the body of the email.
At the end of July, I reached out again to see if she could email me a general day-of timeline, as I was starting to get questions from my vendors about when they needed to arrive. She bluntly responded that we would work together on the timeline 30 days prior to the wedding.
The second half of the amount was paid on the first of the month prior to the month of our wedding, on September 1, 2023, to ensure I complied with the terms of the contract.
Then, I followed up with her on September 7, 2023, exactly one month from our wedding, to schedule the call to talk through the long awaited timeline. This call was not scheduled until September 13th.
On the 13th, I called Hannah after a few minutes had passed from the scheduled time we had agreed to speak. She answered the phone while brushing her teeth…and then only asked for me to send an email with a list of my vendors and any other details she would need to know, none of which were discussed on the call. She stated if she received the information before the weekend that she would work on the timeline over the weekend. I sent the email over to her on the 15th.
After not hearing from her, I reached back out on the 19th with questions. She responded to acknowledge she had received the message but never answered the questions asked.
After multiple communication issues and no assistance, help or services provided, I decided to cancel my contract with Hannah on September 20, 2023.
Based on the terms stated in the contract, I was to receive a 50% refund if I canceled more than 14 days prior to the event.
When asked about the refund, Hannah stopped responding and has not issued the refund!
Literally the BEST money I spent for my wedding, Hannah & her mom Rita handled everything. All I had to do was sit back and have a mimosa the day of and they made my vision come to life. I can’t recommend Hannah enough, she did an amazing job handling every vendor, our centerpieces, and making sure we had the wedding of our dreams!
We had booked Hannah for the day of event coordinator. We really didnt understand or had expectation on what she would be assisting us with however, we wanted to ensure a smooth wedding. The day off the wedding we were inform by other vendors that a day of coordinator needs to be with me from when our day starts at 8am to ensure we have the food for the bridesmaid and makeup artist, the DJ has everything needed for commentary and names of the bridal and groom's party, the flowers are picked up etc. None of which was completed by Hannah. I was worried when our first call was 3 days before the wedding and didnt remember the date of our wedding. She mentioned the day of rehealsal arriving at 2pm wedding day, however, she didnt arrive until 3:15pm, at which point my bridesmaid and i had done most of the most stressful job. Getting the flowers, setting up the flowers, ensuring the venue coordinator had what was needed to begin setting up the venue. I had to constantly look for Hannah the day of the wedding and ask for things to get done which caused me to be stressed out the whole time. Specially when the DJ wasnt given the names of the bridal and grooms party, and the first dance song was wrong. We thought hiring a day of coordinator would help get everything ready and ensure i the bride didnt have to do much. however, it felt i did it all with the help of my bridesmaid.
We have had multiple communication issues. We have since decided to cancel our contract and per the contract, we are eligible for a full refund of our deposit. It’s been 3 months and Hannah has not given us our refund back.
I cannot praise Hannah enough for the outstanding job she did in bringing our dream wedding to life. Her energy, organization, and experience made the entire planning process a breeze, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish.
One of the aspects that impressed us the most was how seamlessly she orchestrated our photography sessions. With her expert guidance, everything flowed effortlessly, allowing us to capture those precious moments without any hiccups. She truly understood our vision and ensured that every shot reflected our unique love story.
Communication with our wedding planner was a breeze. She was always available and easy to reach, promptly responding to our queries and accommodating our requests. Even when we added tasks to her plate later in the planning timeline, she took them on with enthusiasm and delivered exceptional results.
Not only was our wedding planner a true professional, but she also offered her services at a fabulous price point. Her dedication to providing excellent value for her expertise was evident throughout the entire planning process. We couldn't have asked for a better combination of quality and affordability.
While our wedding planner excelled in many areas, we did feel that we could have used more help with the end-of-night details, such as packing the car and having the keys ready for our exit. However, we want to emphasize that we did not think to ask for this assistance, and we do not blame her for the slight hiccups in that regard.

Hannah Culler was a Godsend. My special day wouldn’t have been possible without her expertise and the heart and love she put into planning my wedding is something I will forever remember and anyone that I know that is getting married, I recommend this amazing, sweet, caring, kick butt and take charge lady. She thought of EVERYTHING, and made our day almost perfect. She is very fair with pricing and goes above and beyond.
