A couple of years ago I put down $50 to hold a necklace my wife liked. We forgot about it and when we came back there was a $28 fee for restocking. Seemed rather steep to just put back in the case. but we did forget. Came back later wondering w...here my $22 refund was. After stopping in 2 more times and calling twice I gave up, They said it was in the mail and also blamed the book keeper. The $22 wasn't a big deal, it's the idea I just got ripped off. About 6 years ago I spent a couple thousand on my wife's wedding ring and they were just wonderful. Hope they enjoyed the $22. I'll never step foot in there again..
