You deserve an amazing wedding. It's the most important night of your life and probably the biggest party you'll ever throw. My biggest goals for your wedding are: 1.) To pack the dance floor, and 2.) To make sure you don't have to worry about a single thing. I'm an award winning DJ, MC, entertainer, and funtrepreneur. I've dedicated my life to having and creating as much fun as possible. You deserve a great party, and I'm here to make that happen. Nothing will end your wedding reception faster than a bad, awkward, or inexperienced DJ. I create great weddings by interacting, coordinating, and bringing high energy without cheesiness. d a fantastic job of picking the music and keeping the dance floor busy. He really knows how to read the crowd and tailor his selections to it. We were having such a good time partying at our backyard wedding that the police even showed up (no one got in trouble, but you have to admit -- that's quite the party!). He also was great at emceeing and directing the flow of our wedding. His speaking style is very clear, relaxed, confident, and natural. In addition to all of this, he seems to genuinely enjoy his job and have a good time at his events. I would definitely recommend Day One DJ for your big day! I truly cannot think of one thing I was unhappy with.

or our wedding was the fact that we had such a blast with him at the other weddings we attended. We gave him virtually no direction on what to play during the dancing portion of the night, and he was still able to read the crowd, giving them exactly what they needed to stay on the dance floor the entire evening. In fact, my dad sent me a picture of everyone dancing that I assumed was from the beginning of the night--the dance floor was packed. The time stamp on his phone? 11:57 pm. If that's not an endorsement of Joe's DJ skills, I don't know what is. I also appreciated that Joe ran the dinner portion of our reception with speeches, and he ensured that the pace of the night stayed on track. He noticed when folks were getting antsy, and he moved us right along to the next part of the evening. We love Joe! Now we just need someone else to get married so that we can reunite for another dance party...

The sound system was perfect and the up-lighting took our already beautiful venue to another level! Not only did Joe help us plan a well thought-out reception, he threw an awesome dance party! Our dance floor was packed the whole night! The playlist was perfectly timed and every song was exactly what we wanted. We received so many compliments on our dance floor and some of our guests want to use Day One at their own wedding - I can't wait! I've never seen a dance floor as fun as the one at our wedding. great at getting people out on the dance floor without being cheesy. He also did a great job with honoring requests and really seemed aware of what was happening. I'm not big on the clinking of glasses to make the bride and groom kiss and after the first time it happened he popped over to see if he should shut it down.
