It feels like those three pieces were all made for each other. I brought my mother's earrings in (my "something borrowed") and the entire ensemble is so perfect!!!! i am so grateful.

Since I won't be able to see it for another 6 months while it's getting tailored, I really wanted to get the details so I can match details of my wedding to the dress. The employee was literally standing behind me watching the entire time while rushing us and had the rudest look on her face. She's in the background of every picture we took. I was so upset. They referred me to the website so I can see it while I'm waiting and it was the smallest thumbnail front and back but no close ups for details. I asked them for the style number so I can at least look it up on the brand's website and they declined to give that information. I find their business to be bizarre and paranoid for no reason. If you're going to give brides a chance to take pics of the dress, DO THAT. Don't bully me to rush. I was in tears by the end of it. They do this because they already have your money and you're just another number. I don't recommend this place if you want a beautiful experience with great memories.

I scheduled an early weekday appointment so I was the only customer during my scheduled time. I found my dress during that appointment and needed some time to think about it. Andrea was great she wasn't pushy at all and let me have time to think about it. I called back a few hours later and was able to see her again that evening when I said yes to the dress!
What's even better is they have so many dresses to pick from! I think it's hard not to find one you'll love. I am fortunate to have a decent budget for a dress so there were plenty of dresses within my range (1,500-2,000).
They do have a no photo policy for dresses you are trying on. This policy is explained on their website, in the store, and by the consultant. Once you've said yes to the dress they allow pictures in that dress.
Overall I had a great experience and I truly felt like a bride here at Deborah's Bridal (:

My wife had just purchased all her bridesmaids dresses from them and than referred her sister in-law to them, she purchased her wedding dress and than asked for her bridesmaids to purchase their dresses & wedding dress from them so my wife did....
Unexpectedly my wife got pregnant and needs a larger size to accommodate the belly area. They pretty much tell her she can have it altered at the same price as buying a new dress and she would be better off buying a new dress. So now we have two dresses from them and they refuse to help with the first one and don't offer any type of help to accommodate getting a larger size. Even for a cheaper price or even offering us to buy back the first dress even at a restocking fee. On top of that they made her pay a rush fee, And the dress showed up the very next day. Point of the story is we spent about $7500 in the last 6 months with them and they brushed my wife off like they don't care to have anymore of our business. I'll keep my wife out of that place from now on. She won't be referring any of her friends or family to them anymore. I'll keep my hard earned money in my pocket and for other businesses that at least try and help their customers out in these type of situations.

d gone to two other bridal salons and they were definitely not in the mood which made it such a terrible experience. I didn’t like any of the dresses and I thought I would never find my dress. ess is they didn’t have a great selection of beautiful dresses. The women that work there are always very nice but it is their company policies that suck! First the not being able to take pictures of the dresses I’m trying on is ridiculous, probably the most annoying company policy. You cannot take a picture in your dress until they have payment info and you go into a back room! Also when I asked about doing a factory hem since I already knew I was wearing flats they tried to say the seamstress was not there that day when she was the person I first spoke with. Finally after some bickering the owner said she could measure me herself. The factory hem saved me close to three hundred dollars so I’m assuming they did not want to loose the money. over all it was not a pleasant experience but like I said I got my dream dress out of it so I just had to grin and bear it!

My bridal appointment was with Peggy, she is super sweet, patient and helpful. Peggy offered my group bottles of water while they waited. I had specific dresses in mind that I wanted to try on, but I was also shown around to some brand new dresses that had just came into the store! I was told that the size of the dress doesn't matter and that they can get any dress in any size which definitely sold me because I am on the thicker side. They asked me my budget which was $1,000 or less and said that they will be able to help find the right dress. I made my appointment for that following Wednesday. When I arrived Wednesday I met with Katie. Katie was very sweet and very helpful. I tried on a couple dresses and then found "The one" and it was close to my budget. So with that being said I would consider price matching your dress before finalizing your decision and also have everyone there that you would want to help you decide, since you can't send pix to get opinions.

dress retailed for $1699-$1799 (depending on the variation chosen) and when I called, Deborah's would not give me a price over the phone. Turns out they did have the gown in store and it was over $2300.
When we arrived they closed my mom, my grandma, and I all in a little dressing room to give us a sales pitch. This store had a ton of beautiful dresses but the high pressured sales tactics and the insanely high markups were what made me walk out the door without a dress. I felt like I was at a used car lot.
I was told they would give a discount if I bought the dress on the first visit of 20% off but I'd have to buy a veil, donate $30 to a charity, and something else....essentially the dresses are all WAY overpriced then they try to get you pressured into buying it on the first visit with the "discount" that simply makes it the price that the gown would cost at any other bridal salon. I got closed into a small room after trying on gowns again, but this time alone with the consultant to recieve a sales pitch on the high price and the "discount" she could give me.
Beautiful store, but unless you have money to blow and don't mind being highly pressured into your purchase...this is not the store to purchase your wedding gown at. Two stars for the great selection of dresses but I will not be giving Deborah's Bridal my business.

But Heather, the consultant who worked with me, made it such a great experience! She was so friendly and made it feel more like your best friend was helping you shop rather than just a consultant. I had an idea in mind of what I liked, but still wanted to try on other styles just to be sure so Heather was patient enough to do so. The first dress I tried on was exactly what I had always envisioned wearing on my wedding day! Heather was so amazing! She was patient and let me try on various veils and headpieces until I felt like we had the exact look I was going for! She really listened to what I thought and my wants. There were things I didn't particularly love about the dress, but was willing to settle because it was the closest I had come to "the dress". Well Deborah is not only an incredible business woman, but she's got a hell of an artistic eye. She and I worked together to find a very plain dress and designed my perfect dress with all of the elements I loved of the dress in the picture, and all of the changes I would've made to that one had I been able to customize it ( I was told I couldn't from the before-mentioned store). My dress was phenomenal, one of a kind, and incredibly affordable. I know every bride thinks their dress is the most beautiful, but people are still talking about my dress. I ordered a veil in a specific color with jewels, and she sent it back without me even seeing it ( I live in the bay area) because it wasn't up to HER standards! Additionally, my dress was done on time, which is great given I had to fly in and out for my appointments.
I also want to mention something that may not be important to most others, but I am gay and black and Deborah and her staff treated me no differently than any other bride walking into their store. I know this won't apply to most people, but other brides out there who are marrying another woman (my partner wore a custom tuxedo), do not worry about disclosing to Deborah! She is so on board and will do absolutely everything to make your day perfect.
