We needed to staff bartenders at our reception and Diamond Girls was recommended by our venue. They were very professional and we were told how much everyone loved our bartenders! Mary does a great job and you will be very happy with this selection. They will also bartend even if you bring in the alcohol. Not everyone allows that!

Unprofessional and RUDE Bartenders. Didn't bus table or take out trash after reception.

Mary at Diamond Girls was great to work with! We wanted to bring our own alcohol in and she was perfectly fine with that. Had great packages for set up, mixers and everything else we might need for our wedding reception. Ours was a large reception and the bartenders were fabulous! They were on top of service, restocking and helping keep the party going. They also were very personable with our guests. Would highly recommend Diamond Girls for any event!

We used Diamond Girls for our recent wedding on November 3rd and they went above and beyond. We were very pleased with the company as a whole! 100% recommend!

DGB was actually my 2nd choice, since another service was recommended by our wedding venue. That company, we'll call them, "Shaken Not Stirred " was booked months in advance. After very little communication, and even less excitement about being our bartender, I canceled them 2wks before the big event. Enter Mary and DGB. Mary was responsive, friendly, attentive, efficient, and helpful. She luckily had my date open, and after 30 min with her, DGB was booked! I went with her signature fall drink, and one girl based on her suggestion. She also helped with how much ice, liquor and other things we'd need. I almost went with her liquor package but we really just did beer/ wine, and her signature Fall cocktail. The reception went perfectly, with Andrea as our girl. Everyone LOVED the Fall Bourbon Drink, very little left! Everyone got served, with a smile, and no one had one complaint. I should have gone with them FIRST, as should you for your next event!

We recently used Diamond Girls for our wedding and I couldn’t wait to get on here to write a review. From the first moment I contacted Mary she was responsive and answered all my questions. I found her packages to be reasonable and super affordable and working with her was a pleasure! We just did the all inclusive with beer, wine, liquor and it was nice not to have to worry about a thing! Her people set up so quickly I didn’t even notice, they were pleasant to our guests, had a great selection of beer and they never ran out. We had a signature drink, she recommended the Apple Pie, so glad I took her advice, my guests raved about it!! At the end of the evening they cleaned up so quickly. Overall they were just great people.

Overall, a decent experience with this vendor. They were receptive to changes and always able to take a call if we had questions. Day of wedding....they setup in plenty of time and the bartenders were very interactive with our guests. Only problem we had, at one point the bartenders were no where to be found. We found them at the back of our barn smoking weed. You could smell it all outside, and some of our guests wondered where it was coming from. After that, I was pretty turned off from this vendor. Very disrespectful. I would recommend the vendor for other brides because it was reasonably priced, but the staff may need to rethink the time and place to do their extra curricular activities.

Mary is quick to respond and a pleasure to communicate with. The girls were on time, friendly, and made sure everything was a great experience.

We had a great experience with Diamond Girls. They did a cash bar set up and champagne toast. What really blew me away was how quickly Mary helped us get everything set up. We had to hire someone only a week before our wedding, and she responded right away and answered all of our questions.

Mary was a great communicator prior to the event and had a good beer and wine selection. That alone earned her the 2 stars. The bartender showed up 45 minutes late, 15 minutes after our event was to begin. I called her a number of times starting when he was already 20 minutes late. By the time I finally got ahold of her, our event had already started. She said she would call the bartender. She never followed up and I called again 10 minutes later when he stilled hadn't arrived. When he finally arrived, we enlisted guests to help bring in alcohol to get the bar set up faster. We were disappointed that the majority of the beer was lukewarm to room temperature. He offered to stay late or give us beer and wine to take home. A number of bottles of wine were thrown out because they arrived at our event already open and were spoiled. She followed up with an email explaining the bartender had gotten lost but with no real apology and checking on the rest of the event. It's important to note our event was near downtown Overland Park at a venue they frequently service, and none of our out of town guests got lost. We responded about the warm beer but never heard back.

We supplied our own alcohol for our wedding reception and hired two bartenders to serve for the night. The bartenders were very professional and everything went smoothly. Mary, the owner, was easy to communicate with during the planning process and very quick to respond to all my questions. I highly recommend Diamond Girls!

I hired Diamond Girls as bartenders for my October 20th wedding reception and they were outstanding. I wish I could remember both of the girls names because they were so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend hiring Diamond Girls! Mary, the owner, was very prompt with communication every step of the way and answered all of those nervous-bride questions with understanding and clarity. Diamond Girls is the best of the best! Diamond Girls was amazing! We hired them for our wedding and the whole experience was fantastic. Mary, the owner, was extremely fast to respond anytime I emailed with a question- well beyond my expectations. The day of our wedding was great. While I was pretty busy and didn't get to spend much time at the bar, our guests raved about the bartender. The drinks were fantastic, especially the signature cocktail- a spiced bourbon apple cider- and the price for everything was by far the best value we found when comparing bar services.

WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN! They served warm Beer & Signature cocktail , wedding planner had to bartend for a bit because bartender couldn't keep up, and bartender Did not ID anyone (which Mary said she fired for). Called and told Mary about problems, she said she had to call wedding planner and talk to her about it ( pretty bad when she didn't believe me ). Paid $1100 for crappy service / warm drinks and Mary NEVER offered me any type of refund or anything. Alls she said was Sorry! I was not happy with the service and the way Mary handled herself on this.

Unfortunately, I can't leave a great review for them. The process leading up to the wedding was good -- response time was quick, communication was good, etc. When I arrived to my reception, however, I saw family members and friends bringing in bags of ice, bottles of water, and soda. The bartenders had shown up with only alcohol. Nothing else. Then, even after having ice brought in by my family, they didn't use it. The signature drink was lackluster (nowhere near how it had tasted when we did our taste test). I emailed the owner the next day and her response was apologetic and quick. She sent me a small refund, which was appreciated. However, when you pay over $1300 for bartending, you expect the service to match that, and it just didn't.

ZERO RATING! This business is incredibly unprofessional. I booked them through my venue package. We supplied our own alcohol but the way the venue's licensing works they have to go through a bar-tending service, thus the diamond girls. One of the bartenders started serving before the ceremony and when my mom said oh honey i don't think my daughter wants people drinking before the ceremony, to which the girl said "OH, this is a wedding?" Not a huge deal at all but that just shows how organized they are. SECOND and by far the most important, they were under specific instruction to serve the cans of beer for the cocktail 30 min (just so the lines would initially go faster) and then when the reception started to switch to the kegs. If the kegs ran out then they could use the cans as needed. We live in south Olathe and specifically drove 45 min to Missouri side so that we would be able to return whatever alcohol was left over. They served all of the cans and we were left with TWO FULL KEGS. We of course were leaving for our honeymoon and would not be able to get any use out of these kegs. I didn't make a huge deal out of it because i thought when I called Mary she would be apologetic and offer us a refund since her team was left with written instruction on what to do and did not follow. When I called Mary I was calm and nice, she responded with attitude, and said what do you want from me. I said compensation for the kegs and she said that is never happening ",you chose to bring your own alcohol in, instead of buying it through us." QUESTION, how is me bringing the alcohol vs. you providing the alcohol relevant? I employed them to serve alcohol with specific instruction. It cost us $282 of wasted kegs. Plus one of the guests came up to my mom in the middle of cake cutting and said they were out of beer, my mom verified with a bartender and so she sent someone for more cans. An additional$300 was paid for those extra 30 packs, only to find at the end of the night that we had two full kegs leftover. I feel robbed from this company that refuses to give me any reimbursement. In conclusion, while i remained calm the entire conversation, Mary hung up on me. I own a business and would NEVER treat a customer this way!

Diamond Girls was very professional, very flexible and had a great selection to choose from for beer/wine. Very responsive. Not a bad thing to say. Thanks ladies!!!

We opted for the unlimited wine, beer, and pop package and they did not disappoint! We were also given a free signature drink (we went with the Blue Diamond) and it was fabulous!! So delicious and the service was impeccable! Mary and team were more than willing to accommodate our requests and needs for the ceremony. Thank you Diamond Girls for being a reliable and awesome bartending service!!

We used diamond girls for our very romantic wedding in Lenexa, KS this May. I was so thrilled with the service! The drinks were wonderful and our signature drink (a fantastic peach margarita) was my favorite thing ever! I don't know the name of the bartender who was there, but she was just the cutest thing and I remember her face vividly smiling at me as I was about to walk out of the venue down the pathway to our gazebo to get married. The value was very good. Thank you very much for making our day so special.

A good company for a low key crowd. The price is excellent! we used the bar tending only service where you provide all your own drinks and they serve. Our bar tender served well, not very personable, and got a little frustrated with our lively crowd. Still I recommend this company, just think a low key crowd would be a better fit.

I knew I wanted to go with Diamond Girls when I was looking into bartending services for my wedding. They were the most reasonably priced and we got a great deal with a signature cocktail and a champagne toast. I was so impressed that the champagne toast was in actual glasses (as I have been to weddings where it wasn't!) and the apple pie cocktail for fall was so delicious! Our guests LOVED it! I've only heard positive feedback from my friends and family. Definitely look at Diamond Girls if you can!

We booked Diamond Girls at the recommendation of our reception site. After paying in full a few weeks before the wedding, I confirmed again about a week out. The day of our wedding, our reception began at 4:30 and the bartenders were supposed to arrive and set up at 3 pm. They didn't show until after six!! They were 3 hours late to our reception, meaning our guests had nothing to toast with when we arrived. We called the manager, Mary, and she didn't answer. We then received a text message (how personal!) that there was a "clerical error." No phone call, no apology. When the bartenders arrived, which I would hesitate to use that word, they had no idea how to distribute the keg beer we provided. They clogged the lines multiple times and had to pull my brother away from our reception to come fix it. They also spilled tons of beer on the floor and Tank 7 is not cheap. After they left (and didn't clean up their mess), we got an email from Mary apologizing and refunding us half our money back. Still no phone call. This was the most unprofessional group to work with and I highly recommend not using them for your event.

We had all you can drink beer and wine! Then because I saw them at a bridal show we had a free signature cocktail! This company was great! They knew what they were doing, they did it wonderfully, and the signature cocktail was the amazing! It was called the Blue Diamond- blueberry infused vodka & lemonade- plus it was purple (one of our wedding colors)! They were great and I would recommend them to everyone!

We had Diamond Girls as our bartender at our wedding reception. We did a beer and wine reception and Diamond Girls added in a signature cocktail. I asked for Moscato as well since it is my favorite and they provided that as part of the wine selection. Everything was very good and my guests enjoyed their beverages. Our bartender was very friendly and I really enjoyed having her there!

I really had nothing bad to say about Diamond Girls up until the day after my wedding. The planning and booking was easy, I thought prices were reasonable. The bartender was great, she always had a drink waiting for the Bride. There was a nice champagne toast, and people were served quickly. The following day, I received an email from Mary, the owner, asking about my experience. I responded we were delighted to which I received a response that she didn't think my guest count was accurate, she counted champagne glasses and accused me of lying about my number of guests. I was appalled and angry that that was the approach that was taken instead of, "Can you confirm your guest count? We know it's very hard to rely on RSVP's to get to an accurate number on the big day." I thought the follow up was unprofessional and rude. While I was not disappointed with the product, I would not recommend this vendor based on customer service. Weddings are a stressful, busy time and a rude vendor is not something that should have to be tolerated. There are other bartending services in the KC area that offer the same value.

When our original bartender flaked out 3 weeks before the wedding, we were left in a bit of a crunch. Our venue contact had worked with Diamond Girls before and so that is where we went and on short notice they stepped in and worked our event and they were great. We were able to book them and work out all the details in about 1 phone call and with that, everything was pretty much ironed out and what had suddenly become a "thing" was just as easily solved and squared away. In the end, I think we were happier with Diamond Girls than we ever would have been with our original choice. Our bartender came prepared, had everything she needed and got to work right away to set up her area. When our ceremony was done she was all set for the onslaught of guests wanting drinks and she kept up with the demand all night. Diamond Girls are easy to work with before and during your event and we'd definitely recommend them to others.

Diamond Girls took the stress out of planning my bar catering. From the start, Mary was thorough and we planned out a tailored beer and wine list for my picky guests. When other bar services didn't even answer my emails or calls, Diamond Girls answered the very same day. The pricing was low compared to other services, but they did not sacrifice quality service to keep prices low. The bartender was quick, attentive, courteous, and very accommodating to my crazy crowd.My guests seemed very pleased, and many commented on how professional the service was. I highly recommend using Diamond Girls!

We recently used Diamond Girls Bartenders for our wedding on June 1, 2013. From beginning to end, we received exceptional service. First of all, the prices are unbelievable. We had premier alcohol at the beer and wine price point for all other vendors we talked to. Second, Mary made the booking and completion of details so incredibly easy. Please note that we also live in NYC and planned the entire wedding from afar. The actual service we received was great as well. The bartenders were quick and attentive. I did a lot of walking around, but from what I saw, there was never a long line and I did not hear one complaint about the service. Thank you again to the bartenders who serviced our wedding, as well as the rest of the Diamond Girls Bartenders staff.

We had some misunderstandings right up until that night when the bartenders tried to leave early. All in all though, they ultimately did what they were hired to do!
