Andrew was our lead bartender and he was amazing!! I would recommend this bar service to everyone!! eceived SO many compliments on the food. They did seem to pick up the plates a little quickly as a few people wanted to go up for seconds. The food was also put away a little quickly as our Master of Ceremonies arrived late to reception and the food was already picked up and they would not get any out for him. I felt bad as he was one of the hardest workers the whole day and then he didn't get supper. But that would be my only complaint. Maybe they need to have DJ make an announcement when food right before food is being put away.

nutes. Our bartenders were AMAZING on the day of the wedding! They were both so personable and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect! They even got to know what my wife and I liked drink-wise and created custom signature drinks tailored to us. We thought that it was such a cool touch and the guests really felt it personalized things nicely. We tried to give 4.5 stars, but the only options were 4 or 5 stars. The only reason we took off a star was due to a misconception on their signature package. Their signature pack says that it includes 2 beer selections, 2 wine selections and 2 signature drinks. However, their definition of a signature drink is really just a mixed drink- one liquor and one mix-in. Anything extra for the "signature drinks" cost extra. By the time you add-on in order to actually make signature drinks, you might as well upgrade to the next package level which includes 2 beer selections, 3 wine selections, 6 house liquors and 7 mixers. Overall, we had a great experience with Distinctive Bar Services.

The staff was very accommodating and professional - the event was outdoors and it was touch and go for a while with the weather, but both the food and bar staff did not seem the littlest bit concerned about how we would make everything work should the weather be a factor. An extra special 'Thank You' to Ashley, the lead server at the event, who seemed to run everything very smoothly (and also handled an overwhelmed bride very well). We are beyond grateful for the excellent services provided by the whole Distinctive Catering Team! And would highly recommend this vendor for any and all catering needs!

f worked it out. When we needed a plate for cake cutting, they happily supplied our photographer with one. We only had a few hiccups. One of which was during the toasts, a server dropped a full tray of plated dinners, but they were quietly cleaned up, and the event continued as if it didn't happen. We had a few guests say they had dry chicken or lukewarm steak but overall the food was pretty good. I was happy with my meal. They kept refilling the rolls at our head table, even during the meal, which made the groom happy. The managers for the night were very kind and willing to work with us. Overall the food was good, and I liked the staff I worked with. They even supplied extra boxes and let us borrow a cart when we realized we did not have enough boxes to properly clean up everything, including the cake.

table, I barely had to whisper I needed a napkin and staff came running. They noticed my husband and I walking out for photos, and they asked if we would like cake waiting for us when we got back. The bartenders were top notch and kept our guests happy at the same time. They made we knew were the leftovers were and had them packaged up nicely and well labeled.

different ideas for my wedding and Brann's was not willing to work with me or cooperate so I could put the ideas into action (I did it anyway). They put up a lot of attitude, were extremely rude to me over the phone and tried to charge me outrageous extra fees. The redeeming factors of Brann's were their extensive menu, different service options & the food. We had breakfast food at our wedding and it was very delicious. They set the buffet up well and it looked nice. While the food was good, once again Brann's was a disappointment as they arrived late & left early. My guests were not offered seconds, and they quickly packed up to leave. I had hardly finished eating before they left. Overall, for the price the food was good and it was nice to have it delivered. It was fairly cost effective. I was really disappointed by the service and felt like the 16% service fee was a joke as they were rude and unpleasant. I would likely not recommend Brann's.

My guests were not able to easily find their names so my mom and husband were running around like chicken's with their head's cut off trying to pass out place cards before the plated meal was served. THEN, once we got the food it was dry and overcooked and some of the potatoes were hard and very brown. The only good thing was the salad and carrots. My dad got served an end piece of prime rib and couldn't eat it because it was so hard and dry. Prime rib should be Medium Rare for those who don't know. When I called after our wedding to let them know they offered some gift cards for the restaurant (we were not pleased). Thankfully our reception venue coordinator fought for us to get a partial refund. Saying that,the people in the office were a pleasure to work with, but do not acutally come to the event so things get lost in translation.

h-hated plated style. The food looked delicious, tasted fresh and delicious, and was organized very well by Brann's. I would certainly recommend them. The ONLY reason I'm giving them four stars instead of five is because I felt that the main server (a girl, I didn't catch her name) for our head table didn't smile at me once and was very snippy toward me when I would ask her a general question, like where the butter was or what kind of salad dressing it was. I've been a server for seven years. I've served banquets. I didn't ask anything stupid or make annoying requests. She could have smiled. Other than that, it was great!

For an extremely reasonable price we were able to give our guests the option of steak (that our guests wouldn't stop raving about!) or a vegetarian dish (that I ended up having and I'm not vegetarian!) I was a little nervous at first because of the low maintence that was required when I booked them for the event (no meeting necessary...just contract signing and confirmation via snail mail). I was nervous without having ever met the booking agent that somehow my vision and what I was after would get lost in translation some where but I was so impressed! Outside of the main course, our guests were also provided a salad and bread before the main course. Because the meal was plated, all of the place settings were set up before any of our guests arrived and made our reception hall look wonderful for when people started arriving. We also included a cocktail hour and Brann's provided appetizers that was great. They made sure that nothing ran out and that our guests were comfortable and enjoyed themselves. When everything was said and done (gratituity and tax included!) Our bill was just over $2k.
