as great day-of! The staff kept everything running smoothly, Andrea did a great job getting people where they needed to be. If there were any issues, I didn't know about them. The food was wonderful too! Plus, you can't really beat their garden for beauty. We're both really happy with our venue choice. I can't wait to see the pictures!

eading up to the wedding day. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous! The indoor ceremony space, grand ballroom, and gardens all make for beautiful photos - the gardens are immaculate! One of the first things we loved about DH is the charm that comes with this historical building. For us, we didn’t feel the space needed any dressing up other than some simple florals, but the space is also flexible enough to accommodate even more grand ideas. I would absolutely recommend them if you’re looking for a venue that offers just about everything - they handle the meal catering, the cleaning, the basic setup, security, and lots more. I also suggest taking advantage of their on-site Bistro for your rehearsal dinner and their attached boutique hotel for accommodations the night before/ after the wedding - the rooms are STUNNING! I can’t say enough good things about Dominion House! It’s been a blessing for my husband and I, and definitely worth looking into by any bride still searching for possible wedding venues in the OKC area!

or and she was seriously THE best person to work with. She answered all of my questions before hand and guided us through what to do the day of. We wouldn't have been able to get it all done without her. Can not recommend this venue more!

nd the new hotel rooms that we used for ourselves and close family were perfect. They even provided a golf cart for some mobility-challenged guests to get from the outdoor wedding garden to the reception ballroom. Such a perfect day with many thanks to Dominion House!

re not notified when photographs were complete and that the wedding party was lined up and ready to enter the hall. As hosts, we should have been in this line up. There was no call for grace before the meal. We had someone lined up to give this prayer who finally came to the front after half the people had been served and were eating. There was no one going from table to table to release people to eat so it was entirely random. The food was terrible. I signed a contract for an Italian meal. This ended up being a mixed salad with two dressings served with dessert spoons rather than ladles. There were no add ins like croutons or cheese. There was not a separate salad plate. The meat was tough and the pastas were gummy with a white paste like topping which was tasteless. The line frequently ran out of food and so serving stopped. It was embarrassing. People asked my husband and I why we were near the end of the line as food was being served. We were the parents of the bride and paid for it all. We had no answer. I think they forgot about us or simply didn't care. We expected to be notified of all the events of the night as they were to occur. That did not happen. We had heard such wonderful things about Dominion house. Their building and grounds are beautiful. Their security was professional. Because of the lack of quality in the meal and the way we were treated, I cannot recommend them at all. We are shocked.

having an almost perfect wedding (no wedding can go perfectly!). They were both so attentive to my husband and me the day of the wedding. I'm pretty particular about having things look a certain way, and Julie was really great about double checking to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. We have heard MULTIPLE times from many of our guests that this was the best wedding they've ever been to, and the food was absolutely fantastic. If you are looking for a dramatic, gorgeous venue where you'll receive everything you need, this is the place for you.

verything possible to prep for the out door ceremony and keep things moving on time! Luckily we missed the rain and the ceremony was so beautiful. The reception went off with out a hitch and the food was SOOO good! Worth every penny!

They were so kind and so professional; and we can't say enough great things about them. It was a truly perfect day in large part due to the wonderful staff there. All our guests loved it; and numerous of them said it was like a fairy tale.

erything, get ready, and fit in pictures. It was super stressful and required a ton of organization and help. The ballroom was a tight fit and there are quite a few rules, so read the fine print. The staff was decent, but I sometimes felt like a number on the list of brides having their wedding there instead of an individual. I would recommend the venue, but would be sure to point out the flaws with it.

We received numerous compliments on how well organized everything seemed to be and the vendors even went on and on about what an enjoyable evening it was. The food was excellent. Even almost a week after the wedding, we are still hearing how great the food was and how beautiful the presentation was. The staff members worked hard to keep all the tables cleaned and made sure that the drinks stayed full. The staff helped set up our decorations and helped load up everything at the end of the night. Every staff member was very professional and very courteous. David made sure to keep everything on track, even letting my mom know that it was time to stop visiting...HaHa! I can't say enough good things about our experience with the Dominion House and their staff. We could not have picked a more beautiful venue. No matter what the budget is, it is worth every single penny!

ll focus on the moment itself! Their recently updated chandeliers and floral arrangements in the chapel where stunning, so you really don't even need to buy flower arrangements for the chapel service. Thanks again Dominion House!

Another pro for The Dominion House- they take care of the catering and table decorations. Of course it's built into your cost of the venue, but it's definitely great to not have to worry about handling outside caterers. The price is a bit on the higher end, but it's definitely worth it for a once-in-a-lifetime event!
