Sam is literally a goddess among men! If you haven’t booked her as your planner, you’re doing it wrong! She worked with us for nearly 2 years and was involved from the very beginning of our wedding planning process, and did not disappoint in the slightest! She brought our vision to life better than we could have ever imagined, and we turned out with the most amazing and beautiful wedding I’ve ever seen! (I may be a little biased of course) She took care of every single detail and more, worked with us on price and payment plans, she even BUILT US A CUSTOM ALTER! She fit right in with our family, and made her brides a priority. We couldn’t have done it without you Sam, thank you!

Reached out to Sam looking for a day of coordinator. Ended up going with the month of plan and I do not regret it! She was amazing from start to finish. Always easy to reach out to via text or email with helpful advice or recommendations such as catering. We had a small cabin wedding and I wouldn’t change a thing! Sam was able to coordinate everything for us making our day easy. HIGHLY recommend ETWE for all your wedding planning needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam Bishop of East Tennessee Wedding & Events for our wedding and reception, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, Sam demonstrated exceptional professionalism and an understanding of what my vision was. She planned every detail to perfection, ensuring our day was exactly how I envisioned it. I had booked them for the month of the wedding and that was the perfect amount of time since most of my vendors had already been booked. Sam handled the coordination of the vendors for day of and took care of all the set up and even handled the cleaning up and boxing of decorations after.
Sam offered several creative suggestions that helped enhance our reception, things we hadn’t even considered. Her attention to detail and little extra touches made the day unforgettable. She was so helpful in answering questions we hadn’t even voiced yet, making the planning process smooth and straightforward.
Overall, working with Sam and East Tennessee Wedding & Events was an absolute joy! Her dedication, creativity and calm manner made our wedding planning process smooth and enjoyable. Sam made our day truly perfect. We hired her as a day of coordinator. Her communication was timely and very helpful during the whole process. She brought our vision to life and the decor she helped with was absolutely stunning. I cannot recommend her enough!

Sam was amazing! We booked her day-of package to have someone facilitate all of the vendors and ensure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. Sam absolutely went above and beyond! There was 2 mishaps that she was able to catch and address well before they ballooned into problems, and that is just the parts we knew about. The set up was gorgeous. It wound up raining on our wedding day and she was able to coordinate and flip the entire room so that our ceremony could take place in the same space as our dinner. Pacing was perfect and not once did our guests appear to get confused or restless. I cannot recommend her enough!

Sam was my saving Grace for sure. I was getting married 7 hours from home and Sam did everything for me. She would tour the venues and take video along with pictures. She had vendors that she recommended and they were by far the best service with fair prices. We were lucky to have an "open" budget but she still kept things in perspective for us. I am a type A person so I wanted to look for my own vendors and Sam was always open to them. Of the 3 I found we ended up using 1 as the others I found fell short. But she was right there to offer others and they were great!! Day of the wedding she was on point not only setting up everything for us but she handled the bumps with class. Once we were married, she was there to hand us a drink and direct us on what we needed to do next. So helpful not only for that day but throughout the whole process. Anytime I would text her she would get back quickly if not right away. We had touch base meetings as well as vendor meeting to make sure everyone was on the same page. As vendors asked for things like timelines or setting charts she had them on the ready, very professional. Just so very helpful through all of it. Can not recommend her enough. I feel I hired a full wedding planner and gained a best friend.

Sam did an absolutely wonderful job! She made a very stressful start to the day end beautifully! Throughout the planning process she was always there for me and when the day of came she was so prepared! She was an absolute superstar and everyone noticed how hard she was working! Couldn’t have done it without her!! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Sam was amazing! I booked the month before package and she made things so stress free for me. She always was on time from the day we met, the rehearsal and wedding. She also brought someone to assist in the day of the wedding. One thing that stood out for me, Sam really respected my decisions and valued what I really wanted as a bride. She made my wedding day 10/10 the absolute best day ever without a hassle. She set up everything and the packaged all the item back to make it super easy to leave the venue when we were ready. I highly recommend east tn weddings and events, you will not be disappointed. Sam went above and beyond for us.

SAM IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Initially I was just looking for someone to help me with decor for our reception (which was incredible in itself), but Sam and her team went SO far above and beyond for us as a planner as well. She was consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful every step of the way. We ended up hiring for day of wedding coordination services and she truly saved so many aspects of our wedding day that I can’t even count them all. While our venue coordinator was eating and drinking during our reception, Sam stepped up and did it all - following up with vendors, building custom arches, helping me with my bustle, and keeping everyone calm and collected day and night. She worked well over a 12 hour day to make our wedding day exactly what we wanted, and was such a pleasure to work with all around. If you’re on the fence of needing help for your wedding, hire Sam!!! She truly does it all and we are so grateful to have found her!

There are not enough words to truly encompass how wonderful Sam and Angela were! We had the absolute greatest day and it was all because of you all. Thank you all so much for making our dream day come to life. Making my rustic wedding dream a true fairytale. The centerpieces, the smoothness of getting everything done before and day of, to being right there to grab anything I needed or randomly thought of. A simple text of my stress, Sam instantly called and had the situation under control, you ladies did it all! You all are truly amazing! From the first meet, until the a day after our wedding, you all were so wonderful. You literally made our wedding the greatest day of our lives. Everything was absolutely perfect!!!
